AICA Congress in Poland in 1960: “International Character of Contemporary Artâ€
No full textThe art historian prof. Irina Genova traces the history of AICA (Association internationale des critiques d’art) and focuses on its congress in Poland (Warsaw and Krakow) in 1960. The carefully chosen topic of the congress, “International Character of Contemporary Artâ€, meant to provide a meeting point for Western European and Eastern European artists and to open the post-Stalinist Eastern art scene to the contemporary tendencies of the abstract painting. The situation was different in the different countries. The research draws a parallel between the quite open Polish scene and the more conservative and closed Bulgarian one and the reception the congress had in those two contexts

Parallel to it is the story of Ada, born in the 1970s Bulgaria. Mainly in the form of monologues, the two women speak on the topic of money, truth, family, and the imprint of history on every person’s life

Time is an ally with the dreams. Events follow, but the time changes the years impartially. Ten years later, Annie’s grandmother and father die in a disaster. She, her mother and her brother also end up in the hospital

No full textThe Article researches the interaction between the jurisdiction and the legislative power in Republic of Bulgaria in 2018. On the basis of investigation of concrete acts of the parliament and decisions of interpreÂtation, issued by the General Assemble of the Civil and the Commercial Colleges the influence of the laws over the decisions of the Supreme Court of Justice and concrete decisions issued by the court are revealed and the influence of concrete cases over the development of law. The two powers of the state are fighting for predominance in particular in the year of 2018 and in parÂticular on the field of the civil and comÂmercial law. In some directions the legisÂlative power is stronger than the court, but in other directions the court predominates the parliament. The interaction ends in the final analysis with the victory of the court when it makes decision by a concrete case

No full textCrimes against marriage and family are a particular group of social relationÂships that the law has defended properly in view of the high public significance and value they enjoy. At the moment they are regulated in Chapter VI, Section I, of the specific part of the Penal Code the RepubÂlic of Bulgaria. The subject matter of this Statement will, however, be the legislaÂtive provisions concerning these criminalÂized acts in retrospect. The purpose of the study is to show by historical method and through the comparatively legal method the development of these criminal groups during the periods of various criminal laws in Bulgaria. This will also provide a basis for reflection on possible de lege ferenda proposals. This report from a structural point of view will be divided into three distinct points, marking each of the penal laws in the Republic of Bulgaria, which were in force before 1968

We know that the city is not only buildings and routes. The soul of the city comes from the crowd who lives in that city. Special attention is paid to the situation at home in the context of European Union countries and in the world. Examples are given from the situation in different European countries. Analysis contains the sharp decisions and requirements of the EU, as well as of the World Health Organization. Data from Bulgarian psychological research are cited, as well as conclusions about the situation by practical psychologists. The optimism for dealing with the situation is also emphasized
