Măsuri de susținere a mediului de afaceri în contextul pandemiei COVID-19
MOREI, Virgiliu. Measures to support the business environment in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic = Măsuri de susținere a mediului de afaceri în contextul pandemiei COVID-19. În: Strategii şi politici de management în economia contemporană [Resursă electronică]: conf. şt. intern., ediţia a 7-a, 9-10 iunie 2022. Chişinău: ASEM, 2022, pp. 245-256. ISBN 978-9975-147-65-1 (PDF).The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an economic recession both regionally and globally. Among the first negative effects we can mention: difficulties encountered by companies in executing contracts, some of them had to send their employees into technical unemployment and, worst of all, some had even stopped their activity. In this context, states around the world have been forced to take concrete steps to help companies and guide them through a prompt action plan.
This article analyzes the measures to support the business environment in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic undertaken by some EU member states, as well as by the Government of the Republic of Moldova.
To counteract the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, European states have provided significant sums to support companies in difficulty and, in addition, have applied other measures aimed at minimizing the risk of an economic crisis (deferment of taxes, non-collection of interest and delays, temporary tax cuts, measures for the most affected sectors, technical unemployment). As economies enter the stage of economic recovery, it will be important for authorities in all countries to phase out, but as soon as possible, broad support measures and focus on encouraging a competitive business environment, which is essential for a strong recovery, resistant to future crises, as well as for long-term sustainable economic growth. Integrity - the code that defines personality in the educational and professional environment
MANCAȘ, Maria. Integrity - the code that defines personality in the educational and professional environment. In: Competitiveness and Innovation in the Knowledge Economy [online]: 26th International Scientific Conference: Conference Proceeding, September 23-24, 2022. Chişinău: ASEM, 2022, pp. 213-218. ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).Integrity is the code that defines the personality of an institutional manager, a university teacher, a student, an economic agent, etc. Not coincidentally, the authors Ludmila Roşca and Constantin Lazari emphasize that the purpose of universities is to „seek and transmit the truth under the sign of science and morality.” In the same vein, the authors Valentin Mureșan and Mihaela Constantinescu state that universities must also create a moral context, which can be created through seven organizational virtues: 1- clarity in moral requirements; 2- consistency in the ethical regulations of the university (ethical policies and strategies); 3- feasibility (feasibility) in implementing the moral requirements of behavior; 4- motivating university members in supporting the adoption of ethical behavior; 5- visibility in monitoring immoral behaviors; 6- evaluation of the formal and informal means through which the members can openly discuss the ethical problems and dilemmas they face in the academic environment; 7- the sanctionability of immoral behaviors. The integrity of an educational organization can be created through the prism of an „organizational culture”, and the 360⁰ Feedback can serve as a way to re-evaluate the behavior of an employee / manager, etc. The integrity of an organization can also be quantified. For this purpose, for example, the IntegrityMeter Test can be applied. Integrity in the educational and professional environment can be cultivated through morality, reasoning, fairness, honesty, respectful treatment of all parties involved in educational and organizational processes, but also through the „Six-element model that can ensure integrity”, namely: ethics organizational; corruption prevention and control; organizational and business skills; competitive effectiveness and efficiency; the possibility of external control; conflict resolution. An „Integrity Agreement” or „Voices of Academic Integrity” and „Voices of Corporate Integrity” can be a true philosophy of European integration. The research methods were based on bibliographic sources as well as a study conducted by the authors of this research, in the Republic of Moldova. At the national level, it is not a clear statistic on preschoolers with food intolerances and allergies, but it has been found that the menus in kindergartens are adapted to the needs of children who show these symptoms.
