In the banking circles also, many banks add“gang exclusion clauses”to deposit contracts and do cancel the contracts with gangs. The Fukuoka District Court also accepted the conclusion in this case. There is no objection to this conclusion. But the suitability of reasoning is another story. Impact of viewing distance to task performance
Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)This paper discusses VDT syndrome from the point of view of the viewing distance. This paper conducts a pilot experiment to show an impact of viewing distance to task performance. In the experiment, two different viewing distances of 50 cm and 350 cm are taken into consideration, and a simple mouse manipulation task of Tapping test and a simple calculation task of Kraepelin test are employed. The result shows that the viewing distance tends to affect accuracy of mouse manipulation and calculation tasks.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)There is a consensus in public health professionals that prevention of long-term care in community-dwelling older people is one of the most urgent national issues in the modern aging society. Previous studies suggest that daily physical activity in midlife and old age can be helpful to prevent many disieases including diabetes, metabolic syndrome, some types of cancers, cardiovascular diseases, and dementia. Because these diseases are considered as potentioal etiologies of long-term care, daily physical activity is also expected to reduce the risk for long-term care, and thus, serve as a modifiable protective factor useful in the primary prevention of long-term care. However, knowledge regarding effective exercise regimen for the prevention of long-tem care has been still limited. The present research project was performed in the 2015-2016 academic years as a part of on-going examination for pursuing the effective exercise regimen. The specific aim of the present project was to compare changes in the circulating level of biomarkers associated with the preventive effects of exerise for long-term care in middle-aged and older men during two modarate exercise formats. Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)This paper is concerned with extraction from wh-island, adjunct island,subject island,and wh-movement from noun phrase. In wh-island and adjunct island, SPEC-CP of a sentence is occupied by a wh-phrase or a conjunction. If wh-phrase moves over the SPEC-CP, it yields an Minimal Link Condition or a Phase Impenetrability Condition violation, which causes island effect. In subject island, the SPEC-CP of a subject is occupied by an null operator, which hinders extraction of a wh-phrase from subjects. In wh-movement from noun phrases, a noun phrase projects up to CP as a phase. When a finite clause is presupposed, the clause bears a factive operator as in the analysis of Melvold (1991). The operator blocks wh-movement of an element the clause because it yields an intervention effect. When a noun phrase is presupposed, it also bears an operator as in the case of factive clause. The operator occurs in the SPEC-CP of the noun phrase and blocks wh-movement from the noun phrase. If a noun phrase is not presupposed, an operator does not appear in the SPEC-CP of the noun phrase, which does not block wh-movement from the noun phrase.departmental bulletin pape
