ISBN 978-9975-147-65-1 (PDF).The quality of the negotiations, finding of compromise solutions, the good work of the tourism entity as a result of the negotiations, as well as obtaining a good performance in the future, depend decisively on the negotiators. Under these conditions, the personality traits of the negotiator, but also his temperament, can have a major influence on the way he behaves and approaches the issues at the negotiating table. Playing decision-making roles, negotiators use information, establish relationships, close contracts in order to capitalize on resources, solve conflictual situations and address optimal alternatives for issues needed to be solved. Thus, the negotiators can influence the course of the deals, therefore obtaining the desired result, if the negotiations did not fail due to the different temperament of the parties. This article focuses on the importance of the negotiator's temperament, as a natural foundation of the personality, on the way to conduct talks at the negotiating table. Am investigat mizele economice internaționale ale producerii de parfumuri, arătând că exporturile globale de parfumuri au înregistrat în ultimii ani o evoluție sinusoidală. Am prezentat evoluția exporturilor de parfumuri, precum și Indicatorul Potențialului de Export cu referință la țări și la piețele de export. Mizele economice locale au fost expuse prin prisma lanțurilor de aprovizionare și valorice, arătând impactul economic direct, indirect și indus al industriei parfumurilor. Am abordat preocupările etico-economice legate de testarea pe animale în procesul de producere a parfumurilor. Studiul de caz asupra companiei „Viorica-Cosmetic” S.A. ne-a ajutat să elucidăm impactul local al industriei parfumurilor din Republica Moldova. ************************************************************************************************************************************* The article approaches the production of perfumes as part of the creative industries and its evolution. We investigated the international economic stakes of perfume production, showing that global perfume exports have exhibited a sinusoidal evolution in recent years. We presented the evolution of perfume exports, as well as the Export Potential Indicator with reference to countries and export markets. The local economic stakes were exposed through the lens of supply and value chains, showing the direct, indirect and induced economic impact of the perfume industry. We addressed the ethical and economic concerns related to animal testing in the perfume production process. The case study on the Joint Stock Company “Viorica-Cosmetic” elucidated the local impact of the perfume industry in the Republic of Moldova. At the moment, the energy situation of the Republic of Moldova is determined not only by the energy crisis in Europe but also by the evolutions during the transition period, as well as by the overall economic and social situation of the country in the last thirty years and a bad management in the energy field. Attempts to reform the energy sector in line with EU trends are hampered by a number of different factors that reduce the effectiveness of the measures taken, jeopardizing security of energy supply. Based on the above, this article has been prepared in order to highlight the problems but also the potential for the development of the country's energy sector, aiming its modernization. ISBN 978-9975-155-64-9.In this paper, we will try to reveal some peculiarities of the interaction between explicit and implicit derivation within the complex derivational paradigm (KDP) and describe the derivational characteristics of KDP derivatives. The proposed tasks are solved by analyzing the ways of interaction between morphological derivation and semantic derivation of the second tier and considering motivated lexical units through the prism of lexical derivation lato sensu. This approach sheds new light on the problem of multiple derivation in modern linguistics. From this point of view, our study allows us to expand the limits of the interpretation of the multiple derivation phenomenon in modern linguistics by identifying and describing its role in the formation of the semantic structure of the polysemantic derivatives. In this context, in the given article, the authors propose to analyze the theoretical and conceptual foundations of the budget deficit as an indicator of financial relations within the financial system, as well as its causes, consequences and sources of coverage. At the same time, the dynamics and evolution of the budget deficit of the Republic of Moldova, as well as their financing sources, will be analyzed. The research methodology related to the given article is represented by the method of analysis, synthesis, comparison, graphic method and data interpretation method, etc. As a result of the given research, the optimal methods of financing the budget deficit are to be identified as well as the situation of the budget deficit in the Republic of Moldova is to be analyzed. It is a booming field and involves in its development the entire economy. In this paper, I analyzed the performance and competitiveness of the banking system in the Republic of Moldova through the analysis of the number and volume of loans granted and deposits attracted. I also studied the profit and loss situation of the banks during the two years of the pandemic. Moreover, I evaluated the satisfaction of consumers of banking services, and I established the top 4 banks based on their performance. Consequently, due to the fact that banks compete with one another, they have to offer great services for their clients - otherwise individuals will change to another, better, bank.
