C.S.E.A. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING:  (From Campus Announcements)
ATTENTION CSEA MEMBERS: Mark your calendar! There will be a members meeting on 
June 13, 2006 from 11:00am 1:00pm at the Student Activities Center, ballroom A (west 
campus). Guest speakers to include Region One President Nick LaMorte. Refreshments will be 
served. There will be information tables and raffle prizes.
JASMINE SUMMER HOURS:
Jasmine: Mon-Friday 11am-7pm 
     Closed Sat/Sun.
J- Club: Mon-Fri 11.30am-2.30pm 
   Closed Sat/Sun.
STAFF BARBEQUE:
On June 8, the Libraries were a little quieter, as staff trekked to the University Cafe for the 
Annual Barbeque.  The red checked tablecloths brightened up the rather dark day.  About 45 
staff enjoyed traditional picnic foods - hamburgers hotdogs, potato salad, macaroni salad, and 
cookies and watermelon.  The stir fried eggplant was a nice treat.  The coffee was super-sized 
and some staff ordered wine or beer.  All those who attended received an insulated pouch - just 
the right size for transporting homemade lunch during the hot summer months!  Thanks again to 
our Social Team for creating an opportunity to get together and relax.  Here are a few photos; if

THE SCREEN PORCH:
This is the Library Blog - a means to catch up on what's new at the libraries.  It is attached to our 
homepage in much the same way that a real screen porch would be attached to a house!  You 
may recall days of stopping to sit on a porch and gab about what was going on in your life.  Try 
out The Screen Porch and you may feel right at home with the library happenings!
