The extra-vocalizations and episodes as political rhetoric
Get PDFThis paper deals with the extra-vocalizations and episodes as political rhetoric in Japanese political interviews and will show how they used them. The quotation of extra-vocalizations and episodes is assumed to be a characteristic of politicians’ unique way of speaking and is used to obtain the attention of the audience and increase their persuasiveness. Four interviews were used to analyze the use of rhetoric in 110 responses, with 33 (30.0%) quoting extra-vocalizations and 16 (14.5%) talking about the episode. The analysis revealed that regard to the quoting extra-vocalizations, the ruling party members use it as a reinforcement of their statements, while opposition members use it as a contrast of the hostile statements. Analysis results showed that when talking about an episode, there are those that simply talk about their own experiences and contribute to a smooth interview and those that quote and critique others’ statements at the same time as the episode. By revealing the way political rhetoric is used, viewers will be able to carefully listen to the politicians’ story without being misled by political rhetoric.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Design of Filter utilizing IM Drive System with High Frequency Voltage Signal Injection
Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)This paper reports the design and its analysis of various filters used for signal separation for the induction machine drive system with high frequency voltage signal injection. The designed filters are notch filter in addition to 1st, 2nd, and 4th order low-pass filters. For the analysis method, the simulation is carried out by constructing an indirect type vector control system. Also, the stability analysis is carried out for the current controller with the filter. As the results, it is clarified that the fundamental component and the high frequency amplitude can be accurately extracted by using notch filter as compared with other low-pass filters.departmental bulletin pape

The time step of observation for the conventional water level sensor is not suitable, because it cannot capture the rapid bore phenomena, we propose a system to replace the conventional water level sensor and prediction system.
