    Training On The Development Of Differentiated Learning Tools For Inclusion Teachers At Labschool UNESA Lidah Wetan Surabaya

    Children with special needs can be interpreted as children who are slow or have disorders (retarded) who will never succeed in school for children in general. Children with special needs can also be interpreted as children who have physical, mental, intelligence and emotional disorders so that special learning is required. Children with special needs have a classification, namely physical disorders, mental disorders, behavioral disorders. Children with Special Needs (ABK) are increasingly being found day by day. ABK who appear are not only those who are slow to understand lessons slow learners, stand out / gifted or berkabat, but also those who are hyperactive, autistic and other types of ABK. The importance of handling students in the ABK category is very necessary because the success of basic education is very important for students to be able to continue their education at the next level, therefore, teachers in schools need to be given insight, introduction and training about ABK knowledge and methods of handling it. Currently, the Labschool Unesa Lidah Wetan neighborhood school has 9 students with special needs spread across elementary school levels, at school they are served by class teachers and several parents who accompany them while studying. Their disorders tend to be autism and lack of focus. Class teachers and parents of students do not yet have adequate knowledge about special needs, therefore knowledge and understanding of handling special needs are needed so that teachers and parents can work together in providing services, so that they will provide optimal results. This training was conducted for representatives of the inclusive teachers of the Labschool Unesa Lidah Wetan neighborhood school, totaling 16 people. This training activity aims to equip inclusive teachers in handling children with special needs. This training is given to inclusive teachers with special needs students who really need special attention and treatment. The training is conducted in the form of workshops or seminars with theory and practice provided in a balanced manner. Implementation in the classroom will be monitored by the PKM team. The results will be analyzed by describing the implementation of the training results in the field, as well as describing changes in handling special needs students

    Tujuan sertifikasi halal pada dasarnya untuk melindungi hak-hak konsumen dalam hal ini konsumen muslim. Adanya Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang Jaminan Produk Halal, tentunya mendorong para pelaku industri pangan dan usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) pangan untuk segera mendaftarkan produknya mendapatkan sertifikat halal. Desa Bilebante sebagai salah satu desa wisata yang sudah masuk kategori Maju dan berada di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah menunjukkan bahwa minat pelaku UMKM untuk mengajukan sertifikasi halal masih rendah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk 1) Memberikan pendampingan bagi kelompok UMKM berdasarkan kriteria pengajuan sebagai akselerasi sertifikat halal produk di Desa Wisata Halal Bilebante. 2) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku umkm dengan memberikan edukasi pengisian SJPH melalui digitalisasi dan registrasi Sihalal. 3) Menyediakan materi KIE terkait pelaksaanaan praktek digitalisasi untuk pengembangan produk umkm baik dari segi legalitasi produk (menyusun SJPH) maupun kualitas produk terutama di bagian packaging dan branding. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan 100% UMKM yang menjadi responden sudah memiliki legalitas usaha yaitu NIB dan sertifikat halal. Setiap pelaku UMKM diberikan fasilitasi kemasan yang menarik dan alat pemasaran berupa website UMKM Desa Bilebante sehingga memudahkan untuk melakukan pemasaran yang lebih luas. Selain itu, pemahaman UMKM terkait kehalalan produk meningkat dengan adanya kebijakan halal. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengabdian dinyatakan efektif dalam proses pendampingan UMKM untuk mendapatkan sertifikat halal. Assistance in Filling Out SJPH Through Digitization and Sihalal Registration for SMEs in the Green Tourism Village of Bilebante, Central Lombok Regency Abstract The primary goal of halal certification is to protect the rights of consumers, particularly Muslim consumers. The enactment of Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Assurance encourages food industry players and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the food sector to promptly register their products for halal certification. Bilebante Village, recognized as an advanced tourism village in Central Lombok Regency, exhibits a low interest among SME operators in applying for halal certification. This community service program aims to: (1) Provide assistance to SME groups based on application criteria to accelerate halal product certification in the Halal Tourism Village of Bilebante. (2) Enhance the knowledge and skills of SME operators by providing education on filling out SJPH (Halal Product Assurance System) through digitization and Sihalal registration. (3) Provide communication, information, and education (CIE) materials related to the implementation of digitalization practices for SME product development, focusing on product legality (preparing SJPH) and product quality, particularly in packaging and branding. The results of this program indicate that 100% of SMEs involved as respondents have obtained business legality, including Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and halal certificates. Each SME operator received attractive packaging assistance and marketing tools in the form of a website for Bilebante Village SMEs, facilitating broader marketing opportunities. Additionally, SME understanding of product halalness improved with the implementation of halal policies. This demonstrates that the community service program was effective in assisting SMEs in obtaining halal certification

    Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan potensi wisata Desa Masaingi melalui peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat, khususnya Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis). Desa Masaingi memiliki berbagai potensi wisata alam, budaya, dan agrowisata yang belum dikembangkan secara optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan Design Thinking dan konsep "3A" (Atraksi, Amenitas, Aksesibilitas) untuk mengidentifikasi dan merancang strategi pengelolaan wisata secara partisipatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kapasitas pengelola Desa Wisata Masaingi yaitu Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan Desa Wiaata Masaingi dapat menjadi destinasi wisata unggulan yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu semakin terjalin kolaborasi antara pemerintah desa, masyarakat, Bumdes, Pokdarwis dan dan pihak eksternal seperti perguruan tinggi dalam mengelola Desa Wisata Masaingi. Pada akhinya pendampingan yang dilakukan tim pengabdian adalah terjadinya peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisata ke Desa Wisata Masaingi sebesar 45 persen selama 2 bulan pasca pendampingan. Increasing Village Tourism Visits Through 3a Tourism Strengthening Assistance in Masaingi Village Abstract This community service activity aims to support the development of Masaingi Village's tourism potential through increasing community capacity, especially the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). Masaingi Village has various natural, cultural and agrotourism potentials that have not been developed optimally. The method used in this activity is the Design Thinking approach and the "3A" concept (Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility) to identify and design participatory tourism management strategies. The results of this activity show that there has been an increase in the capacity of the Masaingi Tourism Village management, namely the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis), in planning and managing the Masaingi Wiaata Village so that it can become a leading sustainable tourist destination. Apart from that, there is increasingly collaboration between the village government, community, Bumdes, Pokdarwis and external parties such as universities in managing the Masaingi Tourism Village. In the end, the assistance provided by the service team resulted in an increase in the number of tourist visits to the Masaingi Tourism Village by 45 percent during the 2 months following the assistance

    Air minum bersumber PDAM yang dikonsumsi masyarakat belum memenuhi persyaratan apabila diminum/dikonsumsi secara langsung oleh masyarakat. Upaya peningkatan kualitas air minum melalui Depot Air Minum (DAM) melalui Penyuluhan Kesehatan Masyarakat bertujuan untuk mendorong dan mengkondisikan pengusaha atau pengelola Depot Air Minum melakukan upaya perbaikan kualitas air minum sehingga mampu menyediakan air minum yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan di masyarakat di Kelurahan Jemur Wonosari, Surabaya, dengan cara meningkatkan hygiene dan sanitasi Depot Air Minum. Pendekatan kegiatan PKM melalui sosialisasi dan penyuluhan yang diberikan kepada 15 pemilik Depot Air Minum dan masyarakat sekitar selanjutnya menggunakan metode analisis data secara deskriptif dan paired t-test. Sebagai indikator keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan Kesehatan masyarakat ini adalah terjadinya perubahan perilaku pengelola/pengusahan Depot Air Minum sehingga akan meningkatkan hygiene sanitasi DAM, sehingga dapat menghilangkan kontaminasi Coliform dan E. coli dalam air minum yang diidentifikasi melalui pemeriksaan rutin kualitas air minum setiap 6 bulan dan pemeliharaan peralatan Depot secara rutin. Dengan demikian masyarakat akan mendapatkan kualitas air minum yang memenuhi persyaratan dan terhindar dari resiko penyakit akibat penyediaan air minum yang kurang sehat. Meningkatnya kepercayaan masyarakat akan kualitas air minum yang dihasilkan oleh Depot Air Minum akan memberikan keuntungan finansial bagi pengusaha/pengelola. Improving Hygiene and Sanitation of Drinking Water Depots in Jemur Wonosari Village, Wonocolo District, Surabaya City Abstract: Drinking water sourced from PDAM consumed by the community does not meet the requirements if it is drunk/consumed directly by the community. Efforts to improve the quality of drinking water through Drinking Water Depots (DAM) through Public Health Education aim to encourage and condition entrepreneurs or managers of Drinking Water Depots to make efforts to improve the quality of drinking water so that they are able to provide drinking water that meets health requirements in the community in Jemur Wonosari Village, Surabaya , by improving hygiene and sanitation at the Drinking Water Depot. The approach to PKM activities is through socialization and counseling given to 15 Drinking Water Depot owners and the surrounding community, then using descriptive data analysis methods and paired t-test. As an indicator of success in implementing this public health education activity, there is a change in the behavior of the management/operator of the Drinking Water Depot so that it will improve the sanitation hygiene of the DAM, so that it can eliminate Coliform and E.coli contamination in drinking water which is identified through routine checks of drinking water quality every 6 months. and routine maintenance of Depot equipment. In this way, people will get quality drinking water that meets the requirements and avoid the risk of disease due to unhealthy drinking water supplies. Increasing public confidence in the quality of drinking water produced by the Drinking Water Depot will provide financial benefits for entrepreneurs/managers

    Pemanfaatan Belimbing Wuluh Sebagai Koagulan Lateks Bagi Petani Karet di Desa Bentok Darat Kecamatan Bati-Bati Kabupaten Tanah Laut

    Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi petani di Desa Bentok Darat dalam proses pengentalan lateks yang baik adalah bahan pengental lateks (koagulan). Umumnya petani menggunakan pengumpul lateks yang tidak dianjurkan seperti TSP dan aluminum sulfat (tawas). Pemakaian TSP dan aluminium sulfat (tawas) tidak dapat menggumpalkan lateks dengan sempurna. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui diseminasi pemanfaatan belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) sebagai koagulan lateks yang baik. PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang manfaat belimbing wuluh sebagai salah satu bahan pembuatan koagulan lateks, dan memberikan keterampilan dalam pembuatan larutan buah belimbing wuluh sebagai bahan koagulan lateks. Kegiatan PkM ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk transfer knowledge berupa: (1) penyuluhan, (2) pelatihan pembuatan koagulan lateks dari buah belimbing wuluh, dan (3) teknik pembibitan belimbing wuluh. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan di Desa Bentok Darat, Kecamatan Bati-Bati Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 6 (enam) bulan (Maret s.d. September 2023), dimulai dari persiapan (survei lapangan, persiapan bahan dan alat), sampai dengan laporan akhir kegiatan, termasuk publikasi di media massa. Mitra sasaran PkM diseminasi yaitu: ketua dan anggota Kelompok Tani Alam Subur, Desa Bentok Darat Kecamatan Bati-Bati Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Evaluasi kegiatan PkM dilakukan dalam bentuk daftar pertanyaan (kuisioner) untuk melihat peningkatan/penambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta (mitra) kegiatan, khususnya pengetahuan tentang bahan alternatif koagulan lateks, keuntungan penggunaan bahan koagulan lateks dari buah belimbing wuluh, dan keterampilan membuat larutan koagulan lateks dari buah belimbing wuluh. Hasil PkM menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan tentang manfaat belimbing wuluh sebesar 40%, dan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan tantang senyawa pada buah belimbing wuluh sebesar 75%. Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan tentang buah belimbing wuluh dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan koagulan lateks meningkat sebesar 89,7%, dan peningkatan ketertarikan menggunakan larutan buah belimbing wuluh sebagai koagulan lateks sebesar 10% dari awalnya 89%. Demi keberlanjutan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini disarankan sebaiknya peserta kegiatan penyuluhan dapat membagikan pengetahuan yang didapatkan pada penyuluhan ini kepada anggota kelompok yang tidak berkesempatan hadir pada penyuluhan ini, sehingga petani lainnya juga mendapatkan pengetahuan dari pelatihan ini. Usage of Bilimbi a Latex Coagulant for Rubber Farmers in Bentok Darat Village, Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency Abstract: The main problem farmers in Bentok Darat Village face in the process of good latex thickening is the latex thickening agent (coagulant). Generally, farmers use latex collectors that are not recommended, such as TSP and aluminum sulfate (alum). TSP and aluminum sulfate (alum) cannot coagulate latex completely. To answer this problem, one effort can be made by disseminating the use of Bilimbi (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) as a good latex coagulant. This community service aims to provide knowledge about the benefits of Bilimbi as an ingredient for making latex coagulants and provide skills in making a solution for Bilimbi as a latex coagulant. This community service activity is carried out in the form of knowledge transfer in the form of (1) counseling, (2) training in making latex coagulants from Bilimbi, and (3) Bilimbi seeding techniques. Community service activities were carried out in Bentok Darat Village, Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency. Activities will be carried out for six months (March to September 2023), starting from preparation (field survey, preparation of materials and tools) to the final activity report, including publication in the mass media. The target partners for community service dissemination are the chairman and members of the Alam Subur Farmers Group, Bentok Darat Village, Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency. Evaluation of community service activities is carried out in the form of a questionnaire to see the improvement or addition of knowledge and skills of activity participants (partners), especially knowledge about alternative latex coagulant materials, the benefits of using latex coagulant materials from Bilimbi, and skills in making latex coagulant solutions from Bilimbi. The results of the community service showed that there was an increase in knowledge among counseling participants about the benefits of Bilimbi (40%) and an increase in knowledge among counseling participants about the compounds in Bilimbi (75%). The increase in knowledge of counseling participants about how Bilimbi can be used as a latex coagulant increased by 89.7%, and interest in using Bilimbi solution as a latex coagulant increased by 10% from the initial 89%. For the sustainability of this community service activity, it is recommended that participants in extension activities be able to share the knowledge gained from this extension with group members who did not have the opportunity to attend it so that other farmers also gain knowledge from this training

    Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) di Desa Tegal Jadi dilaksanakan berdasarkan adanya permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Merta Sari. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi yakni pembukuan yang kurang tertata, proses pengemasan produk yang masih sederhana, serta kurangnya pemahaman terkait keberlanjutan usaha. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberdayakan para pelaku UMKM melalui penerapan teknologi dan inovasi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan analisis situasi mitra, identifikasi dan perumusan solusi masalah. Hasil identifikasi masalah menghasilkan tiga permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan usaha mitra yakni dalam bidang manajemen usaha (pembukuan dan pencatatan), bidang produksi (pengemasan produk), dan bidang keberlanjutan usaha (keterbatasan produksi). Perumusan solusi masalah dilakukan berdasarkan hasil identifikasi masalah. Implementasi solusi masalah dengan edukasi dan dukungan teknologi dasar, pelatihan pembukuan dasar dan pengemasan produk, serta monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap kemajuan yang dicapai. Proses evaluasi dilakukan dengan kuesioner sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta melakukan observasi atas realisasi target yang bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pengetahuan mitra tentang pembukuan dasar dan digital meningkat dari 2,8 pada pre-test menjadi 4,2 pada post-test. Terdapat peningkatan rata-rata tingkat kelengkapan catatan transaksi harian dari 40% menjadi 80%. Dalam hal pengemasan produk, ada peningkatan dari 3,6 pada pre-test menjadi 4,8 pada post-test. Lebih dari 75% anggota mitra UMKM mulai menerapkan proses pembukuan dan 90% anggota mitra menerapkan teknologi pengemasan produk yang diperkenalkan. Penerapan teknologi berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas usaha UMKM, serta memberikan dampak sosial yang positif seperti peningkatan keterampilan teknologi di kalangan masyarakat, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui peningkatan daya saing produk. Implementation of Bookkeeping and Packaging Technology Support to Support the Sustainability of Traditional Snack MSMEs, Tegal Jadi Village, Tabanan, Bali Abstract Community Partnership Empowerment in Tegal Jadi Village was carried out based on the problems faced by Merta Sari MSME. The problems faced were poorly organized bookkeeping, a simple product packaging process, and a lack of understanding regarding business sustainability. The main objective of this activity is to empower MSME players through the application of technology and innovation. The methods used include observation and analysis of the partner situation, identification and formulation of problem solutions. The results of problem identification resulted in three problems related to partner business activities, namely in the field of business management (bookkeeping and recording), production (product packaging), and business sustainability (limited production). Problem solutions were formulated based on the results of problem identification. Implementation of problem solutions with education and basic technology support, basic bookkeeping and product packaging training, and monitoring and evaluation of the progress achieved. The evaluation process was carried out with a questionnaire before and after the implementation of the activity, as well as observing the realization of quantitative targets. The results showed that the average score of partners' knowledge of basic and digital bookkeeping increased from 2.8 in the pre-test to 4.2 in the post-test. There was an increase in the average level of completeness of daily transaction records from 40% to 80%. In terms of product packaging, there was an increase from 3.6 in the pre-test to 4.8 in the post-test. More than 75% of the MSME partner members started to apply the bookkeeping process and 90% of the partner members applied the introduced product packaging technology. The application of technology has succeeded in improving the efficiency and quality of MSME businesses, as well as providing positive social impacts such as increased technological skills among the community, and economic empowerment through increased product competitiveness

    Satwa liar didefinisikan sebagai organisme yang berkembang bebas di habitatnya. Permasalahan pada satwa liar di darat dan di laut yaitu hewan laut terdampar. Hewan laut terdampar merujuk pada hewan laut yang ditemukan di darat yang tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk kembali ke laut. Hewan laut yang terdampar sering terlihat di pantai di seluruh dunia dengan alasannya beragam, mulai dari interaksi antropis dan perikanan hingga penyakit, polusi laut, dan bahkan karena terjadinya badai. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah kelompok nelayan KUB Merta Segara Serangan yang berlokasi di Serangan, Denpasar Selatan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan media pelaporan mamalia laut terdampar dan media informasi proses penanganan mamalia laut terdampar tersebut dan kurangnya pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Solusi yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan mitra adalah mengembangkan sistem informasi pelaporan dan penanganan mamalia terdampar yang dapat diakses secara real time kapanpun dan dimanapun, melakukan pelatihan secara langsung dengan uji coba penggunaan aplikasi pelaporan dan penanganan mamalia terdampar untuk nelayan maupun pihak pembuat laporan serta petugas yang akan menangani mamalia terdampar tersebut dan melakukan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan usaha untuk family empowerement. Target yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah sistem informasi pelaporan dan penanganan mamalia terdampar 100% dapat digunakan oleh nelayan, pihak pembuat laporan, petugas yang akan menangani mamalia terdampar tersebut serta masyarakat, terdapat 2 orang nelayan, 2 pembuat laporan dan 2 petugas yang akan menangani mamalia terdampar tersebut dapat menggunakan sistem informasi pelaporan dan penanganan mamalia terdampar serta 1 orang dari masing-masing family empowerment dapat membuat pelaporan keuangan usaha. Development of an Information System for Complaints and Handling of Stranded Mammals and Financial Management Training for Family Empowerment Abstract Wildlife defined as organisms that grow freely in their habitat. Problem faced by wildlife, both living on land and sea, is stranded marine animals. Stranded marine animals refer to marine animals found on land that do not have the ability to return to the sea. Stranded marine animals are often seen on beaches for various reasons, ranging from anthropic interactions and fisheries to disease, marine pollution, and even storms. The partner in this activity is the KUB Merta Segara fishermen group located in Serangan. The problems faced are limited media for reporting stranded marine mammals and information media for the process of handling stranded marine mammals and the lack of knowledge related to business financial management. The solution that can be provided is to develop a stranded mammal reporting and handling information system that can be accessed in real time, training with direct trial on the use of stranded mammal reporting and handling applications for fishermen and those who make reports and officers who will handle stranded mammals and conduct business financial management training for family empowerment. The target from this activity is a reporting information system and handling of stranded mammals 100% can be used by fishermen, report makers, officers who will handle the stranded mammals and the community, there are 2 fishermen, 2 report makers and 2 officers who will handle the stranded mammals can use the reporting information system and handling of stranded mammals and 1 person from each family empowerment can make business financial reports

    Salah satu potensi hasil pertanian lokal di Pulau Lombok adalah kacang komak. Secara ekonomi kacang komak sangat berpotensi sebagai sumber protein nabati. sehingga kacang komak dapat menjadi alternatif substitusi kedelai dalam pembuatan tempe. Namun saat ini, pengolahan  kacang-kacangan menjadi pangan fungsional sebagai sumber protein alternatif dan produk yang   bernilai ekonomi tinggi masih sangat kurang. Permasalahan lainnya yang terjadi di masyarakat (mitra) adalah proses produksi tempe masih tergantung pada pasokan bahan baku kedelai. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra tentang diversifikasi pangan lokal kacang komak sebagai pengganti kedelai, (2) mengembangkan inovasi produk dengan variasi yang berbeda yaitu keripik tempe komak dan (3) meningkatkan keterampilan dalam menggunakan teknologi pembuatan keripik tempe komak, sekaligus peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada sentra industri tempe di lingkungan Abian Kelurahan Pejeruk Ampenan kota Mataram pada bulan Juli-Oktober 2024. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah dan demonstrasi pelatihan pembuatan tempe komak. Berdasarkan hasil pretest sebesar 17% dan postest sebesar 93% diketahui ada peningkatan  pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta terkait pengolahan kacang komak. Selain itu, 90% peserta juga menyampaikan minat untuk mengembangkan produk tempe komak lebih lanjut. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, serta berpotensi mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui usaha berbasis bahan pangan lokal. Development of Food Diversification Through Processing Komak Chips as a Healthy Snack Abstract One of the potential local agricultural products on Lombok Island is komak beans. Economically, komak beans have great potential as a source of vegetable protein. so that komak beans can be an alternative substitute for soybeans in making tempeh. However, currently, the processing of nuts into functional food as an alternative protein source and product with high economic value is still very lacking. Another problem that occurs in the community (partners) is that the tempeh production process still depends on the supply of soybean raw materials. The objectives of this community service activity are: (1) increasing partners' knowledge about local food diversification of komak beans as a substitute for soybeans, (2) developing product innovation with different variations, namely komak tempe chips and (3) increasing skills in using chip making technology tempe komak, as well as improving community welfare. This activity was carried out at the tempe industrial center in the Abian area, Pejeruk Ampenan subdistrict, Mataram city in July-October 2024. The methods used included lectures and Training demonstrattions on making tempe komak. Based on the pretest resultan of 17% and posttest of 93%, it is known that there has Een an increase in participants in participants knowledge and understanding regarding the procssing of komak nuts.     Tujuan dari program ini adalah meningkatkan produktivitas ternak kambing dan domba melalui penerapan teknologi complete feed dengan penambahan feed additive nanopartikel ekstrak meniran (Phyllanthus niruri). Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh peternak di Desa Sepande adalah rendahnya produktivitas ternak akibat pengelolaan pakan yang masih tradisional dan kurangnya pemahaman tentang ransum pakan yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi dengan menggunakan teknologi complete feed berbasis nanopartikel. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan bobot harian ternak kambing dan domba yang lebih spesifik, yaitu dari 0,3 kg/hari menjadi 0,5 kg/hari, yang menunjukkan kenaikan sebesar 66,7%. Evaluasi post-test juga mengungkapkan bahwa 90% peternak menyatakan akan melanjutkan penggunaan teknologi ini. Peningkatan produktivitas ternak berdampak langsung pada peningkatan pendapatan peternak hingga 30%. Program ini berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya SDG 2 (Tanpa Kelaparan) dan SDG 8 (Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi), dengan mendukung ketahanan pangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif di sektor peternakan. Dengan adopsi teknologi ini, peternak mampu meningkatkan pendapatan mereka secara signifikan. Application of Nano Meniran Extract Technology in Feed and Management Practices to Enhance Economic Independence of Goat and Sheep Farmers in Sepande Village, Sidoarjo Abstract The purpose of this program is to increase the productivity of goats and sheep through the application of complete feed technology with the addition of nanoparticle feed additive of meniran extract (Phyllanthus niruri). The main problem faced by farmers in Sepande Village is the low productivity of livestock due to traditional feed management and lack of understanding of the right feed ration. The methods used in this program include counseling, training, and evaluation using nanoparticle-based complete feed technology. The results obtained showed a more specific increase in the daily weight of goats and sheep, from 0.3 kg/day to 0.5 kg/day, which showed an increase of 66.7%. The post-test evaluation also revealed that 90% of farmers stated that they would continue using this technology. The increase in livestock productivity has a direct impact on increasing farmers' income by up to 30%. This program contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 2 (No Hunger) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), by supporting food security and inclusive economic growth in the livestock sector.     Kegiatan usaha pembenihan pada awalnya dilaksanakan sebagai usaha untuk memperkenalkan adanya ikan lele kepada masyarakat dan pembudidaya ikan di Sijunjung dan sekitarnya, yang pada saat itu belum banyak masyarakat membudidayakan ikan lele. Dalam hal ini digunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode deskriptif adalah metode yang memberikan gambaran umum, sistematik, deskriptif, dan nyata. Masalah yang terdapat pada program pembenihan yaitu masalah banyaknya bibit ikan lele yang mati dalam hal yang pertama yaitu ukuran daya tampung kolam terhadap banyaknya jumlah bibit yang akan di masukan, yang kedua, pemberian pakan bibit yang berlebihan yang dapat menyebabkan bibit ikan mati karena pakan yang tersisa yang menyebabkan air kolam menjadi kotor. Dalam mempersiapkan kolam harus memiliki wadah kolam yang dapat mempertahankan kuantitas dan kualitas air media, terbebas dari predator, hama dan penyakit ikan serta mendukung pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan didalam kolam. Pembenihan ikan lele ini ini juga termasuk kegiatan yang sulit dilakukan, tetapi bisa dilakukan ditempat yang sempit atau tempat yang tidak terlalu luas, sehinnga bisa dilakukan di tempat manapun. Analysis of the Role of Catfish Seed Hatchery Bussiness on Community Welfare in Jorong Taratak Baru Nagari Padang Laweh Selatan Abstract The hatchery business activity was initially carried out as an effort to introduce catfish to the community and fish cultivators in Sijunjung and its surroundings, where, at that time, not many people cultivated catfish. In this case, the descriptive method is used with a qualitative approach. Descriptive method is a method that provides an overview, systematic, descriptive, and real. The problem in the hatchery program is the problem of the large number of catfish seeds that die in the first case, namely the size of the pond's capacity for the number of seeds to be input; secondly, excessive feeding of seeds, which can cause fish seeds to die due to the remaining feed. Which causes pool water to become dirty. The initial stage, in this case, starts from the preparation of the pond and the selection of eggs and nursery.
