The background of this research addresses the issues of low vocabulary comprehension, passive student engagement, and suboptimal learning outcomes, necessitating media and learning methods that can enhance comprehension and motivation and improve learning results. The criteria for vocabulary mastery include understanding vocabulary meanings, connecting vocabulary with images, active vocabulary usage, developing new vocabulary, and accurate pronunciation. This study examines the process of implementing language monopoly media with the TGT (Teams-Games-Tournaments) learning model and explores its impact on students' vocabulary mastery. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis, drawing data from interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate an improvement in students’ vocabulary comprehension, peer interaction, and enthusiasm for learning
Digitalisasi Pegadaian Digitalisasi Layanan Pergadaian Analisis Sistematis Literatur tentang Inovasi dan Transformasi.
Perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini memicu perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai industri, termasuk sektor keuangan syariah, termasuk layanan pergadaian. Dengan menggunakan tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis perkembangan, masalah, dan peluang digitalisasi layanan pergadaian. Metode peninjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) digunakan, yang mengumpulkan dan menganalisis studi sebelumnya yang relevan dari database terindeks seperti Scopus, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar. Studi menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi digital seperti blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), dan platform berbasis cloud telah mengubah model bisnis pergadaian dengan membuat layanan lebih efisien, transparan, dan mudah diakses. Namun, masalah seperti ketakutan budaya, keamanan siber, dan peraturan yang belum sempurna masih menjadi hambatan. Selain itu, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tren masa depan seperti penggabungan fintech dan penyebaran layanan digital ke masyarakat yang tidak berbank. Hasil penelitian ini membantu praktisi dan regulator mempercepat transformasi digital pergadaian secara berkelanjutan
Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Harga Saham pada Emiten Jakarta Islamic Index
This study aims to evaluate the extent to which financial performance affects stock prices of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), contributing to the enhancement of awareness and participation in sharia-compliant investments. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method and falls under the category of explanatory research. All issuers consistently listed in the JII during the observation period were selected as samples using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing using the t-test and coefficient of determination (R²) to measure the strength of influence. The findings reveal that financial performance has a significant impact on stock prices, as indicated by a t-value of 10.339, which exceeds the critical value of 1.729, and a significance level of 0.000, below the threshold of 0.05. The R² value of 0.939 implies that 93.9% of the variation in stock prices can be explained by financial performance. These results support the signaling theory and efficient market hypothesis, which suggest that a company's financial information directly influences investor decisions. Therefore, improving financial transparency and enhancing sharia financial literacy are essential to promote a sustainable and inclusive Islamic capital market
Analisis Pelaksanaan Kewajiban Suami dalam Perspektif Hukum Keluarga Islam (Studi Kasus Desa Sarimulyo)
Di antara bentuk tanggung jawab utama dalam rumah tangga adalah peran dan kewajiban suami terhadap istri seperti memberikan nafkah, perlindungan, kepemimpinan, serta pendidikan kepada istri dan keluarganya. Pelaksanaan kewajiban ini memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis dan sakinah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis pelaksanaan kewajiban suami terhadap istri dalam aspek nafkah, perlindungan, kepemimpinan, dan pendidikan di Desa Sarimulyo ditinjau dari hukum keluarga Islam. (2) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan kewajiban suami. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif-analitik. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari wawancara langsung dengan pasangan suami istri dan pihak KUA Kecamatan Cluring, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI). Dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sebagian besar suami di Desa Sarimulyo telah melaksanakan kewajiban rumah tangganya, terutama dalam hal memberikan nafkah dan menjadi pemimpin keluarga. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kekurangan dalam aspek pendidikan keagamaan dan komunikasi emosional. (2) Faktor ekonomi, pendidikan, dan pemahaman agama menjadi pengaruh utama terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan kewajiban tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penting adanya bimbingan berkelanjutan dari tokoh agama dan lembaga terkait agar cita-cita keluarga sakinah dapat terwujud
UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI MEMBACA DI MI UNGGULAN AL-IKHLASH ASSUNNIYYAH DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PHONICS
This community service activity aims to improve the reading literacy skills of first-grade students at MI Unggulan Al-Ikhlash Assunniyyah through the application of the Phonics learning model. The approach used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves 1 teacher and 8 students in the process of identifying problems, planning, action, observation, and reflection.. Initial observations revealed low phonemic awareness and reading skills among students, prompting the implementation of the Phonics learning model across three cycles. Each cycle comprised teacher training, classroom practice mentoring, and learning outcome evaluation. The activity results demonstrated significant improvements in phonemic awareness (recognising letter sounds), blending skills (combining sounds into words), as well as increased student interest and active participation in reading instruction. This success was also supported by the use of enjoyable learning media such as phonetic songs, card games, and simple reading modules. Challenges faced included limited teacher understanding and a lack of learning media. However, this activity had a positive impact on improving students' basic literacy skills. Recommendations from this activity include the need for further teacher training and the systematic integration of the Phonics method into the madrasah curriculum
MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL BILANGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA DADU ANGKA PADA KELOMPOK A
Latar belakang penelitian ini kurangnya kemampuan anak dalam kegiatan mengenal bilangan pada anak kelompok A TK Aisyiyah Karangasem Utara Batang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kegiatan kognitif yang dilaksanakan anak di kelas, sebagaian besar anak masih bingung dalam mengenal bilangan, kurangnya keyakinan dalam mengerjakan dan ketergantungan kepada guru. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bilangan dengan media dadu angka pada anak kelompok A TK Aisyiyah Karangasem Utara Batang tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pada kemampuan mengenal bilangan dengan media dadu angka pada anak kelompok A TK Aisyiyah Karangasem. Hal ini dibuktikan pada hasil observasi anak pada siklus I sebesar 42% dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II yaitu 83%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui media dadu angka yang dimainkan dengan menggunakan beberapa model kegiatan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal bilangan pada anak kelompok A TK Aisyiyah Karangasem Utara Batang
The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence and Learning Outcomes of Grade II Elementary School Students
This study aims to find the relationship between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes of grade III elementary school students. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation research type. The population in this study were all grade II I of Muhammadiyah Sukajawa Elementary School, Central Lampung, totaling 20 students. The data collection tools used were questionnaires to find emotional intelligence data and tests to find learning outcome data. The prerequisite tests used were normality tests and linearity tests. The data analysis technique in this study used the Pearson correlation test (product moment correlation). Based on the research, the results showed that there is a relationship between students' emotional intelligence and the learning outcomes of grade III students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School Sukajawa, Central Lampung
Analisis Swot Terhadap Pelaksanaan Sertifikasi Halal UMKM Di Tambakberas Jombang
Sertifikasi halal penting bagi UMKM di Tambakberas Jombang untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, legalitas, dan daya saing, terutama dengan dukungan program gratis pemerintah. Namun, tantangan seperti literasi teknologi rendah, kendala teknis, dan ketidakpatuhan standar halal menghambat pelaksanaannya. Pemahaman SWOT ini penting untuk merancang strategi keberlanjutan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan pendamping sertifikasi halal dan pelaku UMKM di Tambakberas Jombang. Data dianalisis secara sistematis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk memahami dinamika pelaksanaan sertifikasi halal.Sertifikasi halal memberikan manfaat besar bagi UMKM Tambakberas, seperti peningkatan kualitas, kepercayaan konsumen, dan akses pasar global. Namun, tantangan seperti literasi teknologi rendah, kendala administratif, dan kesadaran yang minim menghambat pelaksanaannya. Dengan dukungan pelatihan, penyederhanaan prosedur, dan sosialisasi intensif, UMKM dapat memaksimalkan manfaat sertifikasi halal untuk keberlanjutan usaha mereka.Sertifikasi halal mendukung pengembangan UMKM Tambakberas dengan jaminan kualitas, legalitas, dan kepercayaan konsumen. Tantangan seperti literasi teknologi rendah dan kendala administratif dapat diatasi melalui pelatihan, penyederhanaan prosedur, dan sosialisasi. Pemberdayaan Guru Ngaji melalui Metode Qur’ani Sidogiri untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membaca Teks Arab Al-Qur’an
Qur'an education in remote areas faces challenges in the form of ancient and less effective learning methods in Quran education in remote areas faces challenges in the form of learning methods that are old-fashioned and less effective in improving the reading ability and fluency of students, especially in traditional communities. Therefore, innovation in teaching methods is needed that are in accordance with the characteristics and needs of students in the area. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) and Classroom Action Research (CAR) approaches conducted at Madrasah Raudlatul Jannah, Dusun Masegit Bajuran Cerme Bondowoso. The research subjects consisted of 8 students who were selected purposively. The results showed a significant increase in the students' ability to read the Quran, with this finding indicating that the application of the Qur'ani Sidogiri method is effective in improving the ability to read the Quran as well as being a strategy for community empowerment based on Islamic education in remote areas. An innovative, participatory, and adaptive approach can be widely applied to improve the quality of religious education and empower religious teachers in various regions that have similar characteristics
PEMBERDAYAAN MELALUI KETRAMPILAN KREATIF UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN PENGETAHUAN DAN BAKAT ANAK PENYANDANG DISABILITAS DI MI 2 JOMBANG JEMBER
Inclusive education provides equal opportunities for children with disabilities to develop according to their potential. However, in practice, many students with special needs still face various obstacles in the learning process, especially if only conventional methods are used. This research aims to empower children with disabilities at MI 2 Jombang, Jember, through creative skills as an innovative learning medium. The modelling method uses ABCD. The results show that creative skills are effective to improve academic understanding, motor skills, as well as self-confidence of children with disabilities. The implementation of this empowerment programme is done through the integration of creative skills in, teacher training, provision of supporting facilities, and cooperation. A creative skills-based approach can have a positive impact on the intellectual and emotional development of children with disabilities. Therefore, support from various parties, including schools, parents and communities, is needed to ensure the sustainability of this programme in improving the quality of inclusive education.
