New Education Perspectives - How to Profile Experts for a Digital Economy Era
Nowadays, modern business includes acquisition and storing enormous data volumes, larger than ever before. Such data represent a significant value that an organization or a society can utilize to reach created goals and provide sustainable development. Unfortunately, a daily practice still intensively points out to the problem of a serious gap between the identified needs for knowledge, on one hand, and inability of the disciplines of Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence (CS & SE & AI, for short), combined with the modern software technologies, to address such needs in an effective way, on the other hand. One of the important causes of such phenomenon is in a lack of strongly educated and interdisciplinary oriented experts showing an appropriate level of knowledge both in CS & SE & AI, as well as in the disciplines of Management and Economics, for a specific problem domain. In this presentation, we will address issues on how to come to more flexible and interdisciplinary oriented study models capable of producing various forms of digital managers, as a new profile of experts, ready to cope with digital economy and digital transformation in a modern society. Massive deployment of such experts is a way to significantly raise the level of organization maturity regarding capabilities for: information management, quality management, business processes, and big data analytics.Keynote Talk at KES Smart Digital Futures 2024, available at:

Evolutionary paths in human-centered digital marketing: insights and applications
In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, digital marketing is pivotal for business growth, especially
for large enterprises. Recognizing the significance of human factors in digital strategies, there's a growing
inclination towards human-centered approaches. This trend is reflected in the development of products
customized to human needs, indicative of broader innovations in the digital realm. Through hybridbibliographical research, this study aims to elucidate insights into human-centered digital marketing, thereby
enhancing comprehension of its implications on contemporary issues and laying the groundwork for future
research endeavors in the fiel

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS IN MANUFACTURING: A COMPREHENSIVE LITERATURE REVIEW
Digitalization presents a revolution in the manufacturing sector that refers to the transition from traditional to digital technologies forming an integral part of Industry 4.0. The purpose of the article is to present the relevant literature dealing with Digital Key Performance Indicators and Digital Transformation Key Performance Indicators and their application in the manufacturing industry. The aim of the article is to improve the comprehension of digitalization in production processes and their optimization, where these key performance indicators are of high importance. The intention of the article is to highlight the importance of the application of digitalization in manufacturing companies, identifying key challenges, by presenting the results of the literature review using the bibliographic databases Scopus and Web of Science. The results presented in this article can help manufacturing companies improve the planning of their resources and direct them towards digital transformation, tending to gain a competitive advantage in the market
Unlocking the wheels of change: Perceptions and participation of Serbian Gen Z in ride-sharing
As global urban mobility undergoes significant transformations, a profound understanding of the attitudes and behavioural inclinations of the youngest demographic cohort toward shared transportation has become paramount. The complexities surrounding the motives driving participation in ride-sharing services have posed a formidable challenge to researchers, yielding a corpus of literature marked by heterogeneous and inconclusive findings. Consequently, a notable scholarly imperative exists to determine the underlying factors shaping engagement in ride-sharing, particularly among the Generation Z population.
In this study, we explored the behaviour of Gen Z in a developing country, the Republic of Serbia, concerning their proclivity towards shared transportation modalities, with a focus on ride-sharing services. Central to this investigation is the delineation of socio-demographic factors that exert discernible influences upon Generation Z's decision-making processes regarding adopting or abstaining from shared transportation practices, alongside a nuanced exploration of their cognitive schema and perceptual frameworks pertinent to the shared mobility paradigm. To answer the questions raised, a survey was devised and administered among students at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Belgrade, Serbia
Hybrid multi-criteria decision-making method with a bipolar fuzzy approach and its applications to economic condition analysis
The bipolar fuzzy set and interval-valued bipolar fuzzy set efficiently analyse real-world problems where for each input of an object, there has counter information. This study’s main objective is to lay a foundation for considering a new approach to the bipolar fuzzy hybrid operators tool applied in a realistic frame that contains uncertainties. In this view, some mixed aggregation operators, namely, the hybrid bipolar fuzzy weighted averaging geometric (H-BFWAG), hybrid bipolar fuzzy order weighted averaging geometric (H-BFOWAG), hybrid interval-valued bipolar fuzzy weighted averaging geometric (H-IVBFWAG), and hybrid interval-valued bipolar fuzzy order weighted averaging geometric (H-IVBFOWAG) operators are generated in bipolar fuzzy environment. A decision making approach is developed to build the multi-criteria decision making model. A numerical example is considered to study the different effects on various Indian economic sectors in the COVID-19 environment. Managerial implications are highlighted in between many industrial sectors on which the Indian economy depends and the country’s gross domestic product depends on their inter-relationship. This study investigates COVID-19’s impact on society and the economy in the Indian context. A comparative investigation is introduced with some pre-existing operators and the TOPSIS (technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution) approach to justify the proposed method
Primena klasterovanja na rad studentske organizacije
This study aims to explore the relevant factors in the operation of a student organization using the non-hierarchical clustering method. The study involved 32 students who were grouped into four groups based on task performance. The results show that cluster analysis can effectively identify groups with different levels of motivation and performance. Additionally, it can be observed that different approaches to work are present in various offices. This study highlights the importance of motivation, communication strategies, and time management in the work of student organizations. It is recommended that future research includes comparative studies of different regions and the long-term effects of participation in extracurricular activities

Assessing the adoption and utilization of blockchain technology among software developers
This paper aims to assess factors affecting the adoption and utilization of
blockchain technology among developers, extending and adapting the traditional
Technology Acceptance Model. Blockchain technology has become increasingly popular in the last years, with the number of journal articles and posts on social media increasing, and many conferences being organized for sharing knowledge about blockchain, to the point where even news has started reporting about events in the blockchain world. But still, there remains the noticeable lag in the growth of blockchain developers relative to the technology’s recognition. The adapted Technology Acceptance Model is used to determine how much factors such as perceived usefulness, social influence and personal engagement affect the intention of IT professionals to use blockchain-based applications and finally to use blockchain for development (or to develop it). This research dissects behavioral intention and usage behavior into two distinct domains: application use and development engagement, providing a nuanced understanding of developer interactions with blockchain. Results suggest that social influence positively affects both personal engagement and interest in blockchain technology and perceived usefulness. Additionally, while perceived usefulness and personal engagement strongly motivate the use of blockchain-based application, they also have, but lesser impact on intention to use blockchain in development. The interest in using blockchain applications greatly influences the intention to develop blockchain technology
Development Of A Dapp For An Educational Institution Bookstore
