Working report of experiment lesson "practice Ⅲ"
application/pdfThis report is described in experiment lesson “practice III” at fiscal year 2015. The aim of this lesson is friendship between students and acquisition of logical thinking. I made students debate about a logic tree made by student. Friendship is very important, but in our university, students communicate only in same group and have no interest in a student of other groups. As the result, difficulty has formed in group work. Logical thinking is very important for student. Because it is difficult to get logical thinking in lecture of many students, it is important to teach local thinking in seminal.
The opinion of the enrolling teacher was good reputation in general. A progress of the lecture is easier than usual one by teachers who understand the aim of the lecture. I felt that the importance of friendship and acquisition of logical thinking was shared by enrolled teachers

Teaching English as a foreign language in elementary school should therefore be conducted according to this ability of children to acquire the English language’s sound system. To obtain enough sound input, teachers should focus on meaningful input in their classes. Before considering the details for lesson plans for elementary school students, teachers need to know how language is acquired and used.

From the Practice of Educational Consultations at the Kindergartens -What kind of things should the instructor tell students?-
application/pdfThe purpose of this article is 1) to summarize the points which the teacher should keep in mind when he/she replies to the educational consultations, and 2) to make clear what should be taught to students in the course of Educational Consultation. In the practice of the educational consultation at the kindergartens, the teachers use the consultation techniques and knowledge which be learned from the cases. Therefore, in the course, I summarized the points which should have been kept in mind so that it made easy to understand the actual responses for students. I planned the course centering on the consultation techniques and the actual responses. In this research note, first, I summarize the consultation techniques which enable to adopt the various response depending on the clients’ situation. Next, I summarize the points, which should be kept in mind, from the actual consultation cases which often seen in kindergartens. And I find that 1) keeping in mind to sympathize with clients, and 2) cooperating with other stuffs depends on the contests or progress are common to all cases
A Preliminary Study of “Cooperation” in “the school as a Team”
application/pdf“The school as a team” has now become a major school educational policy in Japan. Its social background is as follows: changes in the family and community in Japan, the collapse of class-room discipline, bullying in schools and the refusal of students to go to school, the choice of schools, team teaching (T.T.), special needs education, ICT, retirement of a large number of teachers, and so on. The report of the Central Education Council in 2015 tried to address these problems with an idea of “the school as a team.” This puts an emphasis on the relationship between the staff members in schools as well as the relationship between schools and communities. The former signifies cooperation between the principal, middle managers, teachers, and specialists. The latter signifies cooperation between schools and families, the community and the related agencies such as police departments, fire departments, public health centers, consultation offices for children and so on. The report limits its sphere, as far as cooperation is concerned. Many specialists in management or educational management in Japan have discussed its meanings and constituents. Henceforth there is a need to discuss the theory of cooperation further
