Implementierung von agiler Führung in multinationalen Konzernen: Empirische Erkenntnisse aus der Halbleiterbranche
Die vorliegende Untersuchung generiert empirische Erkenntnisse und Implikationen für die Praxis hinsichtlich des Einführungsprozesses von agiler Führung in multinationalen Konzernen. Unsere Untersuchung zeigt, dass die beiden Dimensionen „Kultur“ und „Führung“ des Trafo-Models von Häusling und Fischer bei der Advantest Europe GmbH im Jahr 2017 essentiell waren, um den Einführungsprozess von agiler Führung zu beschleunigen. In der Dimension „Kultur“ war die wichtigste Erkenntnis, dass Agilität mehr umfasst als agile Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban. In der Dimension „Führung“ zeigen unsere Ergebnisse unter anderem, dass ein fehlendes gemeinsames Verständnis von agiler Führung und Rollenkonflikte der Führungskräfte die Implementierung von agiler Führung erschweren. Unsere Untersuchung beinhaltet zahlreiche Implikationen für die Einführung von agiler Führung in der Praxis, wie etwa die Entwicklung eines einheitlichen Verständnisses agiler Führung und den Aufbau klarer Delegationsmechanismen
Cold Plasma Treatment in Wet Chemical Textile Processing
Nowadays, cold plasma technology is highly involved in textile processing either to assist conventional wet-chemical processing and/or create innovative products. Plasma surface treatment is an ergonomically simple process, but the plasma process and its effect on the fibre surface are more complex due to the interplay of many concurrent processes at a time. The efficiency of plasma treatment mainly depends on the nature of textile material and the treatment operating parameters. The main objective of this review paper is to summarise and discuss the application of plasma treatment and its effect on the pre-treatment, dyeing, printing and finishing of natural and synthetic textile fibres. However, the application of plasma technology to different types of textile substrates has not been fully addressed
Erklärvideos und Digital Storytelling in der Ernährungsbildung an Hochschulen: Überblick und Erfahrungen
Erklärvideos (EV) heute ersetzen vielfach direkte Lehre und Lehrfilme, um komplexe Informationen zu präsentieren. Digital Stories (DS) und EV lassen sich aktiv-produzierend zur Auseinandersetzung mit Inhalten in Lernsituationen einsetzen. Ziel war es, das Potenzial zum subjektorientieren Lernen auf der Grundlage von EV und DS im Hochschuldidaktischen Umfeld zu explorieren und mit dem Stand der Forschung in der Domäne Ernährungs- und Verbraucherbildung zu verknüpfen
Plant variety and soil type influence Escherichia coli O104:H4 strain C227/11ϕcu adherence to and internalization into the roots of lettuce plants
Human disease outbreaks caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli are increasingly associated with the consumption of contaminated fresh produce. Internalization of enteroaggregative/enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EAEC/EHEC) strains into plant tissues may present a serious threat to public health. In the current study, the ability of the fluorescing Shiga toxin-negative E. coli O104:H4 strain C227/11ϕcu/pKEC2 to adhere to and to internalize into the roots of Lactuca sativa and Valerianella locusta grown in diluvial sand (DS) and alluvial loam (AL) was investigated. In parallel, the soil microbiota was analyzed by partial 16S rRNA gene sequencing. The experiments were performed in a safety level 3 greenhouse to simulate agricultural practice. The adherence of C227/11ϕcu/pKEC2 to the roots of both plant varieties was increased by at least a factor three after incubation in DS compared to AL. Compared to V. locusta, internalization into the roots of L. sativa was increased 12-fold in DS and 108-fold in AL. This demonstrates that the plant variety had an impact on the internalization ability, whereas for a given plant variety the soil type also affected bacterial internalization. In addition, microbiota analysis detected the inoculated strain and showed large differences in the bacterial composition between the soil types

Rapeseed proteins for technical applications: Processing, isolation, modification and functional properties – A review
Plant proteins offer an interesting resource for the growing bio-economy of the 21st century, as they present a renewable resource with a variety of functional properties, such as foaming, emulsification and film-forming. Rapeseed proteins can be isolated as high-value components from residual materials of oilseed processing. Feed and food use, though currently being the primary area of research, is limited due to residual anti-nutritive components. Thus, the application of rapeseed protein preparations in the technical (non-food) industry, as alternatives to petro-based chemicals, is of great interest. The present review gives an overview of rapeseed processing with an emphasis on alternative defatting methods. Protein extraction and isolation studies are compared with a focus on raw material properties, processes, and the resulting protein yields. Functional properties and methods for their modification are discussed. Finally, examples for the application of rapeseed proteins in the technical industry are presented
