感覚処理感受性と精神症状の関連におけるセルフ・コンパッションの調整効果
Get PDF感覚処理感受性（SPS），つまり刺激を強く深く処理する個人の傾向は，精神症状と正の関連があることが示されている。SPSは生得的な特性と考えられていることから，SPSと精神症状の関連を調整する要因を検討することが重要である。これまでにSPSと精神症状の関連をマインドフルネスが調整することは示されているが，両者の関連をセルフ・コンパッションが調整するかは検討されていない。本研究の目的は，SPSの下位因子である低感覚域および易興奮性と精神症状の関連におけるセルフ・コンパッションの調整効果を検討することであった。大学生と大学院生を対象にインターネット調査を行った。階層的重回帰分析と単純傾斜検定の結果，低感覚域が高く，セルフ・コンパッションの下位因子である自己批判または過剰同一化が高いと，不安が高くなること，低感覚域が高く，過剰同一化が高いと抑うつが高くなることが示された。加えて，易興奮性が高く，自己批判または過剰同一化が高いと，不安が高かった。以上の結果から，自己批判と過剰同一化には，低感覚域および易興奮性と，抑うつ，不安の関連に対する調整効果があることが示唆される。
Sensory-Processing Sensitivity （SPS）, a tendency where individuals strongly and deeply process a variety of stimuli, is found to be positively related to psychological symptoms. As SPS is considered an innate trait, it is important to investigate factors that modulate the association between SPS and psychological symptoms. So far, while it has been shown that mindfulness moderates the relationship between SPS and psychological symptoms, no research has examined whether self-compassion moderates the relationship. The aim of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of low sensory threshold （LST） and ease of excitation （EOE）, which were subfactors of self-compassion, on the relationship between SPS and psychological symptoms. We conducted an internet-based survey with undergraduate and graduate students. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses and simple slope analyses showed that when LST was high and self-judgement or over-identification, sub-factors of self-compassion, was high, anxiety was high, and when LST was high and over-identification was high, depression was high. Additionally, when EOE was high and self-judgement or over-identification was high, anxiety was high. These findings suggest that self-judgement and over-identification have a moderating effect between LST and EOE, and depression and anxiety.Article【論文／Article】departmental bulletin pape
