Because a typical electric inspection is carried out every wiring pattern on a printed circuit board, the optimization of the inspection order draws attention for the improvement of production efficiency. The Auchinleck Manuscript and the Crusades
Get PDFapplication/pdfMy impression of the forty-four works included in the Auchinleck manuscript is that the medieval period was the period of the Crusades in the literal sense of the word. So I searched the manuscript for the keyword “Saracen,” spelled Sar(r)asin, Sar(r)azin, or Sar(r)aʒ in, and found it in fourteen works. This figure is significant because in this manuscript seventeen items out of forty-four are religious texts. Next, in each item I inspected the context in which the Crusades are referred to. Finally, Turville-Petre's opinion, expressed in his England the Nation: Language, Literature, and National identity 1290-1340 (1996), that this manuscript was ordered by the Beauchaump family is presented in a favorable light.departmental bulletin pape
Study on non-compression braced frame with horizontal displacement constraint column base
Get PDFapplication/pdfNon-compression braces show excellent capability of no buckling and no slip behavior. The braces can be applied to seismic rehabilitation of low-rise steel structures. The looseness due to plastic elongation of the anchor-bolts caused by brace axial forces and column bending moment need be diminished to keep stiffness of the braces. A Novel Approach of Image Enhancement using Steganographic Data Embedding and JPEG Scheme
Get PDFapplication/pdfWe propose a new image enhancement method for JPEG images on the Internet that a sender who has high resolution images embeds enhancement codes for representing high frequency DCT coefficients into low frequency DCT coefficients, and receivers recover either low resolution JPEG coded images by using conventional JPEG decoder or high resolution images by using code extraction from low frequency DCT coefficients. This image transmission method can be thought as so called steganographic communication in case that these enhancement codes are kept secret. In order to implement the steganographic image communication, after the DCT size is extended from 8×8 to 16 × 16, SNRs are measured for images not only with setting all high frequency coefficients greater than 8×8 size to zeros, then processing IDCT of 16×16 size, but also with processing IDCT of 8×8 size. A scanning method for high frequency DCT coefficients is also proposed. The simulation experiments show the amount of enhancement codes for recovering quantized high frequency DCT coefficients and SNRs without embedding enhancement codes into low frequency DCT coefficients.departmental bulletin pape

It is a result of this research as a result of this research that the flat ground of the southern part of old Saeki-ward has a near distance with institutions, and the distance with institutions has a far distance from the elderly ratio in old Saeki-ward and distribution of institutions at the northern part of old Saeki-ward. However, in the elderly ratio, the area where the bottom of a right shoulder serves as is an area where a service level is the highest soon at the institution which we investigated.
It turned out that the area where the elderly ratio has fallen in this research is being concerned too as greatly a service level is high and as the numerical value of aging.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdfThe Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering, Hiroshima Institute of Technology (EC-HIT) started the international joint research with the Laboratory “Physical Problems of Electron Beam technologies” of the Institute of Electronics, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IE-BAS) from 1994. 20 papers, included a book chapter, were published by implementing the international joint research under 5 Agreements for Academic Cooperation and Exchange between HIT and IEBAS. Our international joint research is getting the important position in joint research between Japan and Bulgaria.
(The first Agreement for Academic Cooperation and Exchange between the Hiroshima Institute of Technology and the Institute of Electronics of the Bulgarian Academy of Science was signed in 1998. The President of HIT and the President of the BAS and the Director of IE-BAS signed the 4th
Agreement in May 2009 and the 5th Agreement was signed in 2012.)
The semiconductor fabrication process such as thin film deposition, Electron and Ion Lithography, Etching, Ion implantation, Plasma treatment, etc., evaluation technique such as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, optical spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, etc., and their simulation technology were used for application in industry, medical service, medicine manufacture, biotechnology, dental, etc.

In this paper, we introduce the new multistage iagonal brace which used short lumbers, and the quantity of the concrete which used the tile as aggregate, and using these, repair and retrofitting of an old wooden house build about 100 years ago, located in the southern slope of Senko-ji, was examined.
