The Social Organism that Lead to "New Generation" Companies
No full textThe text examines the changes brought about by the emergence of social platforms. The idea of the birth of a social organism is discussed as a prerequisite for these changes and new opportunities. In turn this leads to the appearance of "new generation" companies that realize the potential of the times we live. They oppose the generally accepted rules so that they can create their own unique way to prove the power of the environment of which we are all part - both people and companies. New generation companies look beyond their business and create a social organism around their brand with which they can turn their beliefs into reality. They are the revolution people and media are talking about today

No full textAfter a short survey of influences of German architecture on the formation of Bulgarian architectural scene after the Liberation (1878), the paper focuses on the interwar period known for its architectural practices, consisting of two leading architects. The influence of the modernist movements from this period on the classical architecture of the state and public buildings in Bulgaria is traced through the history of Vasilyov-Tsolov Architectural Bureau, its formation and philosophy. The article presents four examples of their significant projects, which are the pinnacle of their careers and largely shape the urban look of Sofia city center, having become its symbols, namely: St. Nedelya Church, Sofia University Library, the National Library, and Bulgarian National Bank
Human rights in the fight against terrorism: Sanctions regimes of the United Nations Security Council
No full textIn the last decade, the growing numÂber of acts of terrorism that threaten world peace and security, as well as the fundaÂmental values in every democratic socieÂty, in particular respect for fundamental human rights, have called for more active action by the international community in the struggle with terrorism. In this regard, the United Nations Security Council adopted a number of resolutions establishÂing sanctions regimes against the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (IDES), Al-QaiÂda and the Taliban, and other individuals, groups, and related entities and suspected terrorist suspects. Despite the social purÂpose of these regimes, they created seÂrious preconditions for violations of the human rights of the affected subjects, in particular the right to a fair trial, the right to an effective remedy, the right to propÂerty, the right of the persons concerned to be informed of the charges against them, the right to be heard and other procedurÂal rights. This circumstance calls for reÂforms to be made to the arrangements in place to ensure fundamental human rights in the fight against terrorism

The detailed analysis of the curriculum, the recommended literature and the teaching methods will outline the common pedagogical practices there. Furthermore, it will define the didactic, pedagogical and psychological aspects of the curriculum which aim to develop the emotional sensibility and music aesthetics of the students. The focus of the education in Austrian music schools is on establishing a long-term relationship with the instrument and developing musical creativity. The report presents a comparison between the pedagogical methods in Austria and Bulgaria, and presents its conclusions from the presented arguments and theses. Finally, it draws a parallel between the guitar music education of pupils in both countries
