Pandemia da covid-19 e violência doméstica contra a mulher em Minas Gerais
Get PDFThis study investigated whether the effects of the pandemic had an influence on incidents of domestic violence against women in the state of Minas Gerais, using data from March to December 2019 and 2020 from the Minas Gerais State Department of Justice and Public Security (SEJUSP -MG). The method used included descriptive analysis and estimation of the paired t-test to see if there was a significant change in the average number of cases over the period analyzed. The results indicated that there was a significant drop in domestic violence in 2020 compared to 2019, which can be attributed to the phenomenon of underreporting of cases that intensified with the pandemic.Este trabalho investigou se os efeitos da pandemia tiveram influência sobre as ocorrências de violência doméstica contra a mulher no estado de Minas Gerais, a partir de dados referentes aos meses de março a dezembro de 2019 e 2020 provenientes da Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Segurança Pública de Minas Gerais (SEJUSP -MG). O método utilizado contemplou análise descritiva e estimação do teste t-pareado para verificar se houve mudança significativa na média de casos no período analisado. Os resultados indicaram que houve queda significativa da violência doméstica em 2020 comparativamente a 2019, o que pode ser atribuído ao fenômeno da subnotificação de casos que se intensificou com a pandemia

Algumas tendências teológicas na América Latina
Get PDFThe article intends to present, in a synthetic way, some of the trends of theology in Latin America. It chooses a path that combines history and some of the covered topics. It is not intended to be exhaustive, especial ly with regard to the current scenario. From a historical point of view, Liberation Theology and the option for the poor occupy a prominent place. This also determines the remaining topics covered, namely the matter of the place of women in theology, the relationship with Earth in the context of an ecological theology, and the relationship with both the cultural and religious origins of the Latin American population. By way of conclusion, the path followed by the decolonial perspective is pointed out, a path which seeks to explore the theological effect of the socalled epistemologies of the South.O artigo pretende apresentar, de forma sintética, algumas das tendências da teologia na América Latina. Opta por fazer um percurso que conjuga a história com alguns dos tópicos abordados. Não pretende ser exaustivo, sobretudo no que toca ao panorama atual. Do ponto de vista histórico, ocupa um lugar de destaque a Teologia da Libertação e a opção pelos pobres. Esta irá determinar também os restantes tópicos abordados, no meadamente a questão do lugar da mulher na teologia, a relação com a terra no contexto de uma teologia e cológica e a relação com as origens culturais e religiosas da população latinoamerica. De-Colonizar o dualismo Natureza-Cultura: Ressonâncias teológicas da proposta de Bruno Latour
Get PDFThe article intends to consider Latin American Theology specifically in its relationship with decolonial thought. To this end, it intends to explore the fundamental epistemological and anthropological framework of the colonial perspective within the scope of the development of a certain thought of modernity, which originated binary counterpositions with colonialist effects, whether in Europe's relationship with the rest of the world, or within all relationships of humans with the non-human world. For the exploration of this path, Bruno Latour's proposals are closely followed, either in the sense of a symmetrical anthropology, or in the sense of a re-animation of the planet, overcoming the dualism between subject and object. This proposal could inspire a general thought, also theological, that recovers non-colonial ways of relating humans to the world and humans to each other.O artigo pretende considerar a teologia latino-americana especificamente na sua relação com o pensamento decolonial. Para tal, pretende explorar o enquadramento epistemológico e antropológico fundamental da perspetiva colonial no âmbito do desenvolvimento de certo pensamento da modernidade, que originou contraposições binárias com efeitos colonialistas, seja na relação da Europa com o resto do mundo, seja no interior de todas as relações dos humanos com o mundo não humano. Para a exploração desse caminho seguem-se de perto as propostas de Bruno Latour, seja no sentido de uma antropologia simétrica, seja no sentido de uma re-animação do planeta, superando o dualismo entre sujeito e objeto. Subnotificação de femicídios em municípios do Estado do Acre: Amazônia Brasileira, 1996-2019
Get PDFThis manuscript analyzed the underreporting of femicides in Acre, based on the spatial analysis of femicide rates and socioeconomic variables (ecological study, using secondary data). Global and Local Moran Indices (LISA) were calculated. It is estimated that the observed scenario is still different from what actually occurs, since the highest concentration of empirical Bayesian rates was observed in the municipalities that tend to have the best socioeconomic levels in the state. It is suggested that the present work motivates actions to combat femicides, based on the implementation of strategies to prevent violence against women.Este trabalho analisou a subnotificação de femicídios no Acre, a partir da análise espacial das taxas de femicídios e de variáveis socioeconômicas (estudo ecológico, com uso de dados secundários). Foram calculados Índices de Moran Global e Local (LISA). Estima-se que o cenário observado ainda seja diferente do que realmente ocorre, pois a maior concentração das taxas bayesianas empíricas foi observada nos municípios que tendem a ter os melhores níveis socioeconômicos do estado. Sugere-se que o presente trabalho motive ações de combate aos femicídios, a partir da implementação de estratégias de prevenção da violência contra mulheres
Proteção Social e Saúde Mental Infantojuvenil: desafios da intersetorialidade
Get PDFThis article aims to present a reflection on the challenges posed to intersectoriality in the construction of the social protection system of Brazilian children and youth in need of mental health care. This is a theoretical study, which aims to bring an analytical-reflexive contribution, based on the bibliography of the area. The findings show that intersectoriality is a possible way to build a social protection system for children and youth in need of mental health care, however, there is a gap between the intention and the materialization of this intersectoriality, and which such challenges are permeated by the neoliberal ideology. However, it is expected that such recognition will enable us to act in a way to strengthen what this guideline presents as the most salutary for the integral care of children and teenagers.O presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar uma reflexão acerca dos desafios postos a intersetorialidade na construção do sistema de proteção social da infância e juventude brasileira que necessita de cuidado em saúde mental. Trata-se de um estudo teórico, que visa trazer uma contribuição analítico-reflexivo, com base na bibliografia e em documentos jurídico-normativos da área. Os achados demonstram que a intersetorialidade é um caminho possível para a construção de um sistema de proteção social voltado para a infância e juventude que demanda cuidado em saúde mental, no entanto, existe uma lacuna entre a intenção e a materialização dessa intersetorialidade, e tais lacunas são permeadas pelo ideário neoliberal. Espera-se que tal reconhecimento possibilite a atuação de maneira a fortalecer o que essa diretriz apresenta de mais salutar para o cuidado integral do público infantojuvenil
Reflexões sobre a atuação profissional da/o assistente social em diferentes espaços sócio-ocupacionais
Get PDFThis article is the result of a reflective process on the professional performance of the social worker, based on the analysis of the brochures that are part of the collection organized by the Federal Council of Social Service “Work and professional project in social policies” composed of 5 volumes, its methodological path also included research carried out with articles published in the Social Service and Society magazine, between the years 2010 and 2020, which in some way dialogue with the work of the social worker. The article was written from a bibliographic review and, originally, was part of reflections built in one of the chapters of the doctoral thesis of one of the authors. However, in reviewing the structure of the thesis, it was decided to extract them from the chapter in order to guarantee greater objectivity of the reflections presented there. It was considered, however, to present them in the form of this article. Thus, it seeks to contribute to reflections on the particularity of the social worker's work in different socio-occupational spaces.Este artigo é resultado de um processo reflexivo sobre a atuação profissional da/o assistente social, a partir da análise das brochuras que fazem parte da coletânea organizada pelo Conselho Federal de Serviço Social “ Trabalho e projeto profissional nas políticas sociais” composta por 5 volumes, seu percurso metodológico também contou com pesquisa realizada junto aos artigos publicados na revista Serviço Social e Sociedade, entre os anos de 2010 e 2020, que de alguma forma dialogam com o trabalho do/a assistente social. O artigo foi escrito a partir de revisão bibliográfica e, originalmente, era parte de reflexões construídas em um dos capítulos da tese de doutorado de uma das autoras. Contudo, na revisão da estrutura da tese, optou-se por extraí-las do capítulo com vistas à garantia de maior objetividade das reflexões lá apresentadas. Considerou-se, entretanto, apresenta-las sob a forma deste artigo. Assim, busca contribuir para as reflexões sobre a particularidade do trabalho do/a assistente social em diferentes espaços sócio-ocupacionai
