L’accessibilité cognitive de l’habitat en milieu ordinaire – L’exemple des personnes ayant une trisomie 21
No full textLiving at home is an exercise that requires cognitive skills. However, not all individuals have the same abilities or potential. Some are more deprived of resources than others in this area. Does this mean that it is impossible to live at home one day? Based on the premise that disability is the result of interactions between an individual's potential and an environment, this research focused on developing an understanding of possible forms of adaptation of the environment, so as to make everyday life situations more accessible, in other words, more intelligible for people with limited cognitive abilities. The results presented here concern a conceptualization of cognitive accessibility and environmental adaptations favourable to access to personal housing, and to the organization of daily life according to the choices of the people directly concerned.Habiter chez soi est un exercice demandant des capacités cognitives. Or, tous les individus n’ont pas les mêmes capacités, ni le même potentiel. Certains sont davantage dépourvus de ressources que d’autres en la matière. Cela implique-t-il pour autant l’impossibilité de vivre un jour chez soi ? Partant du postulat que le handicap est le fruit des interactions entre un potentiel individuel et un environnement, ce travail de recherche s’est attaché à élaborer une compréhension des formes d’adaptation possibles de l’environnement, de façon à rendre les situations de la vie quotidienne plus accessibles, autrement dit plus intelligibles pour les personnes ayant des capacités cognitives limitées. Les résultats présentés ici portent sur une conceptualisation de l’accessibilité cognitive et sur les adaptations de l’environnement favorables à l’accès au logement personnel, et à une organisation de la vie quotidienne selon les choix des personnes directement concernées

No full textEl cambio climático es un tema de vigencia en la actualidad, tanto a nivel mundial como en Chile. Esto adquiere especial relevancia para los asentamientos humanos, donde se requiere medidas de mitigación y adaptación. A nivel nacional se han realizado algunas políticas y planes para abordar el tema y en el plano académico también hay un deber por investigar y publicar sobre esta materia. Considerando los antecedentes presentados, el objetivo general de este trabajo es dar cuenta del estado de algunos indicadores clave asociados al cambio climático en los principales asentamientos humanos en Chile al año 2019. Este informe se estructura en los siguientes cuatro temas: (i) desastres, riesgos potenciales y amenazas, (ii) reforestación y parques urbanos, (iii) movilidad eléctrica y (iv) planes para el cambio climático y su vinculación con los asentamientos humanos. El fin es aportar una visión global y sintética en la materia para Chile en 2019
