ISBN 978-9975-3590-5-4 (PDF).The purpose of the research is to assess the state and types of service provision in the Lower Dniester River Basin and analyze their use, especially for tourist and leisure activities. For the activity of structures in the tourism industry, one of the priority components is: the network of economic agents that provide services in the field of tourism. Many services have expired and are in poor condition. This fact highlights urban localities and causes most tour operators to reduce tourist trips to many rural destinations that thus become isolated from national tourist circuits. Some services have been renovated according to international standards, but these advances are insignificant due to the lack of funding sources. Chişinău: ASEM, 2022, pp. 186-194. ISBN 978-9975-155-73-1.The article shows that the main value of knowledge in business is productive internal exchange of opinions and reasoned decision-making. A distinction between the spheres of using free access and structuring knowledge within the technological approach of knowledge management organization was made. The advantages of free access were highlighted, namely, the autonomy of work processes, ease of implementation and the ability to work in conditions of uncertainty, as well as such disadvantages as the lack of performance indicators and possible reduction in work efficiency. Attention was focused on the fact that despite the increase in productivity and transparency of work processes, there is significant resistance from employees when structuring knowledge. To overcome the limitations of the technological support model, it was proposed to consider the possibility of creating an internal knowledge market that requires the definition of pricing, exchange mechanisms and competition between suppliers. The role of standards, protocols and rules as a deterrent for buyers and sellers in the domestic knowledge market was considered. The broker model in knowledge management was analyzed, which involves active cooperation with suppliers, customers and functional business networks. The analysis of the benefits of knowledge management based on social technologies, namely, the creation of content, a searchable archive, as well as limitations in the form of complexity and duration of the process of transformation was provided. ISBN 978-9975-155-66-3.Modificările metodologice, realizate de Biroul Național de Statistică în statistica oficială a populației și în statistica pieței muncii din perioada 2014-2019, limitează comparabilitatea cronologică a datelor și informațiilor statistice. Piața muncii din Republica Moldova continuă să fie afectată negativ de diverși factori sociali, economici și politici. Acești factori limitează investițiile în valorificarea și consolidarea capitalului uman și creșterea competitivității. Și, drept consecință, afectează negativ dezvoltarea durabilă și incluzivă a societății. Prin urmare, Republica Moldova continuă să înregistreze un nivel alarmant de emigrare a forței de muncă datorat nivelului scăzut al salariilor, dar și a oportunităților reduse de angajare. De asemenea, angajatorii se confruntă cu lipsa forței de muncă calificată. În acest sens, din punct de vedere educațional, se observă o reducere a numărului de persoane ce se înrolează în procesul educațional, în special în învățământul profesional-tehnic, ceea ce rezultă într-un decalaj dintre cererea de pe piața muncii și numărul de specialiști calificați. Mai mult, pandemia COVID-19 reprezintă nu doar o provocare epidemiologică, dar și una ce afectează semnificativ piața muncii. Efectele negative sunt resimțite de către angajați în special în HORECA, industrie, transporturi etc., care au fost semnificativ afectate de pandemie, de către antreprenori a căror afaceri sunt afectate de lipsa personalului, dar și de către stat a cărui funcție este să asigure nivelul necesar al protecției sociale. More and more economic entities adopt ethical behaviour in the business environment and have constant preoccupations regarding transparent conduct. The increased level of technology and information of the company has changed the reporting standards, the volume and the quality of the information requested from the market, from the businessmen. Because transparency is very important in gaining trust, it is necessary to know the term, the implications of transparency on the business environment, the ways of ensuring it, as well as the factors that affect it. In this context, the paper aims to identify the current state of knowledge about transparency, and the interest of researchers for the study of the benefits and challenges specific to financial transparency, through a systematic review of the literature archived on the Scopus platform. We have found that transparency in the financial and non-financial reporting of economic entities has been the subject of many studies, in the academic community, in order to clarify the concept or to examine the factors that influence its level. We conclude that transparency should not be seen as a cost to be borne by the entity, but as a long-term investment that will ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business. ISBN 978-9975-155-64-9.Looking back in time, history shows us, by the fact that no society has lasted for more than 100 years without generating a war, that we are facing a problem. Doesn't it seem hilarious, because everyone knows this, and we take it for granted? It is here that we have the hint that since the world has existed, there has never been a healthy society. In order to be able to build a healthy intercultural society, strong collaboration and less competition are needed, or a too competitive style between societies brings division, where everyone fights for the supremacy of their own culture. These struggles are the result of many smaller problems that have not been properly managed and solved, usually over several years, which later turned into mass disorder and have led to wars. Consequently, this paper describes some key concepts that stand out which not being properly managed and developed or their lack lead to the destruction of a culture, a society. Thus, we teachers, are the ones in the first line, who can bring to the attention of our disciples these major cultural problems, in order to build a healthy intercultural society in our country and abroad. Through the method of analysis and comparison of several papers and opinions, a personal opinion emerged regarding this current topic, in the context of Europeanization and globalization of economies. It is an innovative approach to integrating youth into today’s changing labour markets. In the paper, the author presents the problems of functioning of entrepreneurship for young people, which are identified in the modern scientific literature, but also the results of their own research conducted among young people. Se pune accent pe valorificarea deciziilor eficiente, cu respectarea unor condiții tradiționale și a unor restricții speciale impuse de fenomenul de poluare. Poluarea este consecința activităților economice din domeniile respective. În majoritatea modelelor economico-matematice, funcțiile de poluare definesc constrângeri care pot diminua, esențial, în raport cu situațiile clasice, mulțimea soluțiilor admisibile. ************************************************************************************************************************************* The paper addresses some decisionmaking processes in the economic areas of production and transport, focused on the optimization, in various aspects, of these processes. A special emphasis is given to capitalizing on optimal decisions, respecting traditional conditions and special restrictions imposed by the pollution phenomenon. Pollution is the consequence of economic activities in the respective fields. In most economic and mathematical models, the pollution functions define constraints, which can essentially reduce, compared to classical situations, the set of admissible solutions. For certain situations, constructive numerical algorithms are proposed, which could effectively and in real time solve the problems in question. ISBN 978-9975-155-92-2 (PDF).At present, the issues related to the slaughter of animals and birds and the goods obtained in this case are examined in the NAS "Particularities of accounting in agriculture" in points 27 and 36 with the concomitant illustration in Table 1 of the clause separating pig carcases from other types of products originating in the same animal species, this clause being understood to mean processing operations. Thus, according to the normative act, the slaughter of any mature or immature individuals in the animal kingdom is an inalienable part of the agricultural activity and one of the many manifestations of the harvesting phase, and the carcass or meat obtained from slaughter is considered agricultural or basic agricultural product. However, in our opinion, this approach is debatable, because it hardly conforms to the real content of the notion of slaughter and totally ignores the experience of accounting for this economic fact until the reform of the national accounting system, as well as the provisions of some important legal acts in country and the European Union.
