ISSN 1810-9136.Lucrarea de față are drept scop punerea în evidență a rolului determinant pe care îl are guvernanța corporativă pentru sporirea eficienței și creșterea economică a organizațiilor, inclusiv a instituțiilor publice. Beneficiile și efectele pe care guvernanța corporativă le oferă, a condus la extinderea acestei practici inclusiv în sectorul public. Deși, misiunea pe care și-o asumă domeniul public este una de ordin social și se deosebește esențial de cea pe care o urmărește sectorul privat – de ordin economic, totuși o serie de trăsături ale guvernanței corporative sunt specifice ambelor sectoare, scopul prioritar fiind eficientizarea managementului și îmbunătățirea sistemului de control intern. Studiul pune în lumină motivele ce au condus la creșterea interesului pentru guvernanța corporativă în sectorul public, oferind posibilitatea identificării unor soluții optime pentru prevenirea practicilor negative de fraude și eșecuri financiare. ************************************************************************************************************************************* This paper aims to highlight the key role that corporate governance plays in increasing the efficiency and the economic growth of organizations, including the public institutions. The benefits and effects that Corporate Governance offers have led to the expansion of the practice in question, including in the public sector. Although the mission of the public sector is a social one, it differs significantly from that of the private sector – which is the economic one, however, a number of corporate governance traits are specific to both sectors, and the aim of each sector is to streamline management and improve the internal control system. The study highlights the reasons that have led to growing interest in corporate governance in the public sector, providing the possibility to identify optimal solutions to prevent negative practices of fraud and financial failure. ISBN 978-9975-155-73-1.Currently, the global community is facing a unique pandemic crisis, which due to mechanisms of economic globalization will inevitably influence political, social and economic life of the Republic of Moldova. The picture of the influence of global pandemic crisis on domestic economy is complex and, to some extent, contradictory. Its study is complicated by the fact that since 1989 it has been in a state of continuous economic crisis with different periods of manifestation and tension. The impact of the pandemic crisis on the economy of the Republic of Moldova is to be studied through the prism of two interconnected dimensions: economic and financial. From an economic point of view, the pandemic crisis affected the country's industrial production, services and trade. In terms of financial aspects, the COVID-19 crisis has affected the financial situation of economic agents in different sectors of the economy, the functioning of some segments of the financial market, as well as the monetary balance. The results of study are important for the implementation of anti-crisis measures both at the national level and at the level of branch and economic agents. JEL: F02, F6

ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).Sometimes the administrative side of a business can seem slightly monotonous. In reality, however, it is fundamental to the success and growth of a business. In addition to the legal entity and tax and accounting matters, contracts and their provisions are equally important. Issuing legally correct contracts ensures results as expected, performed obligations and helps in unforeseen situations. The purpose of this research is to carry out a multifaceted analysis of the subject under investigation, a contract is a legal act consisting of a will agreement concluded between two or more persons in order to create, modify or extinguish legal relationships. Research methods. The basic method used to find the sources needed for the study, as well as for the interpretation and systematization of the latest concepts and ideas was the bibliographic method. At the same time, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, generalization were used in the research, which created objective, true visions about the principles of legal responsibility and its functional structure. Financial practice, at each historical stage of development, has generated various experiences of financial supply of the respective branch of the national economy. Of these, in the perspective of the present exposition, is the bank credit for agriculture. The conceptual approach, refracted in contemporary opinions on the subject, consolidates the classical essence of the notion. The concept formulated by the author is based on the particularities of the credit elements, which represent the defining characteristics of the agricultural credit. The new conceptual approach to agricultural credit must serve as an economic and moral basis in the design of new credit products in the range of agricultural credit. ************************************************************************************************************************************* Finanțarea agriculturii este o chestiune imprescriptibilă din ordinea de zi. Abordarea conceptuală a creditului agricol impune noi viziuni, menite să extindă cadrul îngust de definire a acestuia în care îl mai mențin tratările clasice. The informational objects of the field of study are identified. The information base of the designed system is developed. The basic relationships between informational objects are highlighted. The integrity and referential constraints are proposed. Database's relationships are normalized up to NF3. The main idea is emphasized that the practical implementation of the database will allow solving the problems of efficient analysis of primary medical data and generation of consolidated reports, which will allow operative and strategic decisions to be made by the central administration of the Republic of Moldova. ISBN 978-9975-155-87-8 (PDF).Fenomene globale din ultimul timp, precum transformarea digitală au avut un impact deosebit de puternic asupra piețelor bursiere deoarece au facilitat accesul părților interesate la aceste piețe. În prezent orice parte interesată poate să participe activ și să investească pe aceste piețe, obstacolele din trecut ca de exemplu plafoane foarte mari de intrare pe piață sau lipsa de informații și de instrumente fiind de domeniul trecutului datorită acestor schimbări. Ținând cont de aceste aspecte dar și de interesul sporit al noilor părți interesate de a investi, am realizat o mică analiză a legăturii dintre comportamentul investitorilor de pe piețele bursiere și dimensiunile culturale, în special a evitării incertitudinii și individualismului, așa cum au fost descrise acestea de către Geert Hofstede. Rezultatele acestei lucrări demonstrează că dimensiunile culturale au o influență semnificativă asupra deciziilor investitorilor. De asemenea, aceste rezultate pot constitui baza de plecare pentru alte viitoare studii viitoare, explorând dinamica mai multor regiuni și/sau analizând alte dimensiuni culturale.
