ISBN 978-9975-155-64-9.Întreprinderile mici și mijlocii (IMM) reprezintă principala forţă de creştere economică, fiind concomitent și un sector extrem de vulnerabil, care necesită în permanență susținere și suport din partea statului. Astfel, una dintre sarcinile de bază în reglementarea de către stat a activității sectorului dat, presupune elaborarea politicilor orientate spre susţinerea și dezvoltarea IMM-urilor. În condiţiile economice actuale, când tot mai multe IMM-uri îşi încep activitatea pe fundalul unei incertitudini economice, devine din ce în ce mai evident că dezvoltarea cu succes şi chiar existenţa lor pe piaţă depinde într-o măsură tot mai mare de eficiența politicilor de susținere destinate sectorului. În prezentul demers științific, am recurs la dimensionarea eficienței politicilor promovate în vederea susținerii sectorului IMM. Privind retrospectiv am observat, că politicile promovate dea lungul anilor s-au valorificat într-un șir de rezultate pozitive, remarcate şi în demersul analitic de față, cum ar fi: sporirea aportului sectorului IMM-urilor în PIB; creșterea numărului de IMM-uri şi a forței de muncă angajate în aceste întreprinderi. Totuși, în cadrul cercetării efectuate s-a observat, că aceste rezultate raportate la ţările cu o economie de piaţă funcțională sunt cu mult inferioare, iar dezvoltarea sectorului businessului mic şi mijlociu reprezintă încă o mare provocare pentru Republica Moldova. În rezultatul reflecțiilor științifice întreprinse, sunt formulate propuneri și măsuri concrete, menite să contribuie la valorificarea potențialului sectorului IMM. ISBN 978-9975-155-64-9.The article gives a brief analytical survey of multilingualism practices, its consequences, its benefits in education and discussions on the appropriate ways towards its achievement in education. Multilingualism refers to speaking more than one language competence Generally there are both the official and unofficial multilingualism practices. A brief survey on multilingualism practices indicates that Canada, Belgium and Switzerland are officially declared multilingual countries. Multilingualism exhibits both the political and the linguistic consequences. The linguistic consequences include the development of a lingua franca, creation of mixed languages within a linguistic milieu, enhances cross cultural communication strategies and cross cultural communication skills. Benefits of multilingualism practices in education include the creation and appreciation of cultural awareness, adds academic and educational value, enhances creativity, adjustment in society and appreciation of local languages. ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).Replacing the concept of quality control with that of quality management will not be a formality in the modernization of the quality assessment process of audit missions, as long as the management of the audit entity will assume this responsibility. And the linear approach traditionally used until now can no longer cope with the tasks of a flexible internal control system within an audit firm. The research in question is an empirical investigation to establish whether the new reforms in the field of auditing determine the performance of the audit mission in the context of the current requirements of professional quality standards. At the same time, the aim of the study is to express the opinion regarding the advantages and disadvantages of these developments at the stage of harmonizing the auditor profession with international practices. As part of the research theme, the normative acts in the field were investigated, the international good practices in the exercise of the auditor profession, aiming to highlight the role of reforms in ensuring the quality of services in this field. The research carried out on this subject aims to highlight the issue of the stability of the entire audit quality management system, consistently addressed in most of the approaches of the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB). The scientific investigations carried out on this research topic aim to identify and propose solutions regarding the improvement of the audit quality management system in the context of the review of international standards regarding quality assurance. ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).Currently, the fluidity and quality of information are among the favoring factors of the organization's competitiveness. In this sense, a working group becomes innovative and creative when it is able to effectively capture the information presented in gatherings. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the achievement of correct, efficient and effective information both vertically and horizontally, in order to create, under optimal conditions, internal and external requests in accordance with the established organizational objectives. For this, in the process of managerial communication, a number of fundamental communications needs of work groups, but also of each individual employee, must be satisfied. One of the priority, dominant forms of internal organizational communication is "gatherings." Based on the information received during the gatherings, the managerial staff / decision-making group can perceive whether it is moving towards the set objective, or it is deviating. At the same time, in a gathering, information is vital for the performance of the group for the quality of the decisions made. Therefore, the manager who exercises the role of gathering moderator a must have initiatives to increase the fluidity and quality of information by disseminating and facilitating the circulation of information. At the same time, the promptness of information circulation was and continues to be a determining element of decision-making efficiency and effectiveness. This is influenced by the pace of changes, especially in the field of technologies that allow/ensure an informational transit. In conclusion, we affirm that the success of a gathering is conditioned by the ability of the participants to communicate pertinently and with a positive decision-making impact. După globalizare, băncile au început să fie martorii unei concurențe tăioase din partea altor bănci în a oferi clientului o gamă largă de produse/servicii tehnologice de ultimă generație, o experiență favorabilă pentru clienți, o rețea bună de sucursale bancare, privilegii, servicii promoționale. Această cercetare își propune să analizeze produsele și serviciile actuale care au fost implementate în Moldova și se bazează pe proiecte FinTech, precum și tendințele internaționale care ar putea influența sectorul bancar național. Digitalizarea sectorului bancar din Republica Moldova se dezvoltă cu pași accelerați, băncile implementând soluții de înaltă tehnologie pentru nevoile clienților lor, inclusiv Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, precum și diferite transferuri rapide fără numerar, soluții moderne de plată și identificarea biometrică în aplicațiile mobile. Odată cu schimbările continue și radicale ale tehnologiei, băncile se transformă, de asemenea, profitând de tehnologie. Covid-19 a perturbat fiecare industrie la nivel global și a forțat întreprinderile să-și schimbe modul actual de a face afaceri, oamenii și companiile bazându-se mai mult pe digital banking în activitățile lor zilnice.
