乳幼児期の身体活動に関わる環境についての研究（3）―身体活動に関わる保育環境尺度と保育場面観察からの検討―
Get PDF本研究では，保育者の自己評価と他者評価により身体活動に関わる保育環境の実態を把握して，環境構成に関する保育のねらいや配慮等を明らかにするために，保育者を対象に，「身体活動に関わる保育環境尺度」の実施及びヒアリング調査，保育観察を実施した。その結果，【子どもへの支援・援助】，【環境構成】の得点が高く，保育者は子どもの発達やクラスの状況を把握して, ねらいを立てたり，子どもの意欲を引き出す物的空間的環境の構成や主体的な活動を促す援助を行ったりしていた。一方，【保育の計画・評価】の得点はやや低い傾向がみられ，保護者に対しては情報提供にとどまっていた。ヒアリング調査や保育観察を通して，保育者の意図や課題点なども具体的に把握することができた。また，保育環境尺度への回答は保育者自身の振り返りとしても有効であることが示唆された。
In this study, to understand the actual state of the childcare environment through childcare workers’ self-evaluation and evaluation by others, and clarify the purpose and points of consideration for childcare in the environmental structure. we conducted a survey using a scale to evaluate physical activity in childcare environments, interviews, and observations targeting childcare workers at daycare centers. The results revealed high scores for “support or assistance for children” and “environmental structure” on the childcare environment scale. Additionally, childcare workers were able to grasp children’s development, situation of the classes, and set goals, and create a physical and spatial environment that stimulated children’s motivation. Childcare workers also provided support to encourage the organization and independent activities of the children. By contrast, the scores for“ childcare planning and evaluation” were low. The information was provided only to parents. Through interviews and observations, we gained a concrete understanding of childcare workers’ intentions and issues. The findings also suggested that responses to the childcare environment scale were effective for childcare workers’ own reflections.Article【資料／Original Articles】departmental bulletin pape
