A Longitudinal Study on the Growth Evaluation Using Abdominal Skinfold Thickness and Obesity Index in Preschool Children
Get PDFapplication/pdfJournal Article研究の目的は身長、体重、臍部皮脂厚の縦断的計測を行い、発育の概観を考察することである。対象は幼児756 人（男児405 人、女児351 人）を3 年間継続して計測した。臍部皮脂厚は3 歳児（年少）から加齢により増加した。臍部皮脂厚と肥満度をクロス評価した結果、3 歳児（年少）男児2 人女児4 人、4 歳児（年中）男児7 人女児6 人、5 歳児（年長）男児18 人女児20 人が肥満傾向だった。4 歳児から5 歳児にかけての1 年間で太っている子どもが急増した。肥満度判定だけでは、太っている子どもが見逃される可能性があった。The purpose of this study was to give an overview of physical development of children by continuously measuring the height, weight, and abdominal skinfold thickness. Measurements were taken from 756 infants including 405 boys and 351 girls for three consecutive years. Abdominal skinfold thickness increased with age from the age of 3. The result of the cross tabulation performed on abdominal skinfold thickness and the obesity index showed that 2 boys and 4 girls among 3-year-olds, 7 boys and 6 girls among 4-year-olds, and 18 boys and 20 girls among 5-year-olds were overweight tendency. The number of obese children has dramatically increased within a year between the age of 4 to 5. Examining the obesity index only could have resulted in a possibility of overlooking obese children.journal articl

The Writing Style and Notations in Mujong (無情)
Get PDFapplication/pdfJournal Article金栄敏は、『韓国近代小史』（一九九七）と『韓国近代小説の形成過程』（二〇〇五）で、李光洙が『無情』を最初に国漢混用文で書いてから連載直前になって純ハングル文に変えたと推論した。本稿は金栄敏のこの推論を出発点としている。第１章で、金栄敏のこの推論を詳しく検討して、当時の韓国社会に存在していた表記の二重状況について考察する。第２章では、李光洙が意識的にハングル表記を用いるようになったのは、上海亡命から帰国して短編「嘉実」を書いたときからであったという事実を、あらたに発見した資料によって示す。それでは李光洙が『無情』を国漢文で書いた原稿をハングル表記に直したのは誰なのか。本稿では、当時『毎日申報』の編集局長格だった中村健太郎ではないかと推論する。第３章では、『無情』に至るまでの李光洙の文体の変遷をたどる。李光洙は一九〇八年に初めて翻訳した「血涙」から言文一致体への道を踏み出し、一九一〇年の翻訳「幼い犠牲」では言文一致をほとんど完成させるが、表記だけは『無情』にいたるまで知識人の表記である国漢文にとどまっていた。しかし文体については鍛錬をつづけ、『無情』の表記が新聞社の判断でハングルにとつぜん変更されても問題が生じないだけの文体を確立していたのだった。journal articl
A study about the synergistic effects of food additives on cultured cortical neurons
Get PDFapplication/pdfJournal Article食品添加物の安全性についての評価は一般的に単独でおこなわれることが多いため、Lau らは複数の食品添加物の組み合わせによる神経芽細胞腫への効果について検討をおこない、神経突起の成長阻害が2 種類の品添加物( ブリリアントブルーFCF と L- グルタミン酸、キノリンイエローとアスパルテーム) の同時投与により相乗されることを示した。本研究では、Lauらがおこなっていない2 種類の組み合わせである、アスパルテームとブリリアントブルーFCFそれぞれの単独投与と共投与を初代培養神経細胞に対しておこない、神経細胞への生存作用について検討をおこなった。また、食品添加物と注意欠陥・多動性障害（ADHD）との関連性がこれまでに指摘されており、ADHD においてGABA 抑制伝達が減弱するとの報告もあることから、本研究では、GABA 抑制性神経細胞に対して免疫組織化学的手法を用いて検討をおこなった。ブリリアントブルーFCF を単独で10nM、72 時間添加したとき、大脳皮質初代培養神経細胞の細胞数は有意に減少していた。また、ブリリアントブルーFCF 10nM、アスパルテーム5μM の濃度で共投与した時にGABA 抑制神経細胞の割合が有意に減少していた。これらの結果は、高濃度のブリリアントブルーFCF が神経細胞に対して生育阻害に働き、また、高濃度のアスパルテームと組み合わせた時に、特にGABA 抑制細胞に対して阻害的に働くことを示唆する。Generally, the evaluation of food additives is often considered individually. Lau et al. examined the effects of combined food additives on neuroblastoma. And they found the synergistic neurite growth inhibition in combinations of two (Brilliant Blue and L-glutamic acid, Quinoline Yellow and aspartame).In this study, we tested the effect of combined food additives in combination with aspartame and Brilliant Blue FCF. Each of single-application and co-application was performed on cultured cortical neurons and they were subjected to the analysis of neurotoxic effect. Exposure to food additives during childhood has been implicated in the induction of behavioral and developmental disorders, such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Recent studies suggest that ADHD is characterized by a deficit in cortical inhibition. Therefore we focused the cellular effects to GABAergic neurons using an immunohistochemical method. When brilliant blue FCF was applied at 10nM for 72hours, the number of cells in cortical culture was decreased significantly. And furthermore, co-administration of Brilliant Blue FCF 10nM and 5μM aspartame reduced the rate of GABA-immunopositive neurons significantly.These results suggest that exposure to overdosed Brilliant Blue FCF acts on growth inhibition of cortical neurons, and when it is applied to cultured neurons in combination with high concentration of aspartame,GABAergic neurons are particularly affected.journal articl

A Study on the present status and the improvement plan of Korean Language Textbook for korean school in Japan
Get PDFapplication/pdfJournal ArticleThis study was analyzed through a survey carried out targeting the korean school teachers for the present status and the improvement of Korean Language Textbooks that are used in the korean school in Japan. In summary, the results are as follows. First, korean school teachers use the Korean Language Textbook developed in Korea more than the one developed in Japan. Second, the good points of the Korean Language Textbook developed in Korea was found to have a systematic curriculum. Third, the Korean Language Textbook developed in Korea was pointed out that this does not include the local circumstances of Japan.Therefore, the Korean Language Textbooks that are used in the korean school in japan should consider the distinct characteristics of the area and the Korean resident in Japan. Fourth, the Korean Language Textbooks that are used in the korean school in japan should include information regarding the Identity of Korean Nation. The results of this study could be used as basic informations to consider when developing a Korean Language Textbook for the korean school student in Japan.journal articl
