    Development of Web Interface for Efficient Management of Electronic Documents

    application/pdfThe change from print to electronic media enabled facile management of huge quantities of information, but the approach of information management has not been enough. This paper develops web interface for the system the authors have previously developed, which is capable to be easily operated for efficient management of electronic documents. The developed system simulates the condition of which all members of organization share document management by storing all electronic documents in one central integrated database. The proposed web interface provides tagging function with many different types for a part of an electronic document in the database. Besides, a mechanism to make possible to check, add, edit, and remove keywords in the dictionary for morphological analysis from user-side via web system was developed to improve the accuracy of tagging. The proposed system uses the original dictionary data constructed through the interaction between users and the system for not only accuracy improvement of tagging, but also efficient management of electronic documents.     A study on an improvement of communication efficiency in a large-scale data acquisition system

    application/pdfA data acquisition, DAQ, system with using the Internet technology is used in many fields these days. But the Internet is a general purpose technology and suitable to transfer data randomly. Moreover, as a lot of clients and servers are connected into the Internet, the network topology of it is N to M, i.e., the N source computers are connected into the M destination ones. On the other hand, the topology of DAQ systems is based on N to 1, because a measurement is performed with using several detectors and their data have to be sent to one destination computer to analyze them. The Internet technology is not efficient for transferring in N to 1, and such traffic occurs congestion in the network.     application/pdfExperimental study on the exposed column-base with the horizontal displacement constraint plate subjected to tensile axial force of the brace member was carried out to make resistant stress of each anchor-bolt clear and to examine the design method of the constraint plate. The function of the constraint plate can realize the resistant mechanism that existing anchor-bolts resist the vertical force and hole-in anchor-bolts resist the horizontal force.     application/pdfIn a spherical reflector antenna consisting of a main reflector with spherical surface, a sub-reflector with non-quadric surface to correct spherical aberrations and the primary feed horn, the amplitude distribution in the main reflector is inverse tapered and good radiation characteristics cannot be obtained. In order to control the amplitude distribution two reflectors, namely a shaping sub-reflector and a shaping additional reflector between the main reflector and the primary feed horn are necessary, we reported the reflector shaping method.     Study on Ultrasonic Vibration Rings with Piezoelectric Elements Embedded Inside (2) : Excitation of in-plane/out-of-plane flexural vibration using the piezoelectric elements for longitudinal vibration

The system composed of four pairs of piezoelectric elements for torsional vibration embedded in four arcuate metal blocks has designed via finite element analysis to operate with the out-of-plane vibration mode and its traveling wave. This paper presents the method to excite in-plane/out-of-plane flexural vibration mode in an annular vibration system using the piezoelectric elements for longitudinal vibration. The characteristic of Twitter has been expected to be effective for the usage at the time of disaster. However in Twitter, there have been various kinds of information and also the volume is extremely huge, so it has been difficult to utilize Twitter for the purpose of emergency response as long as Tweets are not classified depending on these contents. Therefore before we discuss about the possibility of Twitter for the network infrastructure in emergency situation, we need to show what type of Tweets distribute in Twitter and what purposes do the users use Twitter. This paper analyzes the changes of users activities under emergency situation by using the data around the Great East Japan Earthquake distributed in Twitter.
