The findings shows that emphasis should be placed on education because it plays a vital role towards Nigeria quest for development. It is through mass education that the ethnic and cultural barriers can be broken down. To address the ill characterized by underdevelopment, the paper recommends Awolowo’s democratic socialism an ideological basis for development drive Nigeria through which a return to the Nigeria people indigenous ways of life under which political leadership and rulership were people oriented. Also, the wellbeing of the citizens and brotherhood of nations should be pursued vigorously which will eventually lead to egalitarianism.

Robotic Process Automation in School Administration: Exploring the Integration of RPA Solutions to Streamline Administrative Processes and Reduce Workload
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) holds immense potential for revolutionizing school administration by automating repetitive tasks, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational efficiency. This paper explores the integration of RPA solutions in school administration to streamline administrative processes and reduce workload. Beginning with an overview of RPA technology and its underlying theoretical underpinnings, the paper examines the importance of administrative efficiency in educational settings and the challenges faced by school administrators. It discusses the potential benefits of RPA integration, including improved accuracy, reduced manual effort, and optimized resource allocation. The paper also addresses considerations for implementing RPA in schools, such as data security, staff training, and scalability issues. Furthermore, it recommends among others, future directions and opportunities for leveraging RPA in school administration, including emerging trends in RPA technology, potential applications for further automation, and research directions for exploring the impact of RPA on educational outcomes. Through a comprehensive evaluation of the existing systems against the proposed RPA solutions to streamline administrative processes, this paper provides insights into the transformative potential of automation technologies in enhancing administrative efficiency and effectiveness in educational institutions.

Intimate Partner Violence (IPV), the Culture of Silence: Telemedicine as Panacea and Its Challenge in Nigeria
In today's world, the unchecked devastation imposed by intimate partner violence (IPV) continues to be a serious concern. The destructive effects of IPV span across many societal strata - socioeconomic, cultural, and demographic. Physical, sexual, and psychological abuse all fall under the umbrella of IPV, the ramifications of which can severely affect the physical and mental well-being of survivors. Even as awareness grows and efforts to combat IPV increase, a disconcerting silence continues to surround this issue. This silence is a major stumbling block to effective intervention and further support for survivors. Recognizing the need to defuse such 'cultures of silence', a new helping hand has emerged - telemedicine, which provides healthcare services through electronic communication technologies. The paper found that there is no specific legal framework for telemedicine in Nigeria although there are relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing telemedicine. This paper will explore the role of professional entities, such as the Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) and the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN). Scrutinizing their guidelines, ethical standards, and policies related to telemedicine. Within the scope of this paper, the focus will be on delving deep into this intertwining of IPV, the culture of silence, telemedicine and law. The aim is to better understand how law can aid telemedicine to provide solutions to the challenges that survivors confront while seeking help and aid.

A Pragmatic Study of Selected Humorous Discourse by Nigerian Stand-up Comedians
One primary communicative goal in humour is entertainment. Nevertheless, other pragmatic implications result when humourists subconsciously deploy various linguistic strategies, as they entertain their audience through the use of witty sayings crafted in contextualised, real or imaginary scenarios. Following Grice’s Cooperative Principle, this study investigates deeper communicative effects achieved by Nigerian stand-up comedians. It pays attention to cases of the flouting of Gricean maxims, and examines the speakers’ discursive motives. Five texts sourced from three distinguished Nigerian stand-up humourists are presented for analysis, given their thematic focus on trending national socio-political discourses. Findings show that maxim flouting is fundamental to creating humour, as all four maxims are flouted, with some utterances flouting more than one. The maxim of quality is flouted the most, thus emphasising its pivotal role in creating humour. Evidence for this is provided in the comedians’ heavy dependence on hypothetical illustrations, exaggerations and understated realities. In addition, instances of incongruous expressions, narrations and manipulation of news reports serve to contextualise humour. Humourists deploy their art to satirise and challenge the national socio-political status quo, thereby subtly revealing their personal ideologies. The work proves further that irrespective of time, audience or context, comedians use the same linguistic tools to amuse their audience while also advancing claims that humour is an expressive use of language, as a vehicle to canvass for social change.

Christian Parenting: An Empirical Assessment by ECWA Ibadan District Church Council Members, Oyo State, Nigeria
Parenting is a herculean task for parents, church and society. The challenge arises from the fact that people always compromise on one aspect of parenting or the other. Whereas the Bible stipulates the standard for proper child upbringing, most Christian parents today raise their children in a way contrary to the biblical standard and this has negative consequences on the church and the society generally. This is evidenced in social vices exhibited by children in the contemporary world. It is from this perspective that this study empirically investigated Christian parenting with a view to espousing the biblical standard of parenting for societal development. The study adopted a descriptive design of a survey type. The data gathered from the questionnaire were quantitatively analyzed using simple percentage while data from the interviews were qualitatively analyzed. Findings revealed that only 26.64% of respondents had proper understanding of Christian parenting. It was also found that the non-compliance with the parenting principles by 74.8% of respondents has resulted into children’s lack of commitment to society’s values. Some social vices were identified as problems resulting from this non-compliance. Some of the recommendations are: ECWA Church members to develop informed teaching on parenting to serve as basis for instructing Christians generally. Seminars and workshops should be organized for parents on the need to bring this to bear on their children. Parents must not commit the entire responsibility of parenting into the hands of the church, the school or any house help, etc.

Two research instruments were used for data collection: a self-constructed questionnaire titled: Effectiveness of Project-Based Learning on Students’ Achievement in Basic Science” (EPBLSABS), and Basic Science Achievement tests (BSAT). Three hypotheses were tested to guide the study at 0.05 level of significance. Findings from the study revealed that project-based learning (PBL) exerted a marked significant difference between the academic achievement of students taught Basic Science using project-based learning and those taught using traditional methods in both public and private junior secondary schools. Based on these findings, it was recommended that School teachers should ensure that they get up-to-date skills set on best practices of using project-based learning (PBL) in order to impart knowledge in Basic Science on their students. Technological Integration in Management Curriculum
Curriculum is the programme of instruction students are exposed to in the teaching and learning process. It is all the teaching and learning activities teachers and students are engaged in a formal school system from the beginning of the course of study or training to the end. For effective utilization of the curriculum there is the need for proper classroom management which involves students, subject matter, learning materials and learning environment in an orderly manner. However, the educational system is witnessing digital transformation driven by technological advancement which seems promising. To keep pace with this novel phenomenon and benefit from the usage, management education needs to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage this technological advancement through its integration in curriculum. This paper therefore examines the technology to be deployed to the classroom for effective management of students, its benefits, potential approaches and considerations for successful implementation.
