Católica Talks: responsabilidade
No full textThe Católica Talks are simultaneously part of the Scientific Debate Forum, one of the modules of the academic part of the doctoral program, whose objective is precisely to foster the exchange of ideas and points of view on complex and undeniably relevant problems. In September 2018, it was decided to subordinate the Talks of the school year that was then beginning to a thematic unit, with Responsibility as a common motto. The purpose was, specifically, to discuss this central theme of Law in the light of the different areas of legal knowledge, namely the Philosophy of Law, Public Law, Criminal Law and Civil Law. The book that is now being published compiles most of the speeches made.As Católica Talks integram-se simultaneamente no Fórum de Debate Científico, um dos módulos da parte escolar do programa de doutoramento, cujo objetivo é justamente fomentar a troca de ideias e pontos de vista sobre problemas complexos e de inegável relevância. Em setembro de 2018, decidiu-se subordinar as Talks do ano letivo que então se iniciava a uma unidade temática, tendo a Responsabilidade como mote comum. O propósito foi, concretamente, discutir este tema central do Direito à luz das diferentes áreas do saber jurídico, nomeadamente a Filosofia do Direito, o Direito Público, o Direito Penal e o Direito Civil. O livro que agora se publica compila a generalidade das intervenções proferidas

The first part brings together texts that give an account of the reception of the paradigm of human motricity, in a wide network that is distributed throughout the Latin‑American space. The second part brings together the texts resulting from the first Manuel Sérgio Seminar, held between November 7 and December 5, 2019. This modular seminar – in this first edition dedicated to the theme Cinema and Sports Cultures – presents‑itself as a decisive instrument for the mission of the Chair, with regard to its training objectives and its responsibility in the dissemination of knowledge.Dois itinerários distintos, mas articulados a partir de uma inspiração comum – o pensamento de Manuel Sérgio relativamente à condição motriz da experiência humana, com uma particular atenção às culturas desportivas. A primeira parte reúne textos que dão conta da receção do paradigma da motricidade humana, numa ampla rede que se distribui pelo espaço latino‑americano. A segunda parte, reúne os textos resultantes do primeiro Seminário Manuel Sérgio, realizado entre 7 de novembro e 5 de dezembro, de 2019. Get PDFFor decades it was usual to understand Edmund Husserl\u27s phenomenology as a philosophy of subjectivity and solipsistic consciousness. From this perspective, phenomenology had to be approached in the continuity of the idealistic philosophies of modernity, particularly those of Descartes and Kant. For more than a quarter of a century the situation has changed. Taking into account the texts published in Husserlian, it is not possible to ignore the fact that phenomenology, rather than being concerned with problems of knowledge, of logic, or of the philosophy of mathematics, aims at an integral understanding of the man who knows, the values by which he is guided, the culture he makes, and the meaning he attributes to his own life. It is within the framework of this turn in the understanding of the aims of the phenomenological project that a series of investigations on human nature are carried out in this work.Durante dezenas de anos foi habitual encarar-se a fenomenologia de Edmund Husserl como uma filosofia da subjetividade e da consciência solipsista. Nesta perspetiva, a fenomenologia deveria ser abordada na continuidade das filosofias idealistas da modernidade, em particular as de Descartes e Kant. Há mais de um quarto de século que a situação se alterou. Tendo em conta os textos publicados na Husserliana, não é possível ignorar que a fenomenologia, mais do que preocupada com problemas do conhecimento, de lógica ou de filosofia da matemática, visa uma compreensão integral do homem que conhece, dos valores pelos quais se guia, da cultura que faz e do sentido que atribui à sua própria vida. É no quadro desta viragem na compreensão dos objetivos do projeto fenomenológico que são levadas a cabo, nesta obra, uma série de investigações sobre a natureza humana
