No full textA pandemia provocada pela Covid-19 trouxe diversos prejuízos para a saúde de todas as nações e, na economia, não foi diferente. Uma empresa de revenda de couros, localizada em Fortaleza, no estado do Ceará, sentiu esse impacto financeiro provocado pelas restrições de abertura do comércio e de locomoção das pessoas. Com isso intercorrendo, o empreendimento utilizou o Método de Análise e Solução de Problemas, MASP, a fim de amenizar o impacto sentido. Foram analisadas as causas que poderiam estar gerando a queda de faturamento e para amenizar os efeitos negativos no faturamento, foi realizado um planejamento das funções dos colaboradores da empresa e foi iniciado as vendas online, assim, atenuando as restrições impostas pelos decretos do Governo do Estado.The pandemic caused by Covid-19 brought several damages to the health of all nations and, in the economy, it was no different. A leather company, located in Fortaleza, in the state of Ceará, felt this financial impact caused by restrictions on opening trade and people's mobility. With this intervening, the project used the Method of Analysis and Problem Solving, MASP, in order to mitigate the felt impact. The causes that could be causing the drop in sales were analyzed and, in order to alleviate the negative effects on sales, a planning of the functions of the company's employees was carried out and online sales were started, thus alleviating the restrictions imposed by the decrees of the State Government

No full textA história do desenvolvimento econômico sempre esteve e está intrinsecamente ligada ao aprimoramento e surgimento de tecnologias, que impulsionaram grandes mudanças na vida coletiva, sobretudo, advindas com o surgimento da sociedade da informação e da rede mundial de computadores. W. G. Wells, Castells, McLuhan, Toffler, Giddens e Pierre Levy demonstram isso com reflexões provocativas em suas portentosas obras, deixando claro o raciocínio de que o progresso da humanidade, bem como as mudanças comportamentais, sempre estiveram atreladas à capacidade criativa / inventiva do ser humano. As mudanças de costumes, de valores, de hábitos e da representação de riqueza na sociedade mundial se destacaram ainda mais em decorrência da revolução causada pela rede mundial de computadores, propiciando comunicação diferenciada, realização de negócios com maior rapidez, acabando com fronteiras geográficas e possibilitando novos modelos de negócios, bem como afetando a indústria criativa e a defesa dos direitos autorais. O mundo digital continua a revolucionar com o advento da chamada inteligência artificial e suas ferramentas que estão a criar desafios para os ordenamentos jurídicos a respeito da titularidade de obras consideradas artísticas, científicas e literárias. Não há resposta pronta e completamente segura sobre como lidar e tratar da autoria, quando existir alguma interferência ou aplicação da Inteligência Artificial. A dissertação ora relatada tem o objetivo de trazer reflexões outras, com parâmetros, para enxergar possíveis caminhos na solução desse vácuo ou lacuna no Brasil. Para isso, faz-se análise dos conceitos de obra criativa, sociedade da informação, sociedade digital, mundo digital, sociedade de risco, ondas do desenvolvimento e criações do espírito, com suporte nas obras dos pensadores já mencionados neste resumo, aplicando-se à legislação autoral brasileira, com a finalidade de encontrar rumos sobre a titularidade das obras advindas com a participação – por menor que seja – da Inteligência Artificial, haja vista, que todo processo legislativo remansa defasado já no nascedouro, quando se fala sobre desenvolvimento tecnológico digital. Como conclusão, intenciona-se propor soluções no Ordenamento Jurídico brasileiro a respeito da titularidade das obras com intervenção dessa Inteligência Artificial.The history of economic development has always been and is intrinsically linked to the improvement and emergence of new technologies, which have driven great changes in collective life, above all, changes arising with the emergence of the information society and the world wide web. W. G. Wells, Castells, McLuhan, Toffler, Giddens e Pierre Levy, demonstrate this with provocative reflections in their portentous works, making clear the reasoning that humanity's progress, as well as, behavioral changes have always been linked to creative capacity / inventive of the human being. The changes in customs, values, habits and the representation of wealth in the world society, stood out even more due to the revolution caused by the world wide web, providing differentiated communication, doing business faster, ending geographic borders and enabling new business models, as well as affecting the creative industry and the defense of copyright. The digital world continues to revolutionize with the advent of the so-called artificial intelligence and its tools that are creating challenges for the legal systems regarding the ownership of works considered artistic, scientific and literary. There is no answer on how to deal with and deal with authorship when there is any interference or application of Artificial Intelligence. The present work has the objective of bringing other reflections, with parameters, to see possible ways to solve this vacuum or gap in Brazil. And for that, an analysis is made of the concepts of creative work, information society, digital society, digital world, risk society, development waves and spirit creations, supported by the works of the thinkers already mentioned in this summary, applying to Brazilian copyright law, with the purpose of finding directions on the ownership of works resulting from the participation - however small - of Artificial Intelligence, given that the whole legislative process ends up lagging already at the beginning, when we talk about digital technological development . As a conclusion, it is intended to propose solutions in the Brazilian Legal System regarding the ownership of the works with the intervention of this Artificial Intelligence
Analysis of compliance with NBR 10821-3:2017: a case study in an aluminum frame manufacturer
No full textEm todas as edificações é necessário o uso de esquadrias, independente do material utilizado em sua fabricação, para compor o sistema de vedações e também fazer a integração entre os ambientes de uma edificação. As esquadrias de alumínio estão ganhando cada vez mais espaço na construção civil, devido as propriedades do alumínio que confere versatilidade e ecoeficiência, ocasionando assim a entrada de novas empresas neste segmento do alumínio. Essas empresas fabricantes de esquadrias de alumínio, precisam atender as exigências das normas técnicas no que tange ao desempenho das esquadrias de alumínio dentro da construção civil. O não atendimento às normas, pode ocasionar em falhas e defeitos na fabricação e instalação das esquadrias de alumínio, o que compromete a qualidade do produto final e podendo causar diversos danos ao usuário. Todo esse assunto é melhor detalhado em uma série de normas de desempenho de esquadrias, que formam um ciclo de dependência entre si. Essas normas são a NBR 15575 (ABNT, 2013); NBR 10821 (ABNT, 2017); e por último a NBR 7199 (ABNT, 2016). Diante disso, o presente trabalho buscou verificar o atendimento aos requisitos da NBR 10821-3 por uma empresa local fabricante de esquadria de alumínio. Concluiu-se por meio da análise realizada durante visita de campo, análise documental, e entrevista a gestão da empresa, que o processo de fabricação das esquadrias de alumínio possuis diversas etapas as quais precisam de controle rígido pois os problemas gerados nessa etapa podem prejudicar o desempenho final do produto. Dessa forma fica claro a importância das normas e dos ensaios exigidos pela mesma de forma a garantir a qualidade final do produto e o seu bom desempenho. Porém ressalta-se que para o bom funcionamento do sistema de esquadrias, além da etapa de fabricação, é preciso considerar as exigências normativas na fase de instalação e manutenção.In all buildings, it is necessary to use frames, regardless of the material used in their manufacture, to compose the sealing system and also make the integration between the environments of a building. Aluminum frames are gaining more and more space in civil construction, due to the properties of aluminum that provide versatility and eco-efficiency, thus causing the entry of new companies in this aluminum segment. These aluminum frame manufacturers, like any other, need to meet the requirements of technical standards regarding the performance of aluminum frames within civil construction. Failure to comply with standards can lead to failures and defects in the manufacture and installation of aluminum frames, which compromises the quality of the final product and can cause various damages to the user. This whole subject is further detailed in a series of frame performance standards, which form a cycle of dependence on each other. These standards are NBR 15575 (ABNT, 2013); NBR 10821 (ABNT, 2017); and finally, NBR 7199 (ABNT, 2016). Therefore, this work seeks to verify compliance with the requirements of NBR 10821 by a local aluminum frame manufacturer. It was concluded through the analysis carried out during the field visit, document analysis, and interview with the company's management, that the manufacturing process of aluminum frames has several stages which need strict control because the problems generated in this stage can harm the final product performance. In this way, the importance of the standards and tests required by it is clear in order to guarantee the final quality of the product and its good performance. However, it is noteworthy that for the proper functioning of the frame system, in addition to the manufacturing stage, it is necessary to consider the regulatory requirements in the installation and maintenance phase

Diante do cenário atual, é fundamental que eles busquem na gestão estratégica uma adequada atuação para alcançar uma posição lucrativa e sustentável frente aos competidores de mercado. Neste contexto, este artigo objetiva destacar a importância do planejamento e da ambidestria como ferramentas-chave para atingir objetivos e elaborar estratégias para pequenos proprietários. Com isso, para buscar alternativas e propor soluções, este trabalho constitui-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, cuja relevância é constatada quando observada a necessidade de um processo estratégico que contribua para a manutenção e desenvolvimento desses negócios, aprimorando seus esforços na prática, como também a importância de uma visão estratégica interativa entre a evolução atual e futura por meio da ambidestria organizacional, com o propósito preencher lacunas necessárias ao bom desempenho empresarial.With the business environment increasingly uncertain, especially for small entrepreneurs facing high competition and scarcity of resources, continuous challenges are established in search of economic subsistence. In view of the current scenario, it is essential that they seek in strategic management an adequate performance to achieve a profitable and sustainable position in relation to market competitors. In this context, this article aims to highlight the importance of drapery and ambidexterity as key tools to achieve goals and develop small business strategies. With this, in order to search for alternatives and propose solutions, this work consists of a bibliographic research, whose relevance is verified when observing the need for a strategic process that contributes to the maintenance and development of these businesses, improving their efforts in practice, as well as the importance of an interactive strategic vision between current and future evolution through organizational ambidexterity, with the purpose of filling in the gaps necessary for good business performance
THE PROFILE OF THE EDUCATION PROFESSIONAL IN THE PANDEMIC PERIOD
No full textA pandemia da covid-19, com efeito, provocou grandes mudanças nas relações de trabalho. Nesse sentido, no que se refere à educação, constata-se que a necessidade de isolamento social imposta pela pandemia acelerou o processo do trabalho remoto, fazendo com que professores e alunos tivessem que se adaptar ao modelo de ensino virtual. Diante desse cenário, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral mapear o perfil dos profissionais da educação em um cenário de pandemia. Ademais, em consonância com o objetivo geral, buscou-se descrever as principais mudanças no comportamento dos profissionais da educação nesse período, bem como buscou-se compreender as expectativas dos professores a respeito de um possível retorno ao trabalho presencial. Além disso, investigou-se acerca da eficiência desses profissionais em ambiente de trabalho remoto. Para alcançar tais objetivos, utilizou-se a abordagem metodológica de natureza qualitativa, com tipologia de estudo de caso e levantamento bibliográfico. Outrossim, este estudo conteve uma abordagem exploratória e descritiva. Como instrumento utilizado para a coleta de dados, pautou-se na técnica da Entrevista Estruturada. Constatou-se, efetivamente, que os profissionais da educação têm tido muitas dificuldades que não estavam acostumados a ter e que se viram obrigados a se reinventar e aprender a usar novas tecnologias e plataformas.The covid-19 pandemic has, in effect, brought about major changes in labor relations. In this sense, with regard to education, it appears that the need for social isolation imposed by the pandemic accelerated the remote work process, causing teachers and students to adapt to the virtual teaching model. Given this scenario, this research aimed to map the profile of education professionals in a pandemic scenario. Furthermore, in line with the general objective, we sought to describe the main changes in the behavior of education professionals during this period, as well as to understand the expectations of teachers regarding a possible return to face-to-face work. In addition, the efficiency of these professionals in a remote work environment was investigated. To achieve these objectives, a qualitative methodological approach was used, with a case study typology and bibliographic survey. Furthermore, this study contained an exploratory and descriptive approach. As an instrument used for data collection, it was based on the Structured Interview technique. It was found, in fact, that education professionals have had many difficulties that they were not used to and that they were forced to reinvent themselves and learn to use new technologies and platforms
Challenges for learning neuroradiology in undergraduate medical school: analysis from the students’ point of view
Get PDFObjetivo: Avaliar a percepção dos estudantes de medicina sobre as dificuldades do aprendizado em neurorradiologia. Método: Estudo quantitativo, realizado com estudantes de medicina matriculados no segundo e no sétimo semestres de uma universidade de Fortaleza. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de questionário estruturado com 12 questões de respostas sim ou não. As questões versaram sobre as possíveis dificuldades encontradas para aquisição do conhecimento neurorradiológico, dentre elas: à carência de material didático direcionado, à falta de integração com a neurologia, à necessidade de conhecimentos básicos radiológicos e anatômicos, ao volume de assunto, e às limitações das metodologias ativas e tradicionais. Resultados: Foram analisados 181 questionários. Grande parte discente refere como dificuldade a necessidade de ter conhecimentos básicos prévios de radiologia (80,1%); de neuroanatomia (77,5%); e de correlacionar radiologia e neuroanatomia (70,9%). Quando comparados os grupos do 2o semestre e do 7o semestre, houve uma tendência maior a apontar a ausência de conhecimento prático de neurologia pelos alunos do 2o semestre como um fator de maior dificuldade para o aprendizado de neurorradiologia (82,6% versus 67,4%, com p p<0,0018). Quando perguntadossobre a utilidade da criação de um e-Book direcionado para a graduação para o aprendizado de neurorradiologia, 85,6% dos alunos responderamafirmativamente; no caso de um aplicativo, 92,3% concordaram. Quanto à correlação entre a neurorradiologia e a prática médica, 98,3% responderamque é um conhecimento útil e necessário.Conclusão: Na opinião dos estudantes, os conhecimentos prévios de neuroanatomia e de neurologia clínica são importantes para o aprendizadode neurorradiologia. A elaboração de um material como e-book ou aplicativo com foco em integrar o ensino dessas disciplinas é considerada umaboa alternativa para facilitar a compreensão da neurorradiologia.Introduction: The teaching of neuroradiology in undergraduate medical school must be seen as an integration tool for the interdisciplinary study ofradiology, anatomy and neurology. In practice, there is a limitation on the part of students in acquiring such knowledge, either due to “neurophobia”, ordue to the lack of previous anatomical-radiological knowledge and also due to the lack of integrated didactic materials aimed at undergraduate school. However, there are few studies reporting the difficulties encountered by students in learning neuroradiology. Objective: To assess the perception of medical students about learning difficulties in neuroradiology.Method: Quantitative study, carried out with medical students enrolled in the second and seventh semesters of a university in Fortaleza. Data wereobtained through a structured questionnaire with 12 yes or no answer questions. The questions addressed the possible difficulties encountered inacquiring neuroradiological knowledge, among them: the lack of targeted didactic material, the lack of integration with neurology, the need for basicradiological and anatomical knowledge, the large volume of content to study, and the limitations of active and traditional methodologies.Results: 181 questionnaires were analyzed. Most students report as difficulties: the need for basic knowledge of radiology (80.1%); neuroanatomy (77.5%);and to correlate radiology and neuroanatomy (70.9%). When comparing the 2nd semester and 7th semester groups, there was a greater tendency topoint out the lack of practical knowledge of neurology by 2nd-semester students as a factor of greater difficulty in learning neuroradiology (82.6% versus67.4 %, with p <0.0018). When asked about the usefulness of creating an e-book aimed at undergraduate students for learning neuroradiology, 85.6%of the students answered affirmatively; in the case of a mobile application, 92.3% agreed. As for the correlation between neuroradiology and medicalpractice, 98.3% answered that it is useful and necessary knowledge.Conclusion: In the students’ opinion, previous knowledge of neuroanatomy and clinical neurology is important for learning neuroradiology. BIM implementation plan in a civil construction microenterprise
No full textUm dos grandes problemas da construção civil é a constante presença de retrabalho em obras, o que pode gerar tanto o descumprimento dos prazos de entrega, quanto o desperdício dos recursos, encarecendo, assim, a execução. Para tal, o uso do BIM (Building Information Modeling) visa minimizar as discrepâncias encontradas em projetos que podem causar retrabalho, facilitando, quando necessários, os ajustes em cada uma das etapas de projeto e a execução da obra. O presente trabalho se trata de um estudo de caso sobre o planejamento da implementação de BIM em uma microempresa do ramo da construção civil, através de uma abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa. Primeiramente, fez-se consulta à literatura nacional e internacional para efetuação da revisão bibliográfica sobre BIM e conceitos relacionados ao processo de implantação dessa tecnologia. Em seguida, deu-se início ao levantamento dos dados e informações necessários para elaboração do plano prévio de implantação, por meio da utilização de entrevistas e questionários direcionados ao engenheiro sócio da empresa envolvido no processo e a um profissional com experiência de mercado na implementação do BIM. O planejamento deve abranger uma análise organizacional da empresa, o planejamento estratégico, a infraestrutura e os recursos humanos disponíveis, os prazos de implantação, o fluxo e processos de trabalho, o procedimento colaborativo adotado, um plano de ações, e por fim, um projeto piloto. Após desenvolvido o plano preliminar de implantação, fez-se nova entrevista com o representante da empresa, para delinear quaisquer exigências de mudanças que serão carregadas para a confecção do plano executivo de implantação, seguido da entrega do documento. Ao final do estudo, propõe-se a análise e discussão dos resultados obtidos no processo de planejamento da implantação do BIM na empresa, além da conclusão da pesquisa, retratando os principais impactos positivos previstos e os aspectos negativos imediatos da implantação do BIM.One of the major problems in civil construction is the constant remaking in civil engineering works, which can lead to both non-compliance with delivery deadlines and the waste of resources, making execution more expensive. Therefore, the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) aims to minimize the discrepancies found in projects that can cause rework, facilitating, when necessary, adjustments in each of the project stages and the execution of the project. The present work is a case study on the planning of the implementation of BIM in a civil construction micro enterprise through a qualitative and quantitative approach. Firstly, national and international literature were consulted to enforce the bibliographic review on BIM and concepts related to the process of implementing this technology. Secondly, the survey of the data and any necessary information for the preparation of the previous implementation plan began by using interviews and questionnaires directed to the partner engineer of the company involved in the process and to a professional with market experience in the implementation of the BIM project as well. The planning must include an organizational analysis of the company, strategic planning, available infrastructure and human resources, implementation deadlines, work flow and processes, the collaborative procedure adopted, an action plan, and finally, a pilot project. After the preliminary implementation plan was developed, a new interview was made with the company representative in order to outline further requirements for changes that will be executed with the objective of promoting the preparation of the executive implementation plan, followed by the delivery of the document. Finally, at the end of the study, it is proposed the analysis and discussion of the results obtained in the planning process for the implementation of BIM in the company, in addition to the conclusion of the research, portraying the main expected positive impacts and the immediate negative aspects of the BIM implementation
Project to expand the childhood and adolescence care center (naia) of the Professor Frota Pinto mental health hospital
No full textEste Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso apresenta pesquisas voltadas para problemáticas que envolvem a humanização de ambientes hospitalares, ou sua ausência, e um projeto para o novo Núcleo de Atenção à Infância e Adolescência do Hospital de Saúde Mental Professor Frota Pinto. A partir da observação das dificuldades e desafios enfrentados diariamente por profissionais e pacientes da área, constatou-se a precariedade de boa parte dos equipamentos oferecidos, que não seguem algumas das diretrizes mais básicas no PNH. Considerando esse cenário, um projeto hospitalar, baseado na RDC nº50 foi elaborado, buscando atender às principais necessidades de seus usuários. Para isso, pesquisas de campo, bibliográficas e projetuais foram realizadas com intuito de compilar a maior quantidade possível de informações capazes de influenciar positivamente na fase final deste trabalho, o projeto arquitetônico. Com ele, espera-se demonstrar como seria a elaboração de um ambiente hospitalar ideal voltado para o público infantojuvenil.This Course Conclusion Paper presents research focused on problems involving the humanization of hospital environments, or their absence, and a project for the new Center for Child and Adolescent Care of the Mental Health Hospital Professor Frota Pinto. From the observation of the difficulties and challenges faced daily by professionals and patients in the area, it was verified the precariousness of most of the equipment offered, which do not follow some of the most basic guidelines in the NHP. Considering this scenario, a hospital project, based on RDC no. 50, was elaborated, seeking to meet the main needs of its users. For this, field, bibliographic and projective research were carried out with the aim of compiling as much information as possible capable of positively influencing the final phase of this work, the architectural design. Nacional, uma análise comparativa das propostas da reforma tributária em
tramitação no Congresso Nacional. A exemplo de tais propostas, cita-se as PECs
45/2019 e 110/2019. Nesse compasso, procurou-se pontuar os conceitos
relacionados a tributação, bem como se dá a questão da competência e os principais
institutos relacionados à esfera tributária. Investigou-se, mormente, as PECs
45/2019 e 110/2019, realizando um comparativo entre elas e uma análise acerca dos
impostos criados, substituídos e retirados. O intuito é possibilitar uma melhor
compreensão dos institutos, as principais modificações ocasionadas e a repercussão
no âmbito empresarial, eis que, conforme sabido, o Sistema Tributário Nacional é
complexo e gera dificuldade para as empresas no que concerne a taxas e impostos.
Para tanto, a metodologia utilizada é eminentemente bibliográfica, pautada,
mormente, em trabalhos divulgados nas casas legislativas, livros e artigos científicos
específicos acerca da matéria.This monograph focuses on the study of the National Tax System, a comparative
analysis of the tax reform proposals in the National Congress. As an example of such
proposals, the PECs 45/2019 and 110/2019 are cited. In this measure, we are
preparing to point out the concepts related to taxation, as well as the question of
competence and the main institutes related to the tax sphere. It was investigated,
mainly, according to PECs 45/2019 and 110/2019, performing a comparison between
them and an analysis of the taxes created, replaced and withdrawn. The aim is to
enable a better understanding of the institutes, as the main changes caused and a
repercussion in the business sphere, as we know, the National Tax System is
complex and creates difficulties for companies that do not care about fees and taxes.
Therefore, the use used is eminently bibliographical, guided, mainly, in works
published in the legislative houses, books and specific articles specific to the subject
Virtual consumption in the elderly: consumer difficulties in online supermarket purchases
No full textCom o surgimento da internet e a crescente evolução de novas tecnologias acarretou no surgimento do mercado virtual, como sendo uma alternativa que possibilitou de forma positiva uma maior interação entre fornecedores, vendedores e consumidores, favorecendo assim a facilidade e ampliação de vendas online no mundo todo. Neste contexto o presente trabalho tem como objetivo realizar um estudo mostrando o perfil e dificuldades enfrentadas pelos idosos que utilizam o mercado virtual através de aplicativos para realizarem suas compras em supermercados. Para isto inicialmente foi realizado um estudo bibliográfico com ênfase em materiais já publicados, de forma a entender melhor sobre o tema proposto, com ênfase no comércio eletrônico, comportamento, perfil do consumidor da terceira idade e inclusão digital. Na metodologia foi apresentado o questionário realizado com os idosos entrevistados. Já nos resultados foram destacados os principais fatores que influenciam a realização de compras virtuais em supermercados.With the emergence of the internet and the growing evolution of new technologies led to the emergence of the virtual market, as an alternative that positively enabled greater interaction between suppliers, sellers and consumers, thus favoring the ease and expansion of online sales worldwide. In this context, the present work aims to carry out a study showing the profile and difficulties faced by the elderly who use the virtual market through applications to make their purchases in supermarkets. For this, initially, a bibliographic study was carried out with an emphasis on previously published materials, in order to better understand the proposed topic, with emphasis on e-commerce, behavior, elderly consumer profile and digital inclusion. In the methodology, the questionnaire carried out with the interviewed elderly was presented. The results highlighted the main factors influencing online shopping in supermarkets
