Green marketing in the Romanian retail
DOBREA, Cătălin Răzvan, POPESCU, Maria Loredana, BUZOIANU, Ovidiu Andrei Cristian, DIMA, Cristina. Green marketing in the Romanian retail. In: 30 years of economic reforms in the Republic of Moldova: economic progress via innovation and competitiveness [online]: The International Scientific Conference dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the establishment of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, September 24th-25th, 2021, Chisinau. Chișinău: ASEM, 2022, vol. 1, pp. 48-55. ISBN 978-9975-155-61-8.Before the idea of green marketing, companies had to be concerned with what happens to a product during and after its useful life. Companies can manifest this concern by experimenting with ways to re-evaluate and redesign the life stage of the product. Life cycle reassessment focuses on environmental considerations in product development and design, including energy and material inputs and achievements in production, consumption, and disposal of waste products (1994 corporate environmental practices). The implementation of the principles of ecological marketing has been achieved since the 70's of the last century once the concepts of social and societal marketing have been delimited. The challenges that globalization and excessive environmental pollution have caused to contemporary organizations have required the implementation of new business models and rethinking the strategic approach to their work. They have generated the rational and sustainable use of resources, the reduction of waste resulting from production processes, educating consumers towards the development of a mentality in favor of responsible consumption, protection and respect for the environment and the adoption of measures by all stakeholders in value chains. designed to help protect nature. Good practices in implementing green marketing strategies provide a set of principles, guidelines for action that are useful to any organization that wants to meet the challenges of the present century. In this sense, it is imperative to develop a marketing mix adapted to the requirements of the bioeconomy. In this context, this paper aims to present trends and good practices in the field of bioeconomy in the context of the large volumes of data that organizations have to manage more and more often. ERHAN, Lica, COBZARI, Ludmila. Trends and challenges in the development of small and medium enterprises. In: Competitiveness and Innovation in the Knowledge Economy [online]: 26th International Scientific Conference: Conference Proceeding, September 23-24, 2022. Chişinău: ASEM, 2022, pp. 340-344. ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the main force for economic growth and job creation and one of the most important sectors of the economy in many countries. Like other countries, SMEs represent most businesses in the Republic of Moldova. The SMEs sector in the Republic of Moldova has grown in terms of quality and quantity over the last years. This trend may be the result of the new support programs in the field of entrepreneurship, launched by the Organization for Development of Entrepreneurship, but it may also be a result of a qualitative change of perception on the part of the business world regarding the business environment in the country. Starting from this reality, the primary aim of this research paper is to analyses the trends and challenges in SMEs development in order to provide recommendations for the SMEs' long-run development. In order to meet the aim of this research, an analysis of secondary data resources will be carried out, using scientific methods, in particular logical methods, such as comparative analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction. The research will include a macro analysis of SMEs from Republic of Moldova, based on official data from national and international bodies. The results of this research paper will make it possible to develop recommendations for improving the overall results of SMEs from the Republic of Moldova. Paradisurile fiscale în lumea contemporană
PLATON, Nicolae, ŢURCANU, Igor. Tax heaven in the contemporary world = Paradisurile fiscale în lumea contemporană. În: Strategii şi politici de management în economia contemporană [Resursă electronică]: conf. şt. intern., ediţia a 7-a, 9-10 iunie 2022. Chişinău: ASEM, 2022, pp. 307-313. ISBN 978-9975-147-65-1 (PDF).The place of tax havens in the contemporary economy is highly controversial. Some authors, or some institutions, support and provide statistical evidence to show that tax optimization or tax evasion through these companies is detrimental to the world economy. Other authors, as well as other institutions, on the contrary, are supporters of tax havens, arguing that tax optimization through them, accelerates the pace of international economic development. Of course, it is a fact that favorable and flexible taxation, relaxing legislation and banking secrecy are relevant motivations for attracting individuals and legal entities who want to use the services of these offshore financial centers. The study carried out by the author set itself the task of addressing the issue of the activity of tax havens, thereby contributing to the formation of reasoned opinions as a consequence of the research conducted. Traficul de ființe umane
DARII, Alexandra, MELECA, Maria. Trafficking in human beings = Traficul de ființe umane. Coord. șt.: MARIȚ, Alexandru. In: Simpozion Ştiinţific Internațional al Tinerilor Cercetători, (8-9 aprilie 2022) [online]: Culegere de lucrări ştiinţifice. Ediţia a 20-a. Chişinău: ASEM, 2022, vol. 2, pp. 45-48. ISBN 978-9975-3590-3-0 (PDF).After the declaration of independence of the Republic of Moldova, in 1991, about 800,000 thousand people, ie a third of the active population of the country, emigrated to get rid of an obscure economic situation. As a result, traffickers use this massive, legal and illegal emigration. Thus, according to official estimates, there are over 60,000 thousand victims of trafficking in human beings, with a total population of 3.6 million inhabitants. Therefore, the Republic of Moldova is among the first places in Europe in terms of the number of trafficked persons, as reported As a result, this issue is one of the most pressing and current issues. The Republic of Moldova, considered one of the poorest countries in Europe, on the borders of the European Union, remains one of the most thriving markets for sexual exploitation, forced labor and organ trafficking, according to an AFP survey. Currently, human trafficking is one of the worst problems facing the Republic of Moldova. Although it has recorded, in a record time, unimaginable and unacceptable proportions for our society, the phenomenon is practically not in the attention of local criminologists, without criminological rigorous, it being studied occasionally. No doctoral dissertations on human trafficking have been submitted so far. Although human trafficking is currently a matter of public awareness, the population still perceives the phenomenon superficially, its essence being misunderstood. This problem persists among the employees of the law enforcement bodies. Problems arise regarding the correct legal classification of acts of trafficking in human beings.
