ISBN 978-9975-147-65-1 (PDF).In the context of the digitalization of economies, new technologies and financial solutions that have emerged, contribute significantly to the development of the financial system. In this context, financial payment services register a remarkable evolution, contributing to solving the problems of the population and the economic agents in the field of payments. It is interesting to what extent the Republic of Moldova has advanced in the assimilation of new financial services offered by providers in the last period and what are the possibilities for their development in the future. In this article we aim: to analyze the payments market in the Republic of Moldova from a marketing perspective, to identify factors that limit the development of the payments market, and development opportunities. The research methods used are: analysis of the legislation in force governing the payment system, statistical data analysis, graphical method, analysis and synthesis. The results of the research revealed the tendency of: competition increase in this field, the necessitiy for payment service providers to market orientation, proliferation and efficient cooperation between partners in the financial ecosystem, financial education of customers, approach to customer according to the segmentation, enhance social and ethical responsibility in relation to clients. ISBN 978-9975-155-87-8 (PDF).Nowadays, the employee motivation is a real challenge for the employers: they need to know what their employees want, what they need and after this – they must meet the need given. This is a hard process, which requires attention and dedication, as it involves costs, their control in terms of accounting and taxation. In this article there were identified some motivational benefits for employees, their accounting record and fiscal subordination. Both monetary and non-monetary benefits were analyzed, observing the basic rules to which they are subject. Analyzing the fiscal code, the labor code and other normative acts, it was possible to delimit characteristics specific to each type of benefit agreement, as a result, it was concluded on the complexity of these forms of employee encouragement. It was found that the expenses with the employees represent some necessary, useful expenses, which contribute to the well-being and the maintenance of the harmonious relations in the entity and to its progress. ISSN 2537-6179, E-ISSN 1857-436X.Governments need money for good functioning. Following the COVID – 19 pandemic and the energy crisis, finding sources to cover the budget deficits has become a real challenge. One of the ways of accumulating funds is by issuing government securities through auctions. Thus, countries are continuously concerned about developing the domestic debt market to decrease the dependence on external creditors. The primary dealer system is the most widespread form of cooperation between the issuer and investors. The main goal of the research is to show the influence of the primary dealer system on the development of the government securities market. In order to meet the requirements of the debt manager’s office they have to fulfil certain obligations. Despite the quantitative obligations of the primary dealers, the analysis focuses also on their qualitative aspects. Also, the paper presents a practical experience for selected countries regarding the evaluation of the activity of the primary dealers. The results of this research show a dependence between the development of the domestic government securities market and the methodology for evaluating the activity of the primary dealers. ISBN 978-9975-3590-2-3 (PDF).Recently, in the agricultural industry, in order to increase the amount of harvest, organic and inorganic fertilizers are used, due to which in the plant food products they are contaminated with high concentrations of nitrates, which can bring them to simple limbs of the limbs and face. until the onset of cancer. This research was created to determine the concentration of nitrates in certain fruits and vegetables and to find out some methods to reduce the concentration of nitrates in foods and which methods are more effective in lowering the concentration of nitrites. Following the research, 3 processes were performed to reduce the nitrate concentration. The methods given were 1 storage in the refrigerated state of 2 fruits and 2 vegetables in the results of which a decrease in the concentration of nitrates was obtained from 8% to 31% depending on the product and 2 methods of processing products such as washing with water. within 2 hours for which as object of study were 8 products the most representative results being the decrease by 46.62% for tomatoes and 48.78% for grapes. The other methods are heat treatment and more precisely the boiling and frying of 2 products (potato and carrot), the results of which are presented as the increase of nitrates in boiling products which is due to the displacement of nitrates inside the product to the boiling and frying. nitrates up to 82.56% for carrots and 62.15% for potatoes. ISBN 978-9975-155-66-3.The unified system of codes that groups and systematizes budgetary indicators according to certain criteria reflects the budgetary classification, which is important for policy formulation, identifying resource allocation, establishing accountability for policies and performance, and day-to-day budget management. The purpose of the research is the analysis of the state social insurance budget in terms of budget classification depending on the time factor. The systematization of budgetary indicators favors the elaboration of policies in the field of state social insurance and social assistance, the state social insurance budget and the medium-term budgetary framework, the monitoring and execution of the state social insurance budget, the performance within the programs, in order to ensure the financial stability of the public system. social insurance. The methods applied in the research process are: dynamic analysis, comparison, observation, deduction. The research results reflect the state social insurance budget for the period 2016-2020 according to the budgetary classification system applied in the Republic of Moldova, approved in 2015 and includes the functional, organizational, source, economic and program classification.
