In: Economica. 2022, nr. 2(120), pp. 69-84. ************************************************************************************************************************************* Economic capacity is a key element in shaping public policies, with a key role both in forecasting the elements of accounting, fiscal and monetary policy and in carrying out macroand micro-economic strategies. We aim to analyse the benchmarks on economic capacity through the predictable characteristics of economic and financial impact indicators and to determine the size of economic capacity sensitive to uncertainty through an economic model and evolution clusters for VAT and gross value added in relation to the elements of the structure of the economy at a given time. The results are useful for economic decision- makers to assess the necessary changes in accounting, fiscal and monetary policy in order to stabilize economic capacity at an optimally representative level for the current stage of economic development. 336.02:330.43(498); JEL: E60, E62, G32. Methods of accessing local networks environment
ANDRONATIEV, Victor. Methods of accessing local networks environment. In: Competitiveness and Innovation in the Knowledge Economy [online]: 26th International Scientific Conference: Conference Proceeding, September 23-24, 2022. Chişinău: ASEM, 2022, pp. 297-308. ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).In modern society, computers can be used in any field of human activity. The level of use of computing depends on how developed a particular country is. The richest countries are the most developed in the IT (information technology) field. The countries with the greatest natural resources: gas, oil, metals, etc., are not always the richest. Likewise, among the richest companies are also those in the IT field. Of the top 10 companies in the world, more than half are from the IT domain, which means that mean that billions of dollars are spent annually on the IT field. This results in the efficient utilization of allocated resources, so that the use of IT tools allows accessing and transferring information as quickly and comfortably as possible. Information can be managed from home, work, on the go. When we use IT tools at home, at work, we are talking about data transfer in local networks. The larger the network is (number of users, number of computers), the more stringent the requirements are. An important factor in meeting these requirements is how efficiently the data transfer medium is used. CZU: 004.725.5; JEL: D85; DOI: https://doi.org/10.53486/cike2022.3

Management of sales on banking products at Romanian Commercial Bank
OANCEA-NEGESCU, Mihaela Diana, BUZOIANU, Ovidiu Cristian Andrei, GUTU, Corneliu, SARBU, Maria Alexandra. Management of sales on banking products at Romanian Commercial Bank. In: 30 years of economic reforms in the Republic of Moldova: economic progress via innovation and competitiveness [online]: The International Scientific Conference dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, September 24th-25th, 2021, Chisinau. Chișinău: ASEM, 2022, vol. 3, pp. 254-260. ISBN 978-9975-155-66-3.A study on sales management was inspired by reality, taking into account the fact that modern companies have it as an essential function. In this context, the sales activity and its management have acquired their essential role in the activity of a competitive company. The present study thus starts from the idea that sales means a vital problem for companies, a problem that must be solved through an appropriate approach. We are practically witnessing a transition from a transactional to a relational attitude. The present study proposes for analysis a topic intensely discussed in almost all media in Romania. The services segment is a basic lever of the economy and also the most difficult area to follow from a fiscal point of view, precisely due to the diversity that marks this segment of activity. Over time, the services have undergone numerous changes, both from a legislative and organizational point of view, both nationally and internationally. Services currently tend to encompass broader categories of domains, targeting all social and age classes. The different levels of training, as well as the vast aspect of the professions involving the provision of services, have contributed decisively to the development of this segment in the second area of interest in the contemporary world after the production segment. Sales management is important for meeting customer needs and ensuring the quality of services provided. DOI: https://doi.org/10.53486/9789975155663.33; CZU: 005:336.717; JEL: E42; G24
Development of the Dual Higher Educational Model Based on Company Needs
SIRBU, Olesea, COVAȘ, Lilia, STIHI, Liudmila, SOLCAN, Angela. Development of the Dual Higher Educational Model Based on Company Needs. Eastern European Journal of Regional Studies. June 2022, vol. 8, issue 1, pp. 30-49. ISSN 2537-6179, E-ISSN 1857-436X.The adaptation of higher education in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine to the changes taking place in modern society requires the implementation of innovative forms of education of the young generation. The integration of dual education at a higher level of education will allow to effectively combining the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes appropriate to each context by collaborating with the business environment, thus providing opportunities to capitalize on theoretical skills in the real sector. The article presents the results of a survey of companies needs for dual higher education in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. The study is carried out within the Erasmus + COOPERA project "Integrating Dual Higher Education in Moldova and Ukraine", ref. no. 617490-EPP-1-2020-1-MD-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP. The aim of the project is to integrate dual higher education in partner countries. The study was conducted in 2021 and shows the situation in Ukraine before the war, but we hope that once it is completed it will be possible to return to a normal way of life, and further efforts are needed to restore the devastated economy and educational system. Thus, the identification of the specific needs and requirements of economic agents, as basic partners in dual education in higher education institutions, allowed foreshadowing the opportunities and perspectives for universities and business in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. Based on the study, Dual Higher Education Model (DHEM) was developed, which will be used to pilot DHE within ASEM in the 2022 academic year. MAIR, Amza, GOMBOS, Carol Cristina, VASILESCU, Alexandru Cristian, COMANESCU, Florentina, DIACONU, Amelia. Analysis of the evolution of the globalization index 2000- 2019. 2, pp. 65-71. ISBN 978-9975-155-64-9.Globalization is not just a term but a process of global economic evolution. The process of globalization is initiated by the perspective of international economic conditions. During globalization, invariably, there are effects that may be favorable to the strong and less favorable to the small, in this category including those with limited economic opportunities, but also includes countries that do not have a large technological development, but have of mineral resources, primarily and other special nature. In this article, we have highlighted the main effects produced over time, which, although not treated as an effect of globalization, are in line with the entry of large multinational corporations. From here, the effects that are borne by those categorized small appear. In parallel, the authors investigated and found some evolutions even on the Romanian scene that are similar to the great globalization. Globalization has also influenced the evolution of GDP because due to the relations between states, trade represents almost 50% of the world's GDP. Globalization could pose a direct threat to the traditions of states to the detriment of cultural diversity and the lifestyle of citizens. This article aims at the evolutionary analysis of the globalization index in the period 2000-2019, focusing on the last part of the interval. Using statistical data, a comparison was made between several states that have been and will be true poles of power at the international level, especially in the context of globalization.
