O CURSO SUPERIOR DE TECNOLOGIA EM GESTÃO PÚBLICA NA MODALIDADE SEMIPRESENCIAL: COM A PALAVRA OS ALUNOS
No full textThe objective of this research was to analyze the perception that students of a higher course of technology in public management offered in the semipresencial modality have about this course. Thus, a case study was conducted in 2017 in a private college in Belo Horizonte - MG. Among the main findings, it was verified that the majority of the students seek this course to be able to make a public contest and to enter the public career due to the stability, financial and labor advantages that the sector offers. For the other students who are already civil servants, what they wanted was to improve their performances as a public manager. Another result that deserves to be highlighted was the proactive role of classroom tutoring, clarifying students' doubts and stimulating interactivity in the use of technological resources used in AVA. For students, this made distance learning a less solitary process and often avoided avoidance.O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar a percepção que os alunos de um curso superior de tecnologia em Gestão pública ofertado na modalidade semipresencial têm sobre este curso. Assim, foi realizado em 2017 um estudo de caso em uma faculdade particular em Belo Horizonte - MG. Dentre os principais achados, verificou-se que a maioria dos alunos procuram por este curso para conseguirem fazer um concurso público e ingressar na carreira pública devido a estabilidade, vantagens financeiras e trabalhistas que o setor oferece. Para os demais alunos que já são funcionários públicos, o que eles desejavam era melhorar suas atuações como gestor público. Outro resultado que merece destaque foi a atuação proativa da tutoria presencial, esclarecendo as dúvidas dos alunos e estimulando a interatividade na utilização dos recursos tecnológicos utilizados no AVA. Para os alunos, isto tornou o curso a distância um processo menos solitário e, muitas vezes evitou a evasão

It is mentioned that problems such as dysbiosis are caused by anim balance in the intestinal microbiota, and by some factors that are linked to modern life, and food is one of these factors, causing expressive moment of this pathology in recent years.
The proposal of a healthy diet hás proven extremely effective in promoting a better quality of life and intestinal health of the individual.
Probiotics that are defined as living microorganisms, which when administered in satisfactory and adequate quantities, generate great benefits to the host, evidencing a significant improvement in the modulation of the intestinal microbiota.
Prebiotics are called fermented substances that cause changes in the formation and activity of the gastrointestinal microbiota, resulting in health and wellbeing benefits of the host. With this it is concluded that food play fundamental role in the regulation of the intestinal flora and that several diseases are associated with problems in the intestines functional foods such as probiotics and prebiotics comes with the proposed modulation and balance of this microbiota ensuring great health individual improvements of host.O objetivo da pesquisa foi revisar estudos relacionados a disbiose intestinal, suas causas e malefícios a saúde do hospedeiro. É mencionado que problemas como disbiose é ocasionado por um desequilíbrio da microbiota intestinal e por alguns fatores que estão ligados a vida moderna, e a alimentação é um desses fatores, fazendo com que haja um aumento expressivo dessa patologia nos últimos anos.
A proposta de uma alimentação saudável vem se mostrando extremamente eficaz na promoção de uma melhor qualidade de vida e saúde intestinal do indivíduo.
Os probióticos são definidos como microrganismos vivos, que quando administrados em quantidades satisfatórias e adequadas checam grandes benefícios ao hospedeiro, constatando significativa melhora na modulação da microbiota intestinal.
Os prebióticos são denominados substâncias fermentadas que causam mudanças na formação e atividade da microbiota gastrintestinal, resultando em benefícios a saúde e bem-estar do hospedeiro. Com isso concluiu-se que a alimentação tem papel fundamental para regulação da flora intestinal e que várias doenças estão associadas a problemas no intestino. Os alimentos funcionais como os probióticos e prebióticos vem com a proposta de modulação e equilíbrio dessa microbiota, assegurando grandes melhorias a saúde do hospedeiro

AÇÕES COLABORATIVAS EM AMBIENTES VIRTUAIS DE APRENDIZAGEM: UMA REFLEXÃO SOBRE A FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA DE TUTORES.
Get PDFABSTRACT: It is known that Distance Education (hereinafter, Distance Education) has been growing significantly over the years, favoring the democratization of education in different times and spaces. Thus, in view of the concern with this modality of education, it is necessary to guarantee the continuous formation of all the subjects involved in this process. In view of this, based on the reflections, it was defined as the objective of this article, to reflect on the continuous training of tutors, since the activity of tutoring requires the professional, collaborative mediation of knowledge in virtual learning environments. In order to meet the proposal, the bibliographic study was anchored in authors such as Alarcão (1998), Costa-Hübes (2008), Esteves and Rodrigues (1993), Magalhães (2004), Demo (1998), among others, the discussions and justify them. From the researches, it is evident that the continuous training is a necessary practice for tutoring, since it subsidizes the professional to mediate the learning process of the student, in a critical and collaborative way, through the online support.

Mentoring.RESUMO: É sabido que a Educação a Distância (doravante, EaD) vem crescendo significativamente ao longo dos anos, favorecendo a democratização do ensino em tempos e espaços diferentes. Desse modo, tendo em vista a preocupação com essa modalidade de ensino, deve-se garantir a formação continuada de todos os sujeitos envolvidos nesse processo. À vista disso, a partir de reflexões realizadas, definiu-se como objetivo deste artigo, refletir sobre a formação continuada de tutores, uma vez que a atividade de tutoria requer do profissional, mediação colaborativa do conhecimento em ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem. Para atender ao proposto, ancorou-se o estudo bibliográfico em autores como Alarcão (1998), Costa-Hübes (2008), Esteves e Rodrigues (1993), Magalhães (2004), Demo (1998), dentre outros, a fim de aquecer as discussões e fundamentá-las. A partir das pesquisas, fica evidente que a formação continuada é uma prática necessária para tutoria, uma vez que subsidia o profissional a mediar o processo de aprendizado do aluno, de forma critica e colaborativa, por meio do suporte online
FRATURA - LUXAÇÃO EXPOSTA DE TORNOZELO
Get PDFThe exposed fracture is an injury in which there is a solution of continuity of the wound, with the contact of the external environment with the bone tissue, by means of a lesion of soft parts1. In the dislocation occurs the loss of the contact between the bones of a joint being risk for ligament injuries1. The case presented is a fracture classified as Grade II de Gustillo and Anderson. The patient is 63 years old, with no history of previous fractures, suffered the injury after a fall of approximately three meters of height during occupational activity. Treatment of exposed ankle fractures / dislocations is still much discussed, due to frequent complications such as osteonecrosis and post-traumatic arthritis. The systemic condition and the affected limb of the patient should be considered for initiation of essential measures such as early administration of antibiotics, cleaning and debridement and assessment of conservative surgical treatment or in more severe cases, amputation. In the case reported, after the initial measurements the patient was submitted to reduction of the dislocation, suture by planes and tibial / calcaneal / 1st metatarsal transarticular external fixation.A fratura exposta é uma lesão em que há uma solução de continuidade da ferida, com o contato do meio externo com o tecido ósseo, por meio de uma lesão de partes moles1. Na luxação ocorre a perda do contato entre os ossos de uma articulação sendo risco para lesões ligamentares1. O caso apresentado é de uma fratura classificada como Grau II de Gustillo e Anderson. O paciente tem 63 anos, sem história de fraturas prévias, sofreu a lesão após queda de aproximadamente três metros de altura durante atividade ocupacional. O tratamento das fraturas/luxações expostas de tornozelo ainda é muito discutido, devido a complicações frequentes como osteonecrose e artrite pós-traumática. A condição sistêmica e do membro afetado do paciente devem ser consideradas, para tomadas de medidas iniciais essenciais, como administração precoce de antibióticos, limpeza e debridação e avaliação do tratamento cirúrgico conservador ou em casos mais graves, amputação. No caso relatado, após as medidas iniciais o paciente foi submetido a redução da luxação, sutura por planos e fixação externa transarticular tíbio/calcâneo/1° metatarso

O DESAFIO DA EVASÃO EM CURSOS SUPERIORES NA MODALIDADE EaD.
Get PDFThe evasion in distance courses is one of the main obstacles institutions. In this scenario, it includes the upper courses that have been offered by the Virtual University of the State of São Paulo - UNIVESP. This study had as objective to analyze the causes of evasion in superior courses offered in the distance modality. In order to do so, 100 students evaded these courses completed, so online, social profile, behavior and attitudes of the student in relation to distance learning courses are covered in the questionnaire. The results indicate that a significant portion of the escaped performed other tasks concurrent with the course; even expose that escaped the good part of the interviewees presented difficulties of iteration with the platforms used in the learning process, as well as mapping of the social profile of these individuals. As conclusions are: the fact that the EaD is a reality and as points this study with bias of sharp growth in the coming years, but also indicates the need for changes in processes and in relationship with students enabling not only their access to EaD but its effective utilization and permanence in the courses and institutions, be they public or private, who offer this type of education, and also the need of further studies that may give continuity to mapping and solutions pointing to the inclusion or exclusion of items that increase the reliability of EaD and minimize the factors identified as the cause of the circumvention.A evasão em cursos da modalidade a distância é um dos principais obstáculos enfrentados
pelas instituições. Nesse cenário, se incluem os cursos superiores que vem sendo ofertados pela Universidade Virtual do Estado de São Paulo – UNIVESP. Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar as causas da evasão em cursos superiores ofertados na modalidade a distância. Para tanto, 100 alunos evadidos desses cursos completaram, de maneira online, perfil social, comportamento e atitudes do aluno em relação a cursos a distância são abordados no questionário. Os resultados apontam que uma parcela importante dos evadidos realizava outras tarefas concomitantes com o curso; ainda expõem que dos evadidos boa parte dos entrevistados apresentava dificuldades de iteração com as plataformas utilizadas no processo de aprendizagem, além de mapeamento do perfil social destes indivíduos. Como conclusões estão: o fato de que o EaD é uma realidade e conforme aponta este estudo com viés de crescimentos acentuado no próximos anos, mas também indica a necessidade de evolução nos processos e na relação com os alunos possibilitando não somente seu acesso ao EaD mas seu efetivo aproveitamento e permanência nos cursos e instituições, sejam elas públicas ou privadas que ofereçam essa modalidade de ensino, e ainda a necessidade da realização de novos estudos que possam dar continuidade ao mapeamento e apontamento de soluções à inclusão ou exclusão de itens que aumentem a confiabilidade do EaD e minimizem os fatores identificados como causadores da evasão
