ISBN 978-9975-3590-5-4 (PDF).The problem of assessing the effectiveness of financial assistance by international financial institutions (the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank) to the Republic of Moldova is considered. It is shown that the effectiveness of financial assistance should be determined on the basis of assessing the degree of its impact on the economic stability and economic development of the Republic of Moldova. The author's definition of the economic stability of the economic system is given, as well as the concept of its optimal structure. It is proposed to assess the sustainable economic development of the country using an indicator obtained on the basis of the rank parametric distribution of the economic cenosis. This indicator characterizes the stability and change in the structure of its economy. The parameters and structural changes in the rank parametric distribution of the economic cenosis make it possible to assess economic stability and economic development, as well as to identify problem areas in the country's economy. ISBN 978-9975-3590-5-4 (PDF).With the increasing popularity of social networks among users, studying their use for marketing purposes by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is particularly important. The article is based on a study of the communicative performance of SMEs in social networks on the example of 50 commercial trade and the provision of services companies from Moldova. The quality, coverage, and number of reactions to advertising posts were analyzed. Even though SMEs use social networks for marketing purposes, they are not entirely oriented to modern trends and create publications chaotically. On average, a large number of subscribers get low organic reach and low efficiency in their marketing activities. It was concluded that SMEs need to ensure the brand's presence on various social media platforms because, in current conditions, Internet platforms can most quickly and cost-effectively increase consumer awareness of the brand. ISBN 978-9975-155-66-3.In this article, it will be conducted a study on the historical course of accounting in the Republic of Moldova (after independence in 1991) with the establishment of periods of changes, periodization in terms of regulatory approach and description of the specific aspect. It is well known that accounting has been and is dependent on the economic and social development. Therefore, over time, accounting is going through a process of modernization in the Republic of Moldova, and to know the tendency of accounting evolution in the Republic of Moldova in the future, you really need to know its history so far. The research aims to identify the challenges and effects of changes in accounting. The research used scientific research methods, such as: analysis of the legal framework governing the study, synthesis of information, comparison to identify distinctive features, deduction of challenges, and impact assessment through the effects of accounting reforms. The study reveals that the implementation of accounting reforms has faced some challenges: implementing the first reform without knowing the regulations beforehand, often drafting accounting laws (1995, 2007, 2017), although the experiences of other states show just some changes, often changes in national accounting standards, frequent changes in the formats of financial statements, etc. In conclusion, the authors appreciated the effects produced by the accounting reforms and expressed their opinion on the periods covered. The main goal of the present study is to comprehensively assess and carry out a thorough analysis of the quality and competitiveness of the entrepreneurial and business environment of the Republic of Moldova, considering the regional context. ISBN 978-9975-147-65-1 (PDF).The article substantiates the importance of an inclusive orientation in the development of the insurance market, which implies a more complete satisfaction of consumer needs. Insurance inclusion is considered as an integral part of financial inclusion, recognized by the world community as an engine of economic growth and an important factor in social equality. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the features, problems and mechanisms for ensuring the inclusiveness of the Ukrainian insurance market. In the course of the study, dialectical and abstract-logical methods, methods of a systematic approach, comparison, observation, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction and so on. An assessment of the main indicators of the development of the insurance market of Ukraine was carried out. It is noted that at present they do not meet the requirements of the time and indicate a low level of insurance inclusiveness. At the same time, it was found that over the past years, the insurance sector has been characterized by a stable annual increase in the volume of services provided; there is a growing demand for such types of insurance as life insurance, voluntary medical insurance, accident insurance; auto insurance, etc. It is noted that the identified trends are to a certain extent determined by the increasingly widespread introduction and use of digital technologies in insurance practice. The main measures based on the principles of social justice and aimed at meeting the equal needs of access to insurance services for all categories of potential consumers are outlined.
