The family Plectopylidae (Gastropoda, Pulmonata) in Laos with the description of two new genera and a new species
Previously only a single plectopylid species, Helix laomontana L. Pfeiffer, 1862 was reported from Laos. Here we erect Naggsia Páll-Gergely & Muratov, gen. n. for H. laomontana based on the description of its reproductive anatomy and radula. Another species, Hunyadiscus saurini Páll-Gergely, gen. & sp. n. is described from Northern Laos based on conchological data. Helix (Plectopylis) andersoni Blanford, 1869, which is known from the Burmese-Chinese border region, is also classified within Hunyadiscus Páll-Gergely, gen. n. A third species, Gudeodiscus (Gudeodiscus) messageri raheemi Páll-Gergely & Hunyadi, 2015 is reported from Laos for the first time. The new localities represent the westernmost sites of the genus Gudeodiscus. The reproductive anatomy of the latter species is described.ArticleZooKeys.592:1-26(2016)journal articl
埋積と前進に伴うタービダイトの岩層変化 : 中央北海道・中央中新統古丹別層
The Middle Miocene Kotambetsu Formation is widely distributed in the Haboro area, northern part of central Hokkaido. The Kotambetsu Formation is dominated by coarse-grained sediments which were transported from the east. The sediments are classified into the following eleven lithofacies on the basis of the grain size and sedimentary structure ; graded conglomerate, non-graded conglomerate, pebbly sandstone, graded sandstone, non-graded massive sandstone, alternated graded sandstone and mudstone, alternated ripple cross-laminated sandstone and mudstone, mudstone, slump and pebbly mudstone facies. From their occurrence, they are grouped into four lithofacies assemblages. Furthemore, these lithofacies assemblage are grouped into two sedimentary facies associations (Association Ⅰ and Association Ⅱ), reflecting different sedimentary environments. The Association Ⅰ is made up of two lithofacies assemblages ; Assemblage A (mainly composed of graded conglomerate) and Assemblage B (mainly composed of alternated graded sandstone and mudstone). The former Assemblage indicates channel-fill deposits and the latter inter-channel deposits The Association Ⅰ sediments are regarded as turbidites deposited at the base of steep slope.Two lithofacies assemblages (C and D) with non-graded structure make the Association Ⅱ. The Association Ⅱ always overlies Association Ⅰ. Both associations, however, show laterally interfingering relationship. A change from the Association Ⅰ to the Association Ⅱ always took place earlier in the northeastern part nearer the source of sediments, whereas later in the southwestern part. The Association Ⅱ seems to have been deposited in proximal part and under shallower condition than the Association Ⅰ. The change of sedimentary environment took place after the trough had been filled with turbidites (Association Ⅰ). The two lithofacies assemblages of the Association Ⅱ are regarded as channel-fill and inter-channel deposits of the post-trough-fill stage respectively.The sedimentary process of the Kotambetsu Formation, proceeded from northeast to southwest in the following three stages : 1) the trough was infilled with turbidites (Association Ⅰ) in the northeastern area, 2) the depositional area of turbidites prograded southwestward and sedimentary facies was changed into the Association Ⅱ in the filling area, 3) the basin was infilled completely and deposition of the Association Ⅱ continued in the south western area.The sedimentary basin of the Kotambetsu Formation was situated on the westward slope formed by rapid uplifting of the adjacent eastern source area during the Miocene. The sedimentary process of the Kotambetsu Formation, is considered to have been controlled by juxtaposed erosional and depositional areas, and by migration of uplifting to the subsided basin.Article地質学雑誌.95(7):509-525(1989)journal articl
陸棚斜面-陸棚-沿岸の堆積システムの変遷と相対的海水準変動 : 北部フォッサマグナ地域中新統青木層・小川層のシークェンス層序学
The Northern Fossa Magna region is situated at the junction of the Northeast and Southwest Honshu arcs. The Middle to Late Miocene Aoki and Ogawa formations occur in the Komiji Syncline area in the southern part of the Northern Fossa Magna region. The Aoki and Ogawa formations in the study area are divided into thirteen sedimentary facies. On the basis of facies analysis, the upper part of the Aoki Formation was deposited at continental slope and outer shelf, while the Ogawa Formation was at inner shelf and various coastal environments. Within these formations there are conglomerate beds deposited on the transgressive surfaces.The assemblages of sedimentary facies are characterized either by coarsening-upward or fining-upward features. The coarsening-upward facies assemblage resulted from the regression in a coastal environment, whereas the fining-upward facies assemblage from the regression in a barrirer environment. The distribution and stacking pattern of these regressive facies successions reveal a progradational system of coastal and strand-plain environments, followed by an aggradational system of coastal and barrier island environments and then by a repeat of the progradation-aggradation cycle. The progradational system along the coast resulted from a decrease in accommodation, whereas the aggradational system along the coast depended on an increase in accommodation. Changes in accommodation are equivalent to relative sea-level changes. Therefore, the relative sea-level curve can be described from the changes of accommodation.The relative sea-level of this area changed in response to eustacy, estimated from the Haq curve. Therefore, the framework of sequence stratigraphy may be applicable to this and other basins of this active region. Two sequence boundaries can be identified in the study area. The lower sequence boundary is placed between the Aoki Formation and the Ogawa Formation, and the other can be identified in the middle part of the Ogawa Formation. These correspond to the 10.5Ma and 8.2Ma sequence boundaries of the eustacy curve, respectively.Accommodation is a function of bouth eustacy and subsidence. The subsidence of the basin can be calculated from the accommodation and eustacy. 新潟県柏崎市鵜川上流域におけるブユの発生状況とその防除対策.2.ブユ雌成虫のヒトへの吸血飛来密度と種組.
In order to control adult blackflies in the upper reaches of the Ukawa River in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture, the present study was conducted on the species composition and densities of adult female blackflies attracted to humans at a total of 22 sites in four areas in the upper reaches of the Ukawa River Basin from June to October in 2013. A total of 2,195 individual adult blackflies were captured from all sampling sites during the investigation periods. The average number of blackflies per site was 11.0 individuals/2 investigators·10 minutes. Noda was the highest capture area where we could collect 13.5 individuals/2 investigators·10 minutes, followed by the Joujou Area. The fewest captures were in the Ukawa Area (8.9 individuals/2 investigators·10 minutes). The dominant species was Simulium (Simulium) arakawae Matsumura, 1915 (397 total individuals, 99.5%), followed by Simulium (Simulium) oitanum (Shiraki, 1935) (2, 0.5%). The daily biting activity of female adult blackflies observed every two hours from 6:00 to 20:00 at four areas on August 10, 2013 peaked at 16:00–18:00 (range from 62.5 to 89.1%, average±S.D. 75.0±11.0%).Article衛生動物.69(2):55-60(2018)journal articl
倫理的視点を持ちケアを行う事を阻害する要因の調査 : ベッドサイドケアに焦点を当てて
看護師は、看護者の倫理綱領に基づきケアの実践を心がけているが、実際のベッドサイドケアでは倫理的な視点が欠けているケアを見かけることがある。そのため看護師個人の知識や感性といった要因以外に、倫理的視点を持ってケアを行うことを阻害する要因を明らかにする。A大学病院B病棟看護師を対象にインタビューガイドを用いた半構成的面接(倫理事例検討会)を行い、逐語録を作成、質的帰納的に分析を行った。「多忙と感じる業務」「業務を優先する風土」「業務における他の価値観との対立」「他人任せな看護師の思考」「看護師の倫理的問題の認識不足」「看護師の倫理的問題の軽視」「看護師間の上下関係」「看護師間の連携不足」の8のカテゴリが抽出された。これらは業務・看護師個人の思考・人間関係の3つの阻害要因に大別された。倫理的視点を持ったベッドサイドケアが阻害される要因は、倫理的知識の不足や感性の低さのほかに思考やスキルといった看護師個人に由来するものと、業務・人間関係といった外的要因もあることが明らかとなった。Article信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録 46(1):5-9(2018)departmental bulletin pape
多職種連携により民間航空機にて転院したー症例 : 高流量酸素吸入患者の安全な患者搬送
A病院は急性期病院であり、療養・リハビリテーション目的での転院は数多く実施している。しかし、これらの転院ではドクターカーやドクターヘリを使用しており民間航空機を使用しての転院は数少ない現状がある。本症例では、高流量酸素療法をしている呼吸器疾患患者を民間航空機にて、県外の約1000km先のB市への転院搬送を実施した。民間航空機での搬送は、医療機器や人材が限られた環境であり、状態悪化時には適切な医療を行うことが困難である。そこで、気圧の変化から起こる合併症や呼吸状態の変化を予測し、医師・看護師・理学療法士と本人・家族で話し合いを進めながら、移動方法の練習を行い、酸素ボンべなど必要物品の準備を行った。また、転院先の病院や航空会社・酸素会社とも連携を図ることで、詳細な情報共有や移動行程の確認ができ、約1000km先の病院まで安心・安全な転院を行うことができた。Article信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録 46(1):46-49(2018)departmental bulletin pape
無保険外国人患者の終末期療養における意思決定支援
在留・訪日外国人は年々増加傾向にあり、言語や価値観などの文化の異なる外国人患者へ医療を提供する機会も増えてきている。当院でも、在留している家族に観光ビザで会いに来た際、病気になった症例があった。受診時の患者は、すでに肺癌の終末期の状態であった。患者が無保険のため高額になり医療が限られることから、家族を含め面談を行い、医療費の支払いの可否などの意思確認と治療・看護の方針決定を行った。患者と家族が望む終末期療養の支援において、言語の違いにより意思疎通が困難であり、苦痛症状の確認や看護実践後の評価がしにくい状況があった。面談により国外に住む家族を呼び寄せ、最期を迎える患者と接する時間もでき、患者は穏やかに亡くなられた。その家族からは感謝の言葉があり、今も医療費を分割で払い続けている。終末期の無保険診療においては、早い段階から具体的な医療費や予後などについて明確にし、患者とその家族が望む終末期療養を確認していくことが重要である。そして、看護や治療にどの程度の医療費がかかるかを把握しつつ、必要性について患者や家族と医療者間で検討し提供していく必要がある。Article信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録 46(1):50-53(2018)departmental bulletin pape
作家・北杜夫と躁うつ病 : 顕在発症前エピソードと『どくとるマンボウ航海記』
作家・北杜夫(1927-2011年)の双極性障害は、39歳時の躁病エピソードが初発とされているが、それ以前の時期にも、気分変動が存在していた可能性がある。本論では、この顕在発症前の時期に焦点をあて、その精神状態と創作との関連性を考察した。辻邦夫との往復書簡集を主な資料として、『どくとるマンボウ航海記』執筆前後の1959-1960年(32-33歳)頃の精神状態を推察した。この時期には既に、躁状態やうつ状態もしくは混合状態を呈していた可能性が高く、これらの精神状態が初期作品の創作に大きく関与しているものと考えられた。特に、意欲・活動性のベクトルが上昇に転じる「うつ病相(うつ状態)の後期」が、執筆活動には適した時期であった可能性を指摘した。また同作品が、それまでの文壇にはなかった独自性と新規性を有していることにも言及した。Article信州大学附属図書館研究. 8 : 57-87(2019)departmental bulletin pape
