This poem was composed by Sinpei Nakayama. It was composed by Kosaku Yamada, too. Here, I would compare on compositiones of Simpei Nakayama and Kosaku Yamada. Peoples in every country will appraciate their rhymes referring to the beautiful heart of Japan
A study on students' satisfaction with campus life in educational psychology － Are university students satisfied with campus life? －
Get PDFapplication/pdfThe purpose of this study was to explore how much university students were satisfied with campus life from the viewpoint of educational psychology. A total of 126 undergraduate students of both a national university and a private university in Japan took part in this survey by completing a questionnaire. Most of the respondents have been university students for at least one year. The results are as follows : (1) 40% of the students were not satisfied with campus life very much. (2) The main factors of satisfaction were listed as "class content", "the value of being the university students" and "the university environments". (3) The most important factor related to satisfaction was "class content". (4) Most students requested that the university make classes easier. Finally, further directions for research in this area were discussed

A Contribution to the Faculty Development
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis report integrates our research findings which, we hope, should be regarded as an upgraded approach to the so-called faculty development. More than three times the regular class hours have been spent by six teachers on the preparation, organization and management of this combined seminar class. The aims of this class are, as the syllabus says, 1. to improve the reading and writing ability of the students 2. to improve the presentation skills of the students 3. to have the students take more interests in business administration. And now, after one year's time, we are pleased to make an announcement with pride that our students have made great progress in the above-mentioned abilities and skills, which helped us to make a unique and outstanding contribution to the "faculty development."

I introduce proceeding to scrap left motorcars according to two by-laws and recycle system according to Act. In addition explanation I give my some opinion (with regard to obligation of users, charging recycle cost, watching and prevention intentional leaving cars)

Get PDFapplication/pdfThis paper is a record of a class entitled 'The Contents of Childcare-Language, " done as a part of a Series of classes open for observation by the outside instructors as conducted by the Department of Early Childhood Care and Education faculty. This research was sponsored by special funds for promoting higher education, and support funds for improving educational and learning methods for the 2004 fiscal year. This series started in the previous year when regular instructors in the Department of Early Childhood Care and Education began taking turns teaching open classes. Instructors from other departments, as well as faculty members from Takamatsu University, were invited to join this open class. I contend that this made the class more significant, due to the active discussion and constructive opinions on teaching methodology offered in the meeting reviewing the class. It also helped solidify bonds between faculty members

In the ESL and EFL classrooms, teachers try to simulate social activities in order to teach the target language. There are various problems with this when one considers factors like the ratio of students to instructors, as well as the limits of textbooks. This paper outlines the results of two studies conducted at a Japanese senior high school and a Japanese university・ where magazine advertisements were used as a medium to promote socially based learning. These studies were used by the authors to analyze and understand the concepts behind why students will be able to learn their target language while also learning an authentic social context in which that language is used

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has now become one of the most important concepts to the sustainable development of the business activity and the society. My research about CSR was to clarify how CSR is practiced in business activities of Japanese companies. As the results of my research, I found four important facts. First, many Japanese companies have strong interest in CSR, but they began to getting down to it. Second, as for interpretation of CSR, there are many differences among Japanese companies. Third, the front runners of Japanese companies are practicing CSR like that they combine the corporate philosophy with CSR, top managers and employees share it, and then they practice it at all levels of the company. Fourth, better practitioners of CSR, including Japanese companies have sound corporate governance system
