    A Study on the Followership of Athletic Team of University

    application/pdfRecently, the followership is watched with interest. The followership is still low among people compared to the leadership. However, as is clear from the prior research, it is clear that the followership is very important factor to achieve the goal of team. The purpose of study is to search for factors that may influence to show the followership. The major results were as follows: (1)As a result of having classified characteristics players belong to handball associations of zone Cyugoku and Shikoku it in a type the follower, middle follower was most popular. The second most common was the best of follower. Over again, classified teams a high score of followership, as a result of discussion of a rate of type the follower in the team, the best of follower was most popular. (2)As a result of examination about the relation between followership and player morale, there is a correlation between followership and player morale. (3)As a result of examination about the relation between all factor the followership and player morale, there is a correlation between all factor the followership and a sports, human relations, management solution in the team. From these results, it is clear that to increase player morale is important for to show the followership. Specially, factor of player morale a sports, human relations, management solution in the team are very important for to show the followership

    application/pdfThe aim of this paper is to grade in “Introduction of Information Science” by using mini report and to estimate the effect of mini report. In the mini report, the evaluation standard is made from 4 items, Validity, Materiality, Originality and Interpretability. For students, it is not very fascinating to take a note of the contents of blackboard and understand that. Most students do nothing but copy the contents on the blackboard and the notebook is just checked before a test. Therefore, I think that our students are made to review the lecture by using mini report. As a result, mini report is almost used as a substitute of a notebook. It is not possible to achieve the goal to make the students review a lecture. But, I think that it becomes easy to grasp the attitude of students by mini report

The university concluded agreements on academic exchanges and cooperation with hristchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology, Christchurch, New Zealand in 2006, and with University of Hawaii, Maui College, Hawaii, America in 2012. Since 2008, overseas programs for the purpose of English study, cultural exchange, and international understanding have carried out at these partner institutions.     application/pdfThe teachers of young children are required to develop teaching techniques for formative expressions for their daily work, which means they have to acquire skills for various kinds of formative expressions in their qualitative teaching ability. For this purpose, it is very im portant for junior college teachers to devise practical methods to enable their students to ac quire those techniques in a short term. In this report, an experimental lesson is done based on the students’ respective experiences in the field of formative production in which a beetle made of clay is produced as a practice ex ample by each student. I introduce some materials and practical examples targeted for “the development of their powers of observation” and “the acquisition of their stereognostic sense”. I also consider the whole process of the experiment; what objectives are presented in each stage for their production and how the students have come to acquire multifaceted viewpoints in material development

    application/pdfThe Japanese word Kyōdo (which can be roughly translated as local in English) is a term that was coined in conjunction with the creation of the modern nation-state. Combined with the Japanese word kyoiku (meaning education) we come up with the expression that can be translated as local education. There is a reason why this term is used, and it has to do with the background of the historical era in which it was created. This research introduces Kyōdo kyoiku (or local education) as it has been carried out in Kagawa Prefecture and surveys history while associating topography compilation in early-modern times and modern education focused on local such as furusato gakushu (meaning hometown learning). In addition to that, this paper attempts to clarify the historical meaning and future issues of Kyōdo kyoiku

    A Study on Sustainability of Community Engagement and the SME Owner-manager’s Motivation: Focusing on Psychological Reward Received as Consequences of Community Engagement

    application/pdfThis study clarifies the conditions and the mechanism of sustainability of community engagement by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) from the viewpoint of the owner-manager’s motivation. Specifically, the study investigates how the psychological reward the SME owner-managers received as consequences of their community en gagement contributes sustainability of their motivation by analyzing a case study of Mr. Katsumi Takada, the owner-manager of Osaka Kosakusho Co., Ltd., who cooperates with the dual system at Osaka Prefectural Fusekita High School. The results of the study revealed the function of psychological reward, the conditions enabling the own er-manager to recognize the consequences obtained from his engagement as psycholog ical reward, and the mechanism of how the reward enables him to acquire and retain psychological utility supporting the sustainability of his motivation
