ISBN 978-9975-147-65-1 (PDF).Agricultural enterprises play an utmost important role in boosting the national economy; they produce and realize its production (agricultural production) on the domestic market as well as they export it to European countries and those in the vicinity. They produce the raw material for the food industry, creating the so-called supply chain. This paper argues a need to implement the concept of M. Porter's value chain in domestic enterprises in all production sectors. The value chain is a set of activities for its customers; it combines the activities of a company with its main functional parts. Implementing a well-structured value chain system can lead to significant cost reductions, and can increase sludge productivity, and can increase crop yields in agricultural enterprises. The importance and topicality of scientific research in this field is devoid of certain problems, as well as the total conceptual, methodological, organizational, legal, economic components of industries, sufficient and effective internal mechanisms for protection and promotion of local music products and services to be resolved. In the presentation of the material, preference was given to descriptive methods with the application of elements of comparison, analysis and deduction, as well as the search engine Web of Science. To determine the situation of the music industry and highlight new development trends, we used SWOT analysis, which describes: strengths, vulnerabilities, opportunities and threats for this industry. Subjects of entrepreneurial activity which are people, either individually or in various organizational and legal forms, who are engaged in entrepreneurial activity, i.e. have acquired, through registration or otherwise established by law, the status of entrepreneurs. The legislation grants natural persons the right to engage in entrepreneurship through the following legal forms of organization: a) individual entrepreneur; b) household; c) holder of a patent. In this Article, we will refer to the individual entrepreneur as well as the individual who can do business. The purpose of this research is to carry out a multifaceted analysis of the subject under investigation, i.e. the individual entrepreneur as well as the natural person entitled to start a business and to carry out the entrepreneurial activity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Research methods. The basic method used to find the sources needed for the study, as well as for the interpretation and systematization of the latest concepts and ideas was the bibliographic method. At the same time, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, generalization were used in the research, which created objective, true visions about the principles of legal responsibility and its functional structure. Social policy in ensuring the right to a decent life stems from the obligation of the state to provide adequate conditions for a decent life and refers to: regulation of the minimum wage, fight against unemployment, free primary health care, establishment of social benefits for some socially vulnerable population, who for various reasons cannot perform any work, etc. The financing of expenditures for ensuring a decent standard of living is mainly made from public budget resources, which is why the efficiency of public expenditures becomes an extremely important task, especially in the conditions of the deep economic crisis facing the Republic of Moldova. The purpose of the paper. This paper aims to analyze the living standards of the population of Moldova in terms of compliance with the constitutional rule on the obligation of the state to ensure an income, in the amount that would allow each citizen a decent living, but also the efficiency of public spending on social protection. STRUCTURA TEZEI: introducere, trei capitole, concluzii generale şi recomandări, bibliografie din 229 de titluri, 140 de pagini text de bază, 19 tabele, 3 figuri şi 76 anexe. Rezultatele obținute sunt publicate în 25 lucrări științifice. DOMENIU DE STUDIU: contabilitate. SCOPUL TEZEI constă în examinarea și argumentarea științifică a elementelor de bază ale CG, fundamentarea direcțiilor de perfecționare a bugetării, contabilității și controlului costurilor de producție, a păsărilor ouătoare, precum și a calculației costului unitar în avicultură. OBIECTIVELE CERCETĂRII rezidă în analiza critică și perfecționarea conceptelor de bază ale CG, bugetării, contabilității și controlului costurilor de producție, recunoașterea efectivelor productive de păsări drept ABI, adaosului greutății vii și amortizarea acestora, modernizarea algoritmelor de calculație. NOUTATEA ŞI ORIGINALITATEA ȘTIINȚIFICĂ constă în dezvoltarea definițiilor aferente termenilor CG, CR, perisabilitate naturală (inclusiv în avicultură), bugetării costurilor, perfecționării contabilității acestora, pierderilor de producție, a modului de recunoaștere a păsărilor ouătoare în componența ABI, a adaosului greutății vii și amortizarea acestora, perfecționarea calculației costului.
