抑うつ傾向に関連したワルテッグ描画テストとバウムテストの描画特徴
Get PDF本研究の目的は，健常者を対象に，抑うつ傾向をとらえやすい指標を検討すること，3 事例から2 種の描画を併用して抑うつ的な絵の特徴を考察することであった。指標は，先行研究で示された指標や筆者らが抑うつと関連すると想定した指標を用いた。抑うつ高群と抑うつ低群に分類して検討した結果，抑うつが表現されやすいのは，ワルテッグ描画テストでは‘第3 図の右への方向性に反応していないこと’，バウムテストでは‘小さいサイズʼであった。3 事例では，バウムテストの全体的評価から抑うつ気分の強さやエネルギーの低下を直感的に評価することができたが，ワルテッグ描画テストを同時に実施することで，参加者の心理的な課題を考察しやすくなると推測された。バウムテストから抑うつ傾向を確認することが難しい事例でも，ワルテッグ描画テストを補完的に使用できると考えられた。
The purpose of this study was to examine easily identifiable indicators of depressive tendencies in healthy participants and analyze the characteristics of depressive drawings using two types of drawings from three cases. We assessed indicators from previous studies and those hypothesized by the authors to be associated with depression. After categorizing them into high depression and low depression groups, the findings showed that the indicators most suggestive of depression are“ lack of reaction to the right direction in Box3” in the Wartegg drawing test and “small size” in the Baum test. Across the three cases, the overall evaluation of the Baum test provided an intuitive assessment of the intensity of depressed mood and energy decline. However, it was suggested that simultaneous administration of the Wartegg drawing test would enhance the understanding of participants’ psychological issues. Even in cases where confirming depressive tendencies from the Baum test alone was challenging, the Wartegg drawing test could be used as a complementary tool.Article【原著／Original Articles】departmental bulletin pape
