ISBN 978-9975-147-83-5 (PDF).The article presents an overview on the practices of consecutive interpreting in the higher-education institutions. It emphasises teaching and learning approaches from a multilingual perspective with an aim to compare the realities in different academic environments and namely Department of Translation, Interpretation and Applied Linguistics from Moldova State University (Republic of Moldova), Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iasi (Romania), Institute of Translation Studies (IT) from Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic) and Department of Translation Studies (DT) from “Constantin the Philosopher” University of Nitra (Slovakia), where I carried out research stays for my PhD studies from 2017 to 2019. This is a case-study based on personal reflections and conclusions regarding the educational process. The training practices of future interpreters at the mentioned institutions are described with regard to the curricular contents and teaching strategies used in the organisation of the teaching-learning activity: materials, methods, means, timeline distribution of the stages of the lesson, monitoring of students’ activity, degree of student involvement during the lessons and other resources aimed at achieving the set objectives. ISSN 2537-6179, E-ISSN 1857-436X.In recent years, we have been witnessing a succession of economic, financial and health crises on a global scale, the most recent being the 2020 COVID-19 health crisis. Monetary and macroprudential stability policies have been implemented in order to address the harmful effects of these crises on both capital markets and the real economy. In addition, central banks have innovated and mobilized the arsenal of instruments at their disposal for the implementation of new “so-called unconventional” monetary policies in order to influence the economic and financial behavior of private agents and strengthen resilience of SMEs. The aim of the paper is to study the efficiency of traditional monetary measures and emphasize the role of innovative tools in driving the economic growth. various “unconventional” monetary policy measures put in place by the monetary authorities to stimulate economic growth, absorb health and financial shocks and strengthen the resilience of SMEs are analyzed. The insurance market contributes not only to the development of social reproduction, but also actively influences financial flows in the national economy through the insurance fund, constituting a significant part of the financial market in the country. In order to understand the level of development of the insurance market in the Republic of Moldova and how it can be improved, it is important to evaluate its current situation, identify challenges and prospects, which will be analysed in this article. Economic hardship and geopolitical crises leading to the lack of decent work are resulting in growing and diverse migratory movements. Labour migration has an important impact on the social and economic life of Moldova. It is, therefore, very important to measure it, so as to offer policy makers useful information to develop evidence-based policies. Every year lived in migration produces in the migrant's consciousness a change of intentions from temporary to permanent migration, which influences the structure and volume of expenditure in the destination country, reducing home transfers. The money sent is spent forcoverage of current consumption expenditure and only 4% for production, financial investment and agricultural equipment. Social communication has always been an area of careful analysis and in-depth debate by those interested in the theory and practice of the functionality of social organizations. Moreover, the interest and concern of inducing certain types of communication are evident in all stages of social evolution, regardless of spatio-temporal location. The organization, leadership and development of modern society are be possible without the existence and contribution of science as a fundamental way of knowledge, with its own components: hypotheses, concepts, laws, principles, theories and models. When looking at general science, particularly at communication sciences, organizational communication occupies a distinct place, determined by the object of study, the categorical apparatus, but also by the specific ways in which the research methodologies of the study field are used. The underlying issue of organizational communication is not just about hiring managers or engaging them in the communication process, but whether they communicate well or unsatisfactorily. The entire management process and, implicitly, the network of relationships that arise within it, are supported by human communication. Achieving the objectives of the organization depends mainly on the quantity, quality, structure, and timeliness of the information transmitted, i.e. interpersonal communication. Starting from the idea that human resources represent a strategic pattern in the current management, the specialists in the field agree with the fact that this will be the main target on which the attention of the competing market will be focused in the future. Clearly, the reasons for the slowdown in global trade are manifold. In this context non-tariff measures remain a not infrequently controversial subject of discussion and negotiation. States are hampered by more or less direct impediments, such as domestic policies and regulations, trade administration procedures, attitudes and behaviour of authorities, corruption, discrimination, public (judicial, legal) systems of infrastructure. Thus, non-tariff barriers are applied in this system to protect the state and national producers. ISBN 978-9975-147-65-1 (PDF).Any enterprises should provide a safe and hygienic working environment, bearing in mind the prevailing knowledge of the industry and of any specific hazards. These means that an adequate step shall be taken to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, associated with, or occurring in the course of work, by minimising, so far as is reasonably practicable, the causes of hazards inherent in the working environment. The system approach to occupational health and safety involves the implementation of a management system designed to ensure the protection of the workforce. Every year in the Republic of Moldova the number of accidents at work increases. This study aims to reflect the importance of the systemic approach to occupational health and safety in order to reduce the number of accidents in Moldavian enterprises. This type of research is qualitative. The research methodology was based on the analysis of the national legal framework and its correlation with the most widespread model of the occupational safety management system described in the international standard ISO 45001: 2018. The obtained results allowed to highlight the common requirements, as well as the differences that must be assimilated in order to accomplish the main seven stages in the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system. The implementation of the occupational health and safety management system will improve the competitiveness and credibility of Moldavian enterprises and will prevent accidents at the workplace.
