Get PDFJurisprudence is one of the fields of science in Islamic law that specifically discusses legal issues that regulate various aspects of human life, both personal life, society and human life with Allah, the Lord. In society, of course, humans are not far from economic problems. In the broad economic context, there is the term Wadi'ah which is also regulated in fiqh and KHES. Both fiqh and KHES have their own concept of wadi'ah. But it cannot be denied that KHES is a product of Indonesian fiqh thought in economic terms (muamalat). In the concept of wadiah fiqh, it is more detailed in explaining the legal bases, regarding the trust and safeguards. Also in the KHES concept, it is also explained in detail about the storage and maintenance of wadi'ah objects and other things. The point is that both of them can be used as procedures for conducting Wadi'ah contracts

Get PDFArabic writing skills must be in accordance with writing procedures such as using the imla 'method with its qaidah. The second grade students of ibtidaiyah madrasah Assunniyyah in writing Arabic lack the correct Arabic writing skills, such as connecting hijaiyah letters. This study aimed to make students able to write Arabic writing in accordance with the correct qaidah. The assisted method used was community development which was focused on training the imla' method. The imla' method maked it easy for students to write Arabic writing that is in accordance with the rules of Arabic writing and students could also express the ideas that are in their minds and put them into written form and hone their skills in terms of remembering words. Pengambangan Maharah Istima’ dengan PPTQ di Kelas IX SMP Plus Bustanul Ma’arif Jember
Get PDFIn learning maharah istima', it is very necessary to have a good basis for capturing and digesting the language itself, especially Arabic, and the first step in introducing Arabic is to introduce vocabulary (mufradat) first, as the main factor for success in learning Arabic. This research aimed to describe the implementation of PPTQ learning in 9th grade students in junior high school plus Bustanul Ma'arif Jember. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection through observation and documentation. The results of the research showed that PPTQ learning has more influence on the maharah istima' learning process with good grades in listening to sentences and creativity in translating with an average of 88.4% very capable, 8% able, and 4% less able. This showed that the majority of students were able to listen and translate sentences well. PPTQ can be used as a supporting material for teaching and learning Arabic to hone the ability of maharah istima' and translate

Adapun hasil dari penelitian adalah peran Muslimat NU Cabang Jember telah menggambarkan cukup detail indikator utama kerukunan umat beragama yang terdiri atas toleransi, kesetaraan, dan kerja sama. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari program kerja PC Muslimat NU sendiri seperti adanya pengajian, dan rutinitas yang lain dan bentuk sinergitas bersama organisasi terkait untuk mewujudkan moderasi beragama seperti tergabungnya Muslimat NU Cabang Jember ke dalam forum Sila Emas

Di Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Khoiriyatil Islamiyah Bangsalsari Jember dalam pengenalan dan pendampingan santri untuk mengenal dan mudah untuk difahami menggunakan pegon. Yang mana metode ini dengan penulisan secara Arab dengan tanda baca Bahasa Jawa. Hal ini dilaksanakan dalam upaya memudahkan santri baru khususnya lebih mudah faham maksud dari konten kajian. Grand tema program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang digagas oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Falah As-Sunniyah Kencong Jember (PkM-BR) tahun 2022 adalah membangun masyarakat sejahtera berbasis SDGs. SDGs yang digarap di pesantren ini adalah mewujudkan pesantren go green yang dilakukan selama 40 hari dengan metode EBR (Empowerment Based Rerearch) yang langkahnya adalah ECA-EVARED yakni terdiri dari Explore, Create and Action. Evaluation. Report and dessemination. Tujuan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan dan memudahkan santri untuk mentransfer ilmu dan memahami literasi yang dimodifikasi berbasis bahasa daerah dalam pemahaman karya ulama’.Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa mempermudah santri dalam memahami literatur atau kitab-kitab ulama’ salaf, memudahkan santri untuk mengenal dan mengartikan kosa kata Arab ke bahasa local sebagai sarana transliterasi bahasa Arab ke dalam bahasa lokal dan melatih santri menulis bahasa Arab yang baik dan benar.
 
Utilization Of E-Learning In Facing Learning Loss In The New Normal Era: A Study On Islamic Religious Education (Pai) In Junior High School In Malang City
Get PDFThe current situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has entered the New Normal Era, has harmed education in the form of learning loss. This research examines e-learning in dealing with learning loss in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects at Al-Irsyad Junior High School (SMP-AI) in Malang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study, whereas analyzes data through the interactive technique of Miles, Hubermann, and Saldana. The conclusion of this research states that e-learning at SMP AI Malang focuses on two things in dealing with learning loss. They are: First, upgrading learning technology, which is centered on maximizing the role of the web academic.alirsyadmalang.org. Second, increasing the aspect of students' learning motivation in following the e-learning process implemented by SMP AI Malang. Efforts to use e-learning can be considered as one of the solution options that educational institutions can carry out in dealing with the phenomenon of learning loss during the New Normal Era

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the role of islamic boarding school education as character building in facing modern life especially the Al Barokah boarding school. This research is structured whit a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interview, documentation, and observation. The analysis technique using reflective thinking is to combine deductive and inductive ways of thinking and then draw conclusion. Based on the analysis of the data in this study, it can be concluded that the method used by the Al Barokah Islamic Boarding School in Tunggak Cerme Village Wonomerto District Probolinggo Regency, is to improve the character of the student and their female student, by revamping the curriculum and updating management. This can be seen fro the number of qualified and comptetent alumni in all fields, both in the religious and general field
Development Of Biology Learning Tools To Improve Communication Skills Reviewed From Humanistic Philosophy
Get PDFThis research is a developmental research because it develops learning tools to improve students' communication skills in terms of humanistic philosophy. The aim of this study is to create practicable learning instruments for training communication skills in the sense of a humanistic philosophy according to the criteria of validity, practicability and effectiveness. The development of learning devices was based on the four-D model. Research design using a pretest-posttest design with a group. Several insights were gained based on research data: the validity of learning tools developed in good categories; the readability of the developed student textbooks is appropriate for learning; the implementation of the RPP is well categorized; the dominant student activities are communicating information/opinions, asking questions and making presentations with a share of 18.88%; The obstacles encountered when using learning tools are that students are unfamiliar with communication skills, making some students less active participants in the learning process. Students respond positively to the learning process; Guided discovery learning can train students' communication skills; and student learning outcomes are 100% complete after participating in the teaching and learning process. The conclusion of this study is that guided discovery learning tools are feasible (valid, practical and effective) that are used to train students' communication skills
