会話分析による若手教師支援の再考─ケース会議における対話構造と機能の分析─
Get PDFThis study investigates a support meeting for a young teacher struggling with classroom management, with particular attention to moments in which consensus on support strategies could not be achieved. The focal case is a 38-minute audio recording of a case conference at Public Q Elementary School, addressing the behavior of a fifth-grade male student. The meeting involved seven participants, including administrative staff.
The analysis addressed two research questions: (1) the interactional structure of discussions in which opinions were exchanged without arriving at a shared strategy, and (2) the perspectives and assertions of inexperienced and experienced teachers during the deliberation process. Analysis proceeded in two stages: first, a sequential examination of the transcript to identify recurring interaction patterns; and second, a content analysis to illuminate the nature of participants’ assertions.
The sequential analysis revealed a recurring S-(EX-RJ / RJ-EX)-(EV-S) cycle:colleagues offered suggestions (S), the young teacher responded with explanations of his stance (EX) and often rejections (RJ), colleagues reassessed and evaluated the situation (EV), and new suggestions followed. This pattern contributed to the absence of consensus.
The content analysis further indicated that the young teacher’ s rejections stemmed from discrepancies between his classroom management philosophy and educational beliefs and those held by experienced colleagues, underscoring how divergent role conceptions underpinned the stalled agreement.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF【抄録】清詩は同時代の文学として江戸時代から日本に伝わり、日本の詩壇に深い影響を与えた。洋学が大々的に流入し、西洋化と近代化が積極的に求められていた明治時代においても、「清詩流行」があってまたこれが漢学の「隆盛」をもたらした。今日に至るまで、王漁洋の「神韻説」を中心とする清詩研究は長く続けられており、日本における「漢学」の重要な構成部分となっている。江戸時代より現代に至る日本における王漁洋及び清詩研究の整理、総括は、その研究水準のさらなる向上に役立つものと考えられる。departmental bulletin pape
