Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)In the interstitialcy mechanism of diffusion of phosphorus-self-interstitial pairs on the basis of one-bond-type migration,the split-＜100＞ configuration and the bond-centered configuration are repeated. This is studied theoretically using three dimensional schemata. It is found that the self-interstitial disappears in the bond-centered configuration. This finding contrasts with that of Fahey,Griffin, and Plummer,who reported that, probably on the basis of two-bond-type migration, the interstitialcy mechanism will operate only if the diffusing defect, the phosphorusself-interstitial pair, does not dissociate.departmental bulletin pape

The legal basis of the claim was default (Article 415 Civil Code) and illegal conduct (Article 709). This case includes many important issues related to “negligence”. The judgment (dated December 14,2009) partly admitted the claim for the following reason (1)the defendant violated the duty to provide a proper market system, (2)the defendant bored the duty to stop the deal artificially. In the HTML file, the layout was modified for the projector and the active expressions that assist the understanding for students were added. Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)The Marine Biodiversity Conservation Strategy of Japan, formulated by the Ministry of the Environment in March 2011, introduced "the integrated management of the Sea" as a part of basic perspectives on marine biodiversity conservation policy. This integrated manner of ocean management was proposed by the Agenda 21 in its Chapter 17. The Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), a milestone doc-ument of the Earth Summit, introduced the Integrated Marine and Coastal Area Management (IMCAM), as a thematic area for conservation and sustainable use of the marine and coastal biological diversity, in its decision II/10 of the Conference of the Parties (COP). The subse-quent arguments within the Subsidiary Bodies on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTAs) and the COPs stimulate the development of IMCAM. In order to make use of the huge data of Wikipedia,we calculate semantic relatedness between right answer and distracters of 33 selected questions of Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination based on the link structure of Wikipedia. With Wikipedia API and Google API we resolve the nonexistent pages and ambiguous pages problems. We also propose the method to differentiate the semantic relatedness between right answer and distracters in the same category.
