Improvement of Reliability of Geometrical Algorithm Based on Topological Relation Between a Point and a Line
Get PDFTo Keep geometrical calculation from the failure caused by numerical errors, this paper proposes that the topological relation between a point and a line is fundamental, and that the algorithm for it is improved. Get PDFThe increasing use of solid-state power-conversion equipment and other power electric device on distribution systems is causing utilities to become much more concerned about harmonic voltage and current levels on these systems. A distribution system equipped with both power converters and power-facter-improvement capacitors is especially vulnerable to capacitor failure, communication circuit interference and so forth.
