    中学校国語科での引用指導についての教育効果

    ICTの急速な発展・普及に伴い,著作権および情報活用の観点から適切な引用指導が必要になってきている.そこで本研究は,中学校国語科において適切な引用方法やその目的の指導を試み,教育効果を検証した.Y県A中学校において,2010-2012年の3年間で129名を対象に,毎年の指導計画に引用指導を試行的に組み込んだ.そして,2012年12月に著作権意識尺度を用いた著作権意識および鑑賞文での引用技能を調査した.調査の結果,1)3年間指導を継続したグループは,1年生のみ指導および指導歴無しのグループよりも「F2著作権の尊重」因子得点が有意に高いこと,2)3年間指導したグループは引用の技能評価において下位評価の生徒が有意に少ないこと,が確認できた.以上のことから,中学校国語科での引用指導は,著作権の尊重の意識向上に効果があり,指導の継続により引用技能が定着することが明らかになった.Article日本教育工学会論文誌.37(Suppl):197-200(2013)journal articl

    信州大学カヤノ平ブナ原生林教育園における自動撮影カメラによる中・大型哺乳類相調査:2017年調査の結果

    The large and medium-sized mammalian fauna within the Kayanodaira beech forest of the Institute for Nature Study,Shinshu University,in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, Japan was surveyed using camera traps from August to November 2017. Five cameras were set up within the survey area and a total of 485 days were spent in photography. Eight species of wild mammals were recorded by the cameras :japanese squirrel (Sciurus lis), japanese hare (Lepus brachyurus), red fox (Vulpes vulpes), raccoon dog (Nyctereutes procyonoides), masked palm civet (Paguma larvata), japanese marten (Martes melampus), japanese badger (Meles anakuma)and asiatic black bear (Ursus thibetanus).     Serum Autotaxin Is a Useful Disease Progression Marker in Patients with Primary Biliary Cholangitis

    Autotaxin (ATX) is a secreted enzyme metabolized by liver sinusoidal endothelial cells that has been associated with liver fibrosis. We evaluated serum ATX values in 128 treatment-naive, histologically assessed primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) patients and 80 healthy controls for comparisons of clinical parameters in a case-control study. The median ATX concentrations in controls and PBC patients of Nakanuma's stage I, II, III, and IV were 0.70, 0.80, 0.87, 1.03, and 1.70 mg/L, respectively, which increased significantly with disease stage (r = 0.53, P < 0.0001) as confirmed by Scheuer's classification (r = 0.43, P < 0.0001). ATX correlated with Wisteria floribunda agglutinin-positive Mac-2 binding protein (M2BPGi) (r = 0.51, P < 0.0001) and fibrosis index based on four factors (FIB-4) index (r = 0.51, P < 0.0001). While ALP and M2BPGi levels had decreased significantly (both P < 0.001) by 12 months of ursodeoxycholic acid treatment, ATX had not (0.95 to 0.96 mg/L) (P = 0.07). We observed in a longitudinal study that ATX increased significantly (P < 0.00001) over 18 years in an independent group of 29 patients. Patients succumbing to disease-related death showed a significantly higher ATX increase rate (0.05 mg/L/year) than did survivors (0.02 mg/L/year) (P < 0.01).     Verification of Non-Invasive Blood Glucose Measurement Method Based on Pulse Wave Signal Detected by FBG Sensor System

    This paper describes and verifies a non-invasive blood glucose measurement method using a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensor system. The FBG sensor is installed on the radial artery, and the strain (pulse wave) that is propagated from the heartbeat is measured. The measured pulse wave signal was used as a collection of feature vectors for multivariate analysis aiming to determine the blood glucose level. The time axis of the pulse wave signal was normalized by two signal processing methods: the shortest-time-cut process and 1-s-normalization process. The measurement accuracy of the calculated blood glucose level was compared with the accuracy of these signal processing methods. It was impossible to calculate a blood glucose level exceeding 200 mg/dL in the calibration curve that was constructed by the shortest-time-cut process. In the 1-s-normalization process, the measurement accuracy of the blood glucose level was improved, and a blood glucose level exceeding 200 mg/dL could be calculated. By verifying the loading vector of each calibration curve to calculate the blood glucose level with a high measurement accuracy, we found the gradient of the peak of the pulse wave at the acceleration plethysmogram greatly affected.ArticleSENSORS.17(12):2702(2017)journal articl
