Praca zawiera wiele definicji, strategie sukcesu w budowaniu zaangażowania pracowników, przedstawia jaką rolę odgrywa komunikacja i jakie ma znaczenie w codziennym funkcjonowaniu przedsiębiorstwa. Wyniki przeprowadzonego badania poziomu komunikacji w MGGP S.A. pokazują poziom efektywnie działającej komunikacji.The main theme of the Master thesis is "Communication in a company and building of employees' commitment based on an example of MGGP S.A.” A well-functioning communication has got a direct influence on every business area and is a key element of company’s management. Throughout the time of creating a well-functioning communication a company is able to build employees engagement. Nowadays, the company’s management including employees’ commitment is a standard. Furthermore, a conscious building of the level and factors determining the above mentioned process, requires systematic actions in the pursued management policy. The purpose of the study is the analysis of communication systems, which was carried out through a questionnaire, built for the research’s need in MGGP SA.The thesis consists of many definitions and strategies for success in building employees’ engagement. Moreover it presents the role of communication and its meaning in everyday company's activities. The outcome of the research on level of communication in the MGGP company has shown an efficient-working level of communication within the employees of the company

No full textCelem niniejszej pracy było przedstawienie osobowości jako istotnego czynnika wpływającego na zachowania konsumenckie oraz określenie czy postrzeganie siebie jest elementem oddziałującym na dokonywanie wyborów poszczególnych marek czy produktów. Początkowe rozważania przedstawione zostały w formie teoretycznej, rozpoczynając od analizy pojęcia zachowań konsumenckich, jego składników wewnętrznych oraz zewnętrznych, a także charakterystyki procesu decyzyjnego. Kolejna część pracy przedstawiała rosnącą rolę osobowości w wyborach konsumenckich, która w dzisiejszych czasach staje się bardzo często alternatywnym czynnikiem wyboru w stosunku do ceny czy jakości. W części empirycznej natomiast ukazany został rzeczywisty wpływ postrzegania własnej osobowości przez pryzmat czterech typów osobowości, z którymi ankietowani utożsamili się na podstawie podanych zestawów cech. Analiza otrzymanych danych z przeprowadzonego badania ankietowego dowiodła, że osobowość człowieka ma niewątpliwie wpływ na to, jakie decyzje konsumenckie podejmuje. Dodatkowo, okazało się także, że to jak ankietowani postrzegają siebie samych jest bardzo istotne w momencie, gdy dokonują oni wyboru danej marki czy produktu, bardzo często personifikując je i identyfikując się z markami, które posiadają podobne cechy do nich samych lub też cechy, które chcieliby oni posiadać.The aim of the thesis was presenting personality as a crucial factor influencing on consumer's behaviour and analysing if self-perception is an element which affects brands and products choices. Initial considerations were presented in a theoretical way, beginning with the analysis of the consumer's behaviour notion, its internal and external components and the characteristic of the decision-making process.
The subsequent part of the thesis provided an overview of an increasing role of personality in terms of consumer's choices, which nowadays has become an alternative choice factor in reference to price and quality.
In the empirical part, a real impact of own personality perception by means of four types of personalities has been shown and according to this classification the questioned personified themselves with on the basis of the sets of given features. The analysis of collected data coming from questionnaires proved that human personality has a paramount impact on consumer's decisions. Furthermore, it turned out that the way the questioned perceived themselves was significant when they chose brands or products. They quite often personified and identified themselves with brands of similar characteristics or with those they would just like to possess

MS Word. Techniczny aspekt pisania pracy dyplomowej bywa uciążliwy, gdy redaktor nie zna pewnych mechanizmów edytorów i ułatwień, które one dostarczają. Na potrzeby studentów piszących prace dyplomowe oraz kursów zawierających korzystanie z programu Word (np. W pliku tekstowym o nazwie "Wybrane aspekty formatowania pracy dyplomowej" pokazano przykłady różnych prac i omówiono zagadnienia takie jak układ strony, formatowanie tytułów rozdziałów, tworzenie spisu treści, wstawianie i podpisywanie rysunków i tabel, tworzenie przypisów. Filmy zapisane w formacie .mp4 pokazują, jak wykonać wybrane czynności w edytorze Word 2007. (Filmy nagrano w programie Camtasia na licencji będącej własnością zaprzyjaźnionej szkoły wyższej)
Features of an e-learning environment which promote critical and creative thinking: choice, feedback, anonymity, and assessment
Get PDFI discuss features that are important for creative and critical thinking which should be recreated in e-learning applications. Anonymity maximizes chances for development of creativity and for objective and accurate assessment. I also describe a ‘quadruple anonymity’ system implemented at Nowy Sacz Business School – National-Louis University in Poland, the goal of which is to improve objectivity of thesis evaluation by referees. E-learning environment is ideal for implementing functionalities which make choice, feedback, and controlled anonymity easily available to the users to be effective, feedback should be appropriately timed, incremental, impartial, and impersonal. Evaluation of student or employee performance or of proposed ideas or solutions should rely on explicitly stated quantitative criteria, developed along well thought-through measurement scales and utilising proper descriptive statistics and visualisation methods. A description of the nominal group heuristic method is provided as an example of a heuristic method which relies on creativity, anonymity and unbiased evaluation

20 years, Polish hospitals have faced chronic debt. The situation indicates
that necessary action must be taken to transform the hospitals in terms of
financial and organizational issues. Current law and organizational structure
of Polish hospitals have many flaws and are not coherent with the turbulent
environment in which the hospitals operate. Moreover, managers running
hospitals under the structure of SPZOZ, do not have any incentive to enhance
the functioning of their hospitals, and this contributes to poor managing of
the companies. What is more, managers do not have clear information which
management structure they should choose to be able to normalize the situation
in the hospitals as they are attacked by two extreme groups having different
remedies for the hospitals’ problems

W wyniku konfliktu ideologicznego między światem radzieckiego komunizmu i światem zachodniego kapitalizmu powstały dwa odrębne państwa rządzone na zupełnie odmiennych zasadach. Ich wzajemne relacje przez ponad 40 lat były uwarunkowane prowadzoną polityką europejską oraz światową na linii Wschód – Zachód. Niniejsza praca omawia stosunki łączące NRD i RFN na tle rywalizacji politycznej USA, Wielkiej Brytanii, Francji oraz Związku Radzieckiego, z uwzględnieniem sytuacji wewnętrznej obu niemieckich państw, a także zmian ich pozycji międzynarodowej.Defeated Germany after World War II have lost their sovereignty to the victorious powers. As a result of ideological conflict between the world of Soviet communism and the world of Western capitalism were created two separate states ruled on completely different principles. No full textNiniejsza praca traktuje o Polakach biorących udział w misjach pokojowych w Afryce pod egidą Organizacji Narodów Zjednoczonych. Jej celem jest poszukiwanie odpowiedzi na pytanie w jakim stopniu i w jaki sposób „błękitni żołnierze” z Polski wypełniają zadania mandatowe i niosą pomoc mieszkańcom terenów objętych wojną i krwawymi konfliktami.
Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym wyjaśniono czym jest „bezpieczeństwo”, przedstawiono ideę i genezę misji pokojowych, ukazano OZN jako gwarant bezpieczeństwa, zdefiniowano pojęcie misji/operacji pokojowej oraz podano jej rodzaje, cele i zadania.
W drugim scharakteryzowano przebieg, przyczyny i skutki wojen w Afryce oraz oceniono zaangażowanie ONZ w problemy Czarnego Lądu.
Trzeci rozdział poświęcono funkcjonowaniu Polski w ONZ. Opisano członkostwo, działalność oraz inicjatywy państwa w strukturach organizacji. Scharakteryzowano udział Polaków w szesnastu misjach pokojowych w Afryce pod egidą ONZ oraz oceniono skutki zaangażowania i znaczenie Polski jako uczestnika misji pokojowych na arenie międzynarodowej.This thesis deals with the Poles taking part in peacekeeping missions in Africa under the auspices of the United Nations. The aim is to seek answer to the question what is extent and how “blue soldiers” of Polish fulfill the tasks mandated and bring help to the residents of the areas of war and bloody conflicts.
The thesis consists of three chapters. The first one explains what the "security" is, presents the idea and the genesis of peacekeeping missions, proves that the United Nations is the guarantor of security, defines the concept of mission/operation peacekeeping and give its types, objectives and tasks.
In the second chapter characterized the course, causes and consequences of wars in Africa and rated the involvement of the United Nations in the problems of Africa.
The third one is devoted to the functioning of Polish at the United Nations. The chapter. This chapter describes the membership, activities and initiatives of the state in the structures of the organization. It characterize the participation of Poles in sixteen peacekeeping missions in Africa under the auspices of the United Nations, and assesses the impact and importance of the involvement of Polish as a participant in peacekeeping missions in the international arena
