ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).Tourism is an important driver of socio-economic development and poverty reduction. One of the most dynamic and resilient economic activities, tourism is a catalyst for job creation and can stimulate the development of infrastructure and public services. Thanks to its job-creating capacity, tourism plays a major role in developing the often-overlooked potential of rural areas. Its significant multiplier effect on all economic sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, construction and transport, can greatly contribute to the economic diversification of rural regions and to local economic development. This article analyzes the development of rural tourism as a factor for diversification of the rural economy. It reveals conditions and preconditions for the emergence of rural tourism, its promotion and development through multifunctionality concepts and diversification of agriculture. The article examines the history of emergence and development of rural tourism. The article also provides a framework showing how tourism activities influences the travel experience, but also on local development seen in terms of the economy. Rural tourism plays an important role in the economy and thus it should not be overlooked. Rural tourism has suffered because of the recession with increasingly more people choosing this form of tourism to recreate, to move away from the crowded areas of the country. ISBN 978-9975-3590-3-0 (PDF).In everyday life we always use elements of time periodization - in years, months, semesters, weeks or hours. From a legal point of view, all these elements can be defined by a single notion - term. The delay may lead to the occurrence of legal effects in the sense of acquiring certain rights or to the termination of other legal effects in the sense of extinguishing certain rights. In the latter case, the notion 'term' expresses the idea of a sanction, which may also concern the error, negligence or recklessness of those concerned in following or complying with the provisions of the law, as regards the units of time in which their rights must be exercised. The paper proposes for research comparative elements between various types of sanctions, which involve deadlines. Also included were the similarities, which I noticed during the research of several civil codes - of France, Italy and the Russian Federation, including that of the Republic of Moldova. These proposals were interspersed with the objective of this paper - a better understanding of the subject by paying special attention to the comparison process, because we consider this method of research effective. În cadrul acestor instrumente, menționăm și planificarea integrată a resurselor energetice. Instrument de importanță deosebită pentru funcționarea sistemului energetic la nivelul unor performanțe sporite, planificarea integrată a resurselor energetice poate contribui la accelerarea strategiei de evoluție a acestui sector, la modificări în comportamentul managementului operațional, la alegerea și impunerea unei arhitecturi a sistemului energetic, care ar putea să se suprapună funcțional peste sistemul energetic național. These tools include integrated energy planning. A tool of great importance for the energy system operation at the level of increased performance, integrated planning of energy resources can contribute to the acceleration of this sector’s evolution strategy, to changes in the behaviour of operational management, to choosing and imposing an energy system architecture, which could functionally overlap with the national energy system. Through the present research, the authors have set themselves the objective to identify viable solutions regarding the development of the country’s energy sector, using the integrated planning tool of energy resources, as an optimal way to make the energy sector more efficient. During the research dialectical and abstract-logical methods, methods of system approach, comparison, observation, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, etc. were used. The article examines the importance and role of digitalization in modern conditions of information society development, which forms a digital, virtual reality with specific social, cultural, and consumer practices. It is proved that the use of innovation processes and the introduction of digitalization elements in the activities of the hospitality industry significantly contribute to improving its efficiency and customer satisfaction in modern conditions. The set of circumstances indicating the need to use Internet technologies to successfully promote the services of the hospitality industry in the market is described. The positive and negative impact of digitalization processes on the development of the hospitality industry, whose activities are aimed at meeting a variety of both individual and collective needs of consumers. It is proved that in modern conditions the Internet is an important tool for successful business development. It is substantiated that the digitalization of the processes of organization of facilities, management, and customer service in the hospitality industry will contribute to the formation of single information space and increase the competitiveness of the industry. The results of the study showed that overcoming the existing negative trends in the hospitality industry, which were formed under the influence of destructive factors, will be possible with the active use of innovations, among which special attention should be paid to digital technologies and information positioning of the hospitality industry in cyberspace. Particularities of state social insurance budget planning in the Republic of Moldova

ISBN 978-9975-3590-6-1 (PDF).The budget represents a public management plan, an important landmark of highlighting the degree to which the state is involved in the economy and social life, as well as the way in which it manages to manage them. Therefore, planning a budget realistically is a first step towards good governance. The state social insurance budget represents the totality of revenues, expenses and funding sources intended for the performance of functions and the management of the public social insurance system, so its planning also has specific peculiarities. The planning of the state social insurance budget is carried out based on the forecast of macroeconomic indicators; the limits of interbudgetary transfers; the policy priorities stipulated in the sectoral spending strategy; trends in demographic indicators and other indicators regarding the number of beneficiaries of social benefits; other specific features contained in the circular regarding the development of the state social insurance budget. The purpose of the research is to highlight the peculiarities of the state social insurance budget planning in the Republic of Moldova. The central public authority in the field of social protection is responsible for developing policies in the field of state social insurance and social assistance and presents forecasts and other information necessary for the development of the medium-term budget framework, promotes the draft law on the state social insurance budget, monitors and analyzes its execution, as well as the performance within the programs, puts forward proposals in order to ensure the financial stability of the public social insurance system. The methods applied in the research process are: dynamic analysis, comparison, observation, deduction. The results of the research reflect the planning of the state social insurance budget in the period 2017-2021. Another aspect of the research is the executed/approved analysis of the state social insurance budget and through the prism of the medium-term budgetary framework. The paper aim is devoted to the analysis of the development of a new area of modern healthcare - digital medicine in the Republic of Moldova. Research Methods. During the elaboration of the paper the author used research methods such as analysis, comparison, synthesis, deduction and secondary sources of information. Results. Today, digital medicine in the Republic of Moldova is an organization of medical care, which significantly increases its effectiveness through the use of the results of processing and analyzing large amounts of medical data in digital form. The goal of digital health is to ensure that all people receive quality health services in the right place and at the right time without the associated financial hardship when it comes to choosing between receiving health services and satisfying other essential services. In order to fully implement the integrated unified digital health in the Republic of Moldova, it is necessary to strengthen the governance mechanisms, the regulatory framework, the digital skills of health workers and the national legislation in the field of digital health.
