Menilik Potensi Geowisata Desa Gema Melalui Penyuluhan Pada Kelompok Pemuda Sadar Wisata
Desa Gema memiliki potensi geowisata yang besar, terutama di sepanjang Sungai Subayang. Namun, pengelolaan dan pengembangan geowisata menghadapi kendala, termasuk kurangnya keterlibatan dan koordinasi antar pemangku kepentingan serta infrastruktur pariwisata yang belum memadai. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Gema melalui pengelolaan dan pengembangan potensi geowisata secara berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan, perencanaan, dan demonstrasi yang diikuti oleh 21 anggota Kelompok Pemuda Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Desa Gema. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di rumah Kepala Desa Gema pada 13 Desember 2023. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola potensi geowisata. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pelatihan dan penyuluhan efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas Pokdarwis dalam mengembangkan geowisata secara berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi meliputi perlunya pelatihan lanjutan dan peningkatan infrastruktur pendukung untuk mendukung pengembangan geowisata yang lebih baik. Dukungan berkelanjutan dari berbagai pihak juga diperlukan untuk memastikan keberhasilan jangka panjang dari program ini.
Examining the Geotourism Potential of Gema Village Through Counseling for Tourism Awareness Youth Groups
Gema Village has significant geotourism potential, particularly along the Subayang River. However, the management and development of geotourism face challenges, including a lack of stakeholder involvement and coordination, as well as inadequate tourism infrastructure. The aim of this activity is to improve the welfare of Gema Village's community through the sustainable management and development of its geotourism potential. The implementation methods include training, planning, and demonstrations attended by 21 members of the Gema Village Tourism Awareness Youth Group (Pokdarwis). The training was conducted at the Gema Village Head's house on December 13, 2023. The results indicate an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in managing geotourism potential. The conclusion of this activity is that training and counseling are effective in enhancing the capacity of Pokdarwis in sustainably developing geotourism. Recommendations include the need for ongoing training and improved supporting infrastructure to facilitate better geotourism development. Continued support from various stakeholders is also necessary to ensure the long-term success of this program
Optimalisasi Kurikulum Merdeka melalui Pelatihan Guru untuk Mengimplementasikan Teknologi AI dalam Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) ke dalam Kurikulum Merdeka melalui pelatihan yang terfokus. Menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini melibatkan 26 guru IPA dari Pasuruan, Indonesia, dalam workshop berstruktur berbasis AI menggunakan PowerPoint sebagai alat pembelajaran. Fase pelatihan meliputi persiapan, pelatihan langsung dengan kegiatan praktis, dan evaluasi pasca-pelatihan untuk memastikan transfer dan penerapan keterampilan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan skor pengetahuan fitur AI meningkat dari 46,8% menjadi 61,5% untuk fungsi utama dan dari 59,6% menjadi 73,1% untuk transisi animasi. Umpan balik menyoroti perlunya penambahan durasi pelatihan dan sesi tatap muka yang berkelanjutan untuk mengoptimalkan pemahaman. Studi ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkala yang berkelanjutan, terutama dengan memasukkan sesi praktis dan dukungan mentor, guna memperkuat kompetensi AI dan menjembatani kesenjangan akses teknologi di wilayah pendidikan pedesaan.
Optimizing the Independent Curriculum through Teacher Training Assistance to Implement AI Technology in the Development of Learning Media
This study aims to enhance teacher competence in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology into the Independent Curriculum through focused training. Utilizing a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program engaged 26 science teachers from Pasuruan, Indonesia, in a structured AI-based workshop using PowerPoint as a teaching tool. The training phases included preparation, direct training with hands-on activities, and post-training evaluation to ensure skill transfer and application. The results of the program showed significant improvements, with knowledge scores on AI features rising from 46.8% to 61.5% for core functions and from 59.6% to 73.1% for animation transitions. Feedback highlighted the need for extended training duration and ongoing face-to-face sessions to optimize understanding. This study recommends sustained, periodic training, especially incorporating practical and mentor-supported sessions, to strengthen AI competencies and bridge technology access gaps in rural educational setting
Implementasi Sistem Informasi LPM Sempaja Timur Sebagai Percepatan Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (SILPM) di Kelurahan Sempaja Timur untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui digitalisasi manajemen data, pemantauan kegiatan, dan kolaborasi. Mitra utama adalah LPMK Sempaja Timur, yang berperan aktif dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, serta pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan 100% anggota LPM yang dilatih mampu mengoperasikan sistem informasi, serta 90% responden merasa terbantu dalam mengakses informasi dan pelaporan melalui SILPM. Sistem ini berhasil mendigitalisasi 95% data anggota dan mencatat 80% laporan kegiatan secara real-time. Kesimpulannya, digitalisasi manajemen LPM mendukung peningkatan transparansi, efisiensi program, dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Rekomendasi mencakup pelatihan lanjutan, pemantauan keberlanjutan sistem, dan integrasi dengan program pemberdayaan lainnya.
Implementation of the East Sempaja LPM Information System as an Acceleration of Increasing Community Welfare
This study aims to implement the Community Empowerment Institution Information System (SILPM) in East Sempaja Village to enhance community welfare through digitalized data management, activity monitoring, and collaboration. The main partner is the East Sempaja Community Empowerment Institution (LPMK), actively involved in planning and execution. The participatory method included socialization, training, technology application, and monitoring and evaluation. The results demonstrate significant improvements, with 100% of trained LPM members able to operate the information system and 90% of respondents finding it beneficial for accessing information and reporting. The system successfully digitalized 95% of member data and recorded 80% of activity reports in real-time. In conclusion, LPM management digitalization supports enhanced transparency, program efficiency, and community engagement. Recommendations include advanced training, system sustainability monitoring, and integration with other empowerment programs
Implementasi Metode Studi Kasus Dan Proyek Integratif Berbantuan Learning Management System Di Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan
Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan melalui penerapan metode studi kasus dan proyek berbasis integratif yang didukung oleh Learning Management System (LMS). Pelaksanaan program ini melibatkan pelatihan bertahap, termasuk pengembangan bahan ajar, penggunaan LMS, dan penerapan metode pengajaran inovatif. Mitra yang terlibat adalah guru dan operator sekolah yang menyediakan fasilitas pendukung. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam penggunaan LMS, dengan 85% guru aktif mengunggah bahan ajar dan melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis digital. Selain itu, 90% siswa terlibat dalam tugas proyek dan latihan studi kasus, yang berdampak pada peningkatan keterampilan abad ke-21 mereka. Program ini merekomendasikan penerapan serupa di sekolah lain dengan peningkatan dukungan teknologi dan motivasi guru.
Implementation of Case Study Method and Integrative Project Assisted by Learning Management System at Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan
This program aims to improve the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan through the application of an integrative case study and project-based method supported by a Learning Management System (LMS). The implementation involved a series of training sessions, including instructional material development, LMS utilization, and the application of innovative teaching methods. The partners involved included teachers and school operators providing essential facilities. Results indicate a significant increase in LMS usage, with 85% of teachers actively uploading teaching materials and conducting digital-based learning. Additionally, 90% of students engaged in project tasks and case study exercises, positively impacting their 21st-century skills. This program recommends similar implementations in other schools, with enhanced technological support and teacher motivation.
Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Budidaya Maggot BSF (Black Soldier Fly) dalam Pengolahan Sampah Organik Di Ponpes Darul Fikri Desa Sungai Belidak
Desa Sungai Belidak merupakan salah satu desa dengan produksi buah musiman melimpah seperti pisang, langsat, dan durian, yang menyebabkan limbah buah-buahan selama musim panen. Limbah ini, bersama dengan sampah dari Pondok Pesantren Darul Fikri, menciptakan masalah lingkungan seperti bau tak sedap dan penurunan estetika. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan sampah organik di Desa Sungai Belidak dengan memanfaatkan Black Soldier Fly (BSF) atau larva lalat hitam (maggot). Maggot BSF dikenal efektif mengonversi limbah organik menjadi pupuk dan pakan ternak. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dengan melibatkan sebanyak 30 santri dalam pelatihan budidaya maggot BSF dan penerapan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan (p value=0,000) dalam pengetahuan (67,5% dan sikap (31,1%) santri terhadap pengelolaan sampah setelah pelatihan. Budidaya maggot BSF tidak hanya mengurangi sampah organik, tetapi juga berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat melalui penjualan pupuk organik dan pakan ternak. Dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan, program ini diharapkan menjadi solusi berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan sampah di Ponpes Darul Fikri.
Community Empowerment Through Cultivation of BSF Maggots (Black Soldier Fly) in Organic Waste Processing at Ponpes Darul Fikri Village Sungai Belidak
Sungai Belidak Village is one of the villages with abundant seasonal fruit production such as bananas, langsat and durian, which causes fruit waste during the harvest season. This waste, together with waste from the Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School, creates environmental problems such as unpleasant odors and aesthetic degradation. This research aims to overcome the problem of organic waste management in Sungai Belidak Village by utilizing Black Soldier Fly (BSF) or black fly larvae (maggot). BSF Maggot is known to be effective in converting organic waste into fertilizer and animal feed. The approach used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) by involving students in training on BSF maggot cultivation and implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). The results showed a significant (p value=0,000) increase in students' knowledge (67,5%) and attitudes (31,1%) towards waste management after the training. BSF maggot cultivation not only reduces organic waste, but also has the potential to increase the community's economic income through the sale of organic fertilizer and animal feed. With ongoing assistance, this program is expected to become a sustainable solution in waste management at the Darul Fikri Islamic Boarding School.
Sosialisasi Pengawasan Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa di Desa Labuan Lelea Kecamatan Labuan Kabupaten Donggala
Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas pengelolaan dan pengawasan keuangan desa di Desa Labuan Lelea, Kabupaten Donggala. Kegiatan melibatkan 15 peserta, termasuk aparat desa, anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), dan tokoh masyarakat. Program dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan melalui observasi dan wawancara, sosialisasi komprehensif teknik pengawasan keuangan, serta evaluasi. Dengan pendekatan interaktif dan partisipatif, pelatihan difokuskan pada proses perencanaan, penganggaran, implementasi, dan pertanggungjawaban. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pengawasan keuangan, dengan skor pemahaman meningkat dari 60% menjadi 80%. Pembahasan menyoroti pentingnya pengawasan partisipatif yang melibatkan BPD dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan keuangan. Rekomendasi mencakup pelatihan lanjutan untuk memperkuat keterampilan pengawasan keuangan serta perluasan model ke desa lain untuk memperbaiki tata kelola. Program ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan bagi pembangunan desa berkelanjutan melalui pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif.
Socialization on Village Financial Management Supervision in Labuan Lelea Village, Labuan Subdistrict, Donggala Regency
This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of village financial management and supervision in Labuan Lelea Village, Donggala Regency. The activities involved 15 participants, including village officials, Village Consultative Body (BPD) members, and community leaders. The program was conducted in three stages: preparation through observation and interviews, comprehensive socialization of financial supervision techniques, and evaluation. Using an interactive and participatory approach, the training focused on planning, budgeting, implementation, and accountability processes. The results showed increased participant understanding of financial supervision, with comprehension scores rising from 60% to 80%. Discussion highlighted the importance of participatory oversight involving both BPD and the community to enhance accountability and transparency in financial management. Recommendations include further training to strengthen financial supervision skills and expanding the model to other villages for improved governance. This program significantly contributes to sustainable village development through effective financial management
Pendampingan Perencanaan Aplikasi E-Sampan Kecamatan Ampenan
Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendampingi Pemerintah Kecamatan Ampenan dalam perancangan ulang aplikasi E-Sampan guna menyederhanakan proses administrasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi layanan publik. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Pemerintah Kecamatan Ampenan, yang terdiri dari Camat, Sekretaris Camat, dan Lurah dari beberapa kelurahan di Kecamatan Ampenan, dengan total jumlah mitra yang terlibat sebanyak 15 orang. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan meliputi tahap perencanaan kerja, pembuatan materi pendampingan, pembahasan kebutuhan aplikasi, perancangan sistem, serta evaluasi dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh tahapan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan sistematis, dengan partisipasi aktif dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dirancang telah sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan stakeholder, serta siap untuk diimplementasikan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa pendampingan yang diberikan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan pemerintah setempat dalam perancangan aplikasi, serta memberikan solusi yang efektif untuk permasalahan administrasi yang ada. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah agar kegiatan pendampingan serupa dilakukan secara berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas layanan publik di masa mendatang.
Assistance In Planning The E-Saving Application For Ampenan Sub-District
The aim of this activity was to assist the Government of Ampenan Sub-District in redesigning the E-Sampan application to simplify administrative processes and enhance the efficiency of public services. The partners involved in this activity were the Government of Ampenan Sub-District, including the Sub-District Head, Secretary, and Village Heads from various villages within the sub-district, with a total of 15 partners. The implementation method included work planning, preparation of assistance materials, discussion of application requirements, system design, and evaluation and reporting. The results showed that all stages were carried out systematically and successfully, with active participation from all stakeholders. Evaluation indicated that the designed application met the stakeholders' needs and expectations and was ready for implementation. The conclusion of this activity is that the provided assistance effectively increased the local government's understanding and involvement in the application design, offering a practical solution to existing administrative issues. It is recommended that similar assistance activities be conducted regularly to ensure the sustainability and improvement of public service quality in the future
Function of Internal Control in Financial Management in Pamona Puselemba District Poso
This community service activity was carried out in the Pamona Puselemba sub-district, Poso. The partners for this activity are the heads and secretaries of villages in the Pamona Puselemba Poso sub-district. The aim of this service is to increase the capacity of village officials regarding the internal control function in financial management of Pamona Puselemba Poso District. Community service activities are carried out using the counseling method. The activity was attended by approximately 15 people consisting of village heads and secretaries in the Pamona Puselemba sub-district, Poso Regency. In the service program carried out in connection with counseling regarding the function of internal control in managing village finances in Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, it turned out that it was able to improve the ability of village officials and officials in managing, using and being accountable for village funds in the villages of Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency. The results of this service activity are: first, increasing the ability of the community in the villages of Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency to play an active role and also be fully involved in the use of village funds in the form of village activities financed by the village fund budget; Second, increased accountability of village managers in Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency in being accountable for the use of village funds; Third, increasing communication and availability of information between the community and village officials in the management and use of village fund
Utilization of Alikhtibar Media for Language Learning in Mahaad Tahfidz Arabic Al Gontory Lil Banat, Malaysia
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using Alikhtibar media in language learning at Mahaad Tahfiz Arabic Al Gontory Lil Banat, Malaysia. The activities involved 75 participants in the introduction and direct trial session on March 18, 2024, as well as first and second-grade high school equivalent students who attended the training on March 19, 2024.The results of this study indicate that the use of Alikhtibar media can improve students' listening, reading, and writing skills in Arabic. The exercises included listening to audio from native speakers, reading Arabic texts, and writing words or sentences in Arabic. The evaluation methods used were multiple choice, matching empty answers, filling in blanks, and drag and drop. The recommendation from this study is the broader implementation of Alikhtibar media in the Arabic language curriculum in other educational institutions. The use of interactive media and digital technology has proven effective in enhancing language skills and students' learning motivation. This implementation is expected to significantly contribute to improving the quality of language learning in educational institutions
Pendampingan Penyusunan Instrumen Tes Numerasi Siswa Berbasis Gamifikasi Sebagai Strategi Penguatan Literasi Digital Guru
Kemampuan numerasi merupakan keterampilan dasar yang dibutuhkan siswa. Kemampuan numerasi digunakan siswa dalam segala aspek kehidupan terutama. Numerasi dapat diajarkan melalui pembelajaran IPA. Sehingga, guru IPA perlu menyusun dan membuat instrumen tes numerasi siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pendampingan penyusunan instrumen tes numerasi siswa berbasis gamifikasi sebagai strategi penguatan literasi digital bagi guru IPA MGMP Kabupaten Kaur, Bengkulu. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari 25 guru MGMP IPA di Kabupaten Kaur, Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan berupa metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan demonstrasi. Interumen yang digunakan berupa lembar angket untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi digital guru. Target capaian kegiatan ini adalah 75% peserta menyatakan setuju terhadap kemampuan literasi digital guru setelah pelatihan. Hasilnya bahwa 85% guru setuju bahwa mereka telah mampu menggunakan teknologi seperti: menginstal, menyimpan file, mengunduh video, mencari referensi secara online, dan melakukan inovasi pengajaran dengan teknologi. Keberlanjutan kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat diharapkan, terutama pada pelatihan remidiasi dan pengayaan terhadap hasil pengerjaan tes numerasi tersebut.
Assistance in Preparing Gamification-Based Student Numeracy Test Instruments as a Strategy to Strengthen Teachers' Digital Literacy
Numeracy ability is a basic skill that is needed and must be possessed in the 21st century in all aspects of life, especially in science learning. So, compiling and making numeracy instruments is something that science teachers need to do. The aim of this community service activity is to assist in the preparation of gamification-based student numeracy test instruments as a strategy to strengthen digital literacy for MGMP science teachers in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu. The activity participants consisted of 25 MGMP science teachers in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu. The methods used are lecture, discussion, question and answer, and demonstration methods. The intervention used was a questionnaire to measure teachers' digital literacy skills. The target achievement for this activity is that 75% of participants agree with the teacher's digital literacy skills after the training. The result was that 85% of teachers agreed that they had been able to use technology in ways such as installing, saving files, downloading videos, searching for references online, and carrying out teaching innovations with technology. The continuation of this service activity is highly hoped for, especially in remediation training and enrichment of the results of the numeracy test
