高Q-RFインダクタ用表面酸化膜付CIP/Epoxy複合材料磁心の基礎検討
No full textThe carbonyl-iron powder (CIP) was annealed in the air for the composite core of high Q-factor RF-inductor to see if an oxidized film would be formed on CIP surface. Results showed that not only the surface-oxidized film thickness but also the crystallite diameter and coecivity increased when increasing the annealing temperature and time. The most suitable annealing conditions were found to be 240oC and 6 h: about 40 nm of Fe3O4 and Fe2O3 were formed on the CIP surface under these conditions. A magnetic composite with the surface-oxidized film on magnetic particles was fabricated and its permeability measured. The inductance and resistance were calculated by a 3D full-model electromagnetic analyzer on the basis of measured permeability and the Q-factor was then estimated using these characteristics. The highest Q-factor, 33, was observed at 1.8 GHz, which was higher than that of the air-core from 0.1 to 1.8 GHz.Article日本磁気学会論文特集号.1(1):34(2017)journal articl

当院における苦痛スクリーニングの取り組みと今後の課題 : コミュニケーションツールとしての活用を目指して
No full text苦痛スクリーニングを実施することは、患者の苦痛を適切にキャッチし、緩和ケアチームやがん看護関連専門・認定看護師など緩和ケアに携わる院内リソースへの橋渡しのきっかけとなるだけではなく、患者とのコミュニケーションを促進する場面も多いといわれている。今回の調査からは、キャッチした苦痛に対応するうえで、苦痛スクリーニングシートをもとに行われている患者とのコミュニケーションがケアに繋がっているかの評価には至れなかった。しかし、苦痛スクリーニングシートを用いたコミュニケーションが、患者を全人的に理解することに繋がり、患者の苦痛を和らげるケアになっていることが示された。今後は、苦痛スクリーニングシートを用いた模擬場面のコミュニケーションロールプレイによる教育でコミュニケーション技術の向上を図るとともに、苦痛のアセスメントやケアを可視化することにより、「苦痛への適切な対応」というケアの質の評価を行っていくことが課題である。Article信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録 46(1):1-4(2018)departmental bulletin pape
教育体制の変化と新人看護師の社会的スキルの関連性
No full text本研究の目的は、教育体制の変化が新人看護師の社会的スキルにどのような影響を与えたかを明らかにすることである。A病棟に配属となった新人看護師を対象に、社会的スキルの測定尺度で、ある質問紙を用いて調査を行った。その結果、小グループ制の7月の平均値が6つのスキルすべてでチーム支援制を上回っていた。10月に小グループ制の初歩的なスキルと感情処理のスキルは低下したが、1月には上昇した。また、ストレスを処理するスキルは1月に低下したが、翌5月には上昇した口社会的スキルの自己評価は入職して3ヶ月・6ヶ月後に低下すると報告されており、一部のスキルに関する数値の低下は先行研究と一致している。一般的にリアリティショックは入職3ヶ月後に起こりやすいと言われている。社会的スキルは対人関係を円滑にするスキルであり、小グループ制で7月の段階で社会的スキルが高いことはリアリティショック軽減の一助になると考えた。チーム支援制と比較し、小グループ制は新人看護師の社会的スキルを早期に向上することができ、新人看護師に有益な教育体制であることが示唆された。Article信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録 46(1):33-38(2018)departmental bulletin pape

A Practical Effort to Improve ICT Competency by Compulsory ICT Use in Teaching Practice
No full textAt the Shinshu University Faculty of Education, student teachers are required to use ICT equipment in classes during their student teaching practicum. We surveyed and analyzed the change in ICT competency before and after teaching practice. Two abilities were improved dramatically, which were the Ability to Use ICT in Researching, Preparing, and Assessing Teaching Materials and the Ability to Use ICT when Teaching in the Classroom. In particular, the students just before teaching practice did not extend at all to the average value of the Japanese in-service teachers in March 2007. However, after teaching practice, it was higher than the average values of the latest Japanese in-service teachers. What is Effective Undergraduate Lectures for ICT-use Teacher Training?: Factor Analysis on Student Teacher’s Practices
No full textAt the Shinshu University Faculty of Education, student teachers are required to use ICT equipment in classes they teach during their student-teaching practicum. After the practicum, we conducted a survey among student teachers on ICT-use education. Of all about 250 student teachers, 94.9% conducted lessons using ICT equipment during their practicum. When we asked about undergraduate lectures that were helpful for conducting these classes, we found that students felt attending lectures and practice sessions run by school teachers who actively use ICT equipment and experientially learning how to connect their personal laptops to external displays as the most helpful. We also found that the leaflet summarizing real examples of ICT-use education and instruction from teachers at practicum schools served as inspiration for student teachers to use ICT equipment during their lessons. Twitter上での類似性認知が他者への不寛容性に及ぼす効果
No full text本研究は，Twitter のフォロワーに対する類似性認知が他者への不寛容性を促進させるのかを検討することを目的として行われた。インターネット調査会社のモニター127名に対するWeb 調査の結果，フォロワーに対する類似性認知が高いほど，彼／彼女らに対する不寛容性も高いことが示された。また，この傾向は，孤独感の高さや自己肯定感の低さによって，調整されていた。すなわち，孤独感が高い人や自己肯定感が低い人は，フォロワーに対する類似性を高く認知するほど，それらの人々と意見の食い違いが生じた際に，不寛容性が高くなることが示された。さらに，そのような際に，フォローを解除したり，ミュートしたりする拒否行動をとるのは，不寛容性が高い人であることも示された。これらのことから，SNSを通してコミュニケーションが円滑になる反面，そこでの同質性の追求が，他者に対する寛容性を下げることにつながることが示唆された。Article信州大学人文科学論集 (6): 71-82(2019)departmental bulletin pape
