    Strategi Efektif Laporan Hasil Asesmen Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam

    Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) merupakan mata pelajaran esensial dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Asesmen dan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI berperan krusial dalam mengukur kemampuan dan perkembangan siswa, serta meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran. Namun, penyusunan laporan hasil asesmen yang komprehensif dan akurat masih menjadi tantangan bagi pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi efektif dalam penyusunan laporan hasil asesmen pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang datanya diperoleh dari wawancara, jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan peraturan terkait asesmen pembelajaran PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi efektif dalam penyusunan laporan hasil asesmen PAI meliputi: (1) penentuan tujuan asesmen yang jelas dan terukur; (2) penggunaan beragam teknik asesmen yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa dan materi pembelajaran; (3) penyajian laporan hasil asesmen yang informatif, mudah dipahami, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan siswa. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat membantu pendidik dalam menyusun laporan hasil asesmen yang efektif dan bermanfaat bagi peningkatan mutu pembelajaran PAI. &nbsp

    Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kolaboratif untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa di Kelas IV MIS Nurul Yaqin Muaro Jambi

    For kids to be ready to compete at the next level of education, they must develop their creative thinking skills starting in elementary school. But in practice, MIS Nurul Yaqin Muaro Jambi's creative thinking abilities are still rated as low. Applying a collaborative learning model is one way to help students develop their creative thinking abilities because it requires them to work as a team and participate in a study group that has been formed so that they can share ideas or opinions with their peers. The four-stage Kemmis McTagger model is used in this investigation. Enhancing the creative thinking abilities of Mis Nuru Yaqin Muaro Jambi's grade IV students is the aim of this project. In cycle II, teacher activity improved to 92% with very good credentials, compared to 78% in cycle I, which was based on observations of teacher activities. Observations of student activities throughout cycle I yielded results with a 69.77% percentage. With good qualifications, it then rose to 80.68% in cycle II. These findings indicate a rise in the use of collaborative learning models by both teachers and students. Therefore, it can be said that class IV MIS Nurul Yaqin Muaro Jambi students' creative thinking abilities can be enhanced through the use of collaborative learning models

    Perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini membawa dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Kebiasaan digital siswa, seperti penggunaan gadget dan akses terhadap internet, menjadi fenomena yang tidak dapat dihindari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan digital siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas 6 di MI Al Mujahidi Tembokrejo. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi nilai siswa dan analisis data menggunakan korelasi ,. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup secara simultan antara kebiasaan digital siswa dengan prestasi belajar mereka. Observasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang menggunakan media digital secara positif, seperti untuk belajar daring atau mencari informasi pendidikan, cenderung memiliki prestasi belajar yang lebih baik. Sebaliknya, siswa yang lebih banyak menggunakan perangkat digital untuk bermain game atau media sosial menunjukkan hasil belajar yang lebih rendah. Dengan demikian, kebiasaan digital yang terarah dan positif dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa

    Pernikahan secara siri memang sah secara agama, namun tidak mendapat pengakuan dari negara, sehingga mampu memunculkan hambatan-hambatan administratif di kemudian hari. Karena tidak ada pengakuan negara, akhirnya negara juga tidak mampu memberikan perlindungan secara maksimal ketika terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan, semisal salah satu pihak menelantarkan hak dan kewajibannya, atau lain sebagainya. Dalam hal ini pihak yang paling rentan mendapat dampak buruk adalah istri dan anak, padahal anak tidaak memiliki kesalahan apapun, namun harus menanggung akibat yang tidak seharusnya. Bahkan jika ayahnya tidak mau mengakui, anak tersebut hanya memiliki hubungan perdata dengan ibu. Sejalan dengan UU No.3 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak menyebutkan bahwa negara dan pemerintah berkewajiban dan bertanggung jawab menghormati dan menjamin hak asasi setiap anak. Melalui PERMA No.1 tahun 2015 dengan agenda sodang keliling, diharapkan para orang tua memiliki akses yaang lebih mudah untuk melegalkan perkawinannya, sehingga mampu menjamin keberlangsungan hak yang harus didapatkan tiap-tiap anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yakni penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Dalam rangka mendapatkan bahan penelitian tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan penelitian kepustakaan studi dokumen yang mengkaji bahan hukum

    INTEGRASI MAQĀṢID AL-SYARĪ‘AH DALAM PRAKTIK PERADILAN AGAMA DI INDONESIA: STUDI ALTERNATIF PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA KELUARGA

    Kajian ini membahas integrasi pendekatan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah dalam praktik peradilan agama di Indonesia sebagai alternatif penyelesaian sengketa keluarga yang lebih kontekstual, adil, dan berorientasi pada kemaslahatan. Pendekatan normatif-formal dalam hukum keluarga Islam sering kali tidak cukup memberikan solusi terhadap kompleksitas persoalan rumah tangga kontemporer, seperti perceraian, hak asuh anak, dan pembagian nafkah. Pendekatan maqāṣid menawarkan landasan metodologis yang lebih luas dengan menekankan perlindungan terhadap lima tujuan utama syariat: agama (dīn), jiwa (nafs), akal (‘aql), keturunan (nasl), dan harta (māl). Kajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif dan sosiologis, serta ditopang oleh studi literatur dan analisis beberapa putusan pengadilan agama yang mencerminkan penerapan maqāṣid. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian hakim mulai mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai maslahat dalam putusannya, penerapan maqāṣid masih belum menjadi arus utama. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi institusionalisasi yang mencakup reorientasi pendidikan dan pelatihan hakim, revisi regulasi dan yurisprudensi, serta penguatan peran lembaga pendukung seperti mediator, konselor keluarga, dan psikolog. Dengan mengintegrasikan maqāṣid dalam setiap proses peradilan, Pengadilan Agama diharapkan mampu menjawab tantangan zaman dan menjadi instrumen keadilan substantif yang berpihak pada perlindungan keluarga, anak, dan perempuan.     The story of Noah is a long series of preaching journeys and the series of events in it provide valuable lessons for Muslims. Because Noah's long life history holds a very valuable historical treasury. Noah is called the father of world civilization because he continued the birth of humans on earth through his three children. This research is library research which examines the historical development of the spread of humans through Noah's son using a deductive approach. It was found that Noah's three sons were the fathers of the nations on the three continents, such as Sam, the father of the Semitic nation (Arab and surrounding areas), Yafis, the father of the Asian and European nations, and then Ham, who was the father of the African nation, they intermarried with each other, which then resulted in diverse ethnicities. The three heavenly religions known today are theological developments brought by the descendants of Sam bin Noah. Many civilizations were created by the descendants of Noah, such as the first kingdom built by Menes or Mishram, the descendants of Ham in Africa

    Implementation of Islamic Education Values in Strengthening Pancasila-Based Character Education

    Pancasila contains values that align with Islamic teachings and should be instilled in elementary school through Islamic-based education . Research on the implementation of Pancasila in schools generally focuses on the learning process , while studies on the integration of Islamic values into Pancasila at NU Padomasan Elementary School are rare. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of Islamic values in Pancasila at Nahdlatul Ulama Padomasan Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with interviews with teachers , documentation on wall pictures, nameplates and curriculum , and observations at NU Padomasan Elementary School . Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, data validity was carried out by triangulation of sources. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic values in Pancasila at Nahdlatul Ulama Padomasan Elementary School is in the form of Khuluqiyah (Humanity) values through orphanage assistance activities every Muharram month, Good Friday social services, and condolences events . This study enriches the study of the integration of Islamic values in Pancasila at the elementary school level and becomes a reference for schools in developing habituation programs that instill human values and noble morals in students

    Representasi Etnis, Agama, dan Gender dalam Buku Teks Utama Bahasa Inggris Sekolah Dasar

    The Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes contextual teaching and learning (CTL) that is meaningful and applicable, yet its implementation can be hindered without Culturally Responsive Pedagogy (CRP). Textbooks, as primary learning media, play a strategic role in representing ethnic, religious, and gender diversity. Preliminary observation of Indonesian English textbooks indicated unequal representation, leading this study to address three research questions: (1) how ethnicity, religion, and gender are represented in the textbook, (2) to what extent these representations reinforce or challenge existing stereotypes, and (3) what implications they have for shaping students’ perceptions of diversity and equality. This study employed qualitative content analysis with a descriptive approach on My Next Words Grade 6 – Student’s Book for Elementary School (2022), focusing on Unit 8 “I Will Go to Dufan.” Findings reveal a gender imbalance, with male characters more dominant (61%) than female characters (39%), reflecting traditional stereotypes but also showing some inclusive portrayals. Hijab-wearing girls are actively represented, challenging passive stereotypes, while ethnic representation remains minimal, limited to cultural symbols. The study concludes that the textbook retains gender and ethnic bias despite progressive steps in religious and cultural aspects. Recommendations include enhancing female and minority ethnic representation, strengthening teachers’ critical literacy, and enforcing stricter curriculum policies on equity.Kurikulum Merdeka menekankan pembelajaran kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and Learning/CTL) yang bermakna dan aplikatif, namun penerapannya sering terhambat jika tidak disertai dengan Pendidikan Tanggap Budaya (Culturally Responsive Pedagogy/CRP). Buku teks sebagai media utama pembelajaran memiliki peran strategis dalam merepresentasikan keragaman etnis, agama, dan gender. Observasi awal terhadap buku teks bahasa Inggris menunjukkan adanya indikasi ketidaksetaraan representasi, sehingga penelitian ini dirancang untuk menjawab tiga rumusan masalah: (1) bagaimana etnis, agama, dan gender ditampilkan dalam buku teks, (2) sejauh mana representasi tersebut memperkuat atau menantang stereotip, dan (3) apa implikasinya terhadap pembentukan persepsi siswa mengenai keberagaman dan kesetaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif terhadap buku My Next Words Grade 6 – Student’s Book for Elementary School (2022), khususnya Unit 8 “I Will Go to Dufan.” Hasil menunjukkan dominasi tokoh laki-laki (61%) dibandingkan perempuan (39%), dengan kecenderungan stereotip tradisional namun juga beberapa representasi progresif. Tokoh perempuan berhijab digambarkan aktif dalam berbagai aktivitas, menantang stereotip pasif. Sebaliknya, representasi etnis sangat terbatas dan hanya muncul dalam bentuk simbol budaya. Kesimpulannya, buku teks ini masih memuat bias gender dan etnis, meski terdapat langkah maju pada aspek agama dan budaya. Rekomendasi meliputi peningkatan representasi perempuan dan etnis minoritas, penguatan literasi kritis guru, dan regulasi kurikulum yang lebih ketat terkait kesetaraan

    This study aims to analyze the integration of 21st-century skills (4C: critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration) with Islamic values in learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and library research method, the study reviews relevant national and international literature from 2020-2025 related to 4C development and Islamic education. Data were analyzed through content and thematic analysis to identify key concepts, strategies, and challenges in applying 4C within Islamic schools. The findings reveal that learning models such as STEM, Project-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, and Quantum Learning effectively foster students’ critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. However, the integration of Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), ta’awun (cooperation), ijtihad (creative effort), and tafakkur (reflection) remains underexplored. This study proposes a new conceptual framework, the 4C-Islamic Integration Model, combining 21st-century competencies with Qur’an-based values to promote holistic and character-based learning.     Strategi Penghimpunan Dana Melalui Produk Simpanan Syariah Di BMT UGT Nusantara Yosowilangun

    This study aims to analyze the fund-raising strategies implemented through Shariabased savings products by BMT UGT Nusantara Yosowilangun. The research focuses on various types of Islamic savings products, such as savings and general deposits using Sharia contracts, as well as the strategies adopted by the BMT to mobilize community funds and assess their effectiveness in increasing both the number of members and the total amount of deposits. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that BMT has implemented several fund-raising strategies, including promotional activities, a door-to-door service system, transaction digitalization, the application of mudharabah and wadiah contracts, and strengthening synergy within the Islamic financial ecosystem. These strategies have proven to be quite effective in increasing membership and savings volume. However, several challenges remain, such as low levels of Islamic financial literacy among the community and competition from conventional financial institutions. Based on these findings, the study recommends enhancing Sharia financial education, developing more innovative and adaptive savings products, and improving digital service quality to achieve more optimal fund mobilization
