ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).On September 2015, the Republic of Moldova, along with other 192 members of the UN, committed to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, by adopting the Declaration of the Summit on Sustainable Development. The national policy agenda is only partially aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and one third of SDGs targets are not included in any of the national policy papers. Based on SDGs, the Government developed, approved and submitted to Parliament the National Development Strategy “European Moldova 2030”. At the same time, a number of sectorial strategies and programs were approved for the period until 2021 or 2022, which also provides for the adoption of urgent measures to revise them for the next period. Successful implementation of SDGs depends on how flexible the strategic planning framework is, that is now quite problematic in Moldova. Republic of Moldova has too many policy papers, which often overlap and contradict each other, are not properly monitored and assessed, and the responsibilities among implementing partners are not clearly shared and integrated into the budgetary planning processes. One of the possibilities to mainstream gender aspects in national reforms is modification of current national legislation, which would oblige public authorities (central and local) to develop and promote their strategic documents with taking into account women’s rights. The research examines the sector of public policy reform in the Republic of Moldova by mapping existing public policy documents – strategies and programs – through the lens of gender. ISSN 2537-6179, E-ISSN 1857-436X.Under conditions of uncertainty, the financial performance of a state (which is the attribute of the state's assurance of welfare through the contribution of economic activity to the financial-budgetary vectors) changes in relation to the influences of uncertainty factors and the response of the entropy of the system to the social protection measures adopted by the authorities in response to the crisis. Thus, in the opinion of the authors, the financial performance can be quantified according to the capacity of the resources to satisfy the financial needs, in an equitable measure, based on the allowed access, in the presence of protection against financial risk and through the sustainable consumption of resources. We propose to develop a model for assessing financial performance under uncertainty based on the consumption vector represented by the average monthly cost felt by the employer. The methods used are prospective (literature study) and analytical (consolidation of a Romania-Moldova parallel database for relevant macroeconomic indicators: active population, Total state companies' revenues of, Number of state companies, Number of employees, Total national income). The results of the study materialize in the assessment of economic development patterns influencing financial performance by creating parallel correlations with effect in delineating the influences of endogenous and exogenous factors on the financial performance of the two countries. The proposed digital innovation tools (ESRI platform) will contribute to achieving synergies between national fund programs and the Roadmaps for Moldova's integration into the European Research Area. These approaches will contribute to the identification of interregional value chains, target markets, natural resources, and relevant actors in the associated countries and in the EU. The authors propose to consider a digital e-policy platform, complemented by a set of online applications and services, able to help national and regional authorities in the EU associated countries to develop a regional „smart specialization” roadmap on circular economy priorities. December 2022, vol. 8, issue 2, pp. 122-143. ISSN 2537-6179, E-ISSN 1857-436X.Protected areas and other natural territories are very important part of the Ukrainian economy. Due to the numerous possibilities of protected areas, it can occupy a significant part of the post-war reconstruction's destinations. The methodological approaches of protected areas development are considered as tools of economic and innovative regional development and expansion of investment flows. The post-war market of Ukraine depends on the the recovery level of the country's population, because the innovative forms of economic activity launching presupposes the existence of a healthy society ready of reforms and changes. Taking into account given the above, it is actualized the necessity to find out the essence and role of the facilities of nature reserve fund in the system of balanced economically efficient use of nature, their place in the financial and market infrastructures, the definition of the investment potential of reserve areas. The investigation of the market without inter-study differences was conducted by a quantitative literature review (a meta-analysis). Forming indicators of the most vulnerable society groups were analyzed by the systematization method. The main vectors of innovative growth in the EU countries and the adapting possibility of these tools to the Ukrainian economy were formed by the comparative method. As a result of research, the author analyzed economic, organizational, environmental and social principles protected areas increasing, it is established is considered the protected areas as a code of multitask development and economic stimulation to cooperate with business entities.
