29th ANNUAL STONY BROOK WELCOME DINNER                     FOR NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

This annual dinner is co-sponsored by the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and
the Graduate School and International Services.  Enthusiastic support is given each year by both
the University Community and that of the Three Village area.  An international program, entertainment, and dinner are provided as a way of welcoming the new international students and assisting them in their transition from one culture to another. Members of the SBU Host Family Program also attend this dinner so that they and their host family students can meet one another.  It is always a very joyful event for all who participate.  We look forward to hearing from you and hope that you will be able to attend.
