EFEKTIFITAS KONSELING KELOMPOK DENGAN TEKNIK SELF-MANAGEMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN PLUS AL-MUJAHIDI GUMUKMAS TAHUN PELAJARAN 2023/2024

Abstrak.
Memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi merupakan sebuah keharusan seorang siswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan. Oleh karena itu sangat penting sekali meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa diperlukan pelaksaan dan penerapan teknik yang ada dalam bimbingan dan konseling, salah satunya dengan pelaksanaa konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management. Teknik self-management merupakan salah satu teknik bimbingan yang melibatkan penetapan tujuan, perencanaan, pemantauan kemajuan, dan evaluasi diri, diharapkan dapat membantu siswa mengelola proses belajar mereka secara lebih efektif. Adapun rumusan masalah secara umum dalam penelitian adalah Apakah konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa? Dengan rumusan masalah secara khusus dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Apakah konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar intrinsik siswa? (2) Apakah konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar ekstrinsik siswa?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dengan tujuan khusus (1) untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar intriknsik siswa (2) untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar ektrinsik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni field research. Metode eksperimen yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimental designs dengan bentuk desain nonequivalent control, dengan teknik penentuan sampel purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: Angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dengan SPSS versi 25.0. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan hasil analisis Konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Plus Al-Mujahidi Gumukmas tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 memperoleh hasil t hitung 7,432 dan nilai sig. 0,000 (1) Konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar intrinsik siswa di SMK Plus Al-Mujahidi Gumukmas tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 memperoleh hasil t hitung 5,637 dan nilai sig. 0,000 (2) Konseling kelompok dengan teknik self-management efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar ekstrinsik siswa di SMK Plus Al-Mujahidi Gumukmas tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 memperoleh hasil t hitung 6,665 dan nilai sig. 0,000. Yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (nyata) rata-rata hasil belajar siswa antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol

KETELADANAN GURU SEBAGAI PILAR PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER SISWA DI MADRASAH
The decline in morality among students in Indonesia can be seen from various deviant behaviors, acts of violence, and violations of religious values. This phenomenon reflects weaknesses in the character formation process in educational environments, including in Madrasahs. Madrasahs, as Islamic educational institutions, have a very vital role in instilling Islamic character values in students. This study aims to identify the role of teacher role models in the process of character formation of students in madrasahs, with a focus on aspects of speech, actions, and attitudes. The method used is qualitative with a literature review approach, data collected from various relevant articles and books. The research findings show that teacher role models, which include words, real actions, and consistent attitudes, are very influential in the formation of student character. In addition, religious programs in Madrasahs, such as congregational prayers, Friday Charity, and other social activities, also contribute to forming characters who are faithful, knowledgeable, and have noble morals. Therefore, this study confirms that teacher role models are an effective method in character formation. The implementation of policies that support the strengthening of religious culture in Madrasahs must be carried out systematically and involve good collaboration between families and communities to ensure success in the formation of sustainable student character

In recent times, the dynamics of waqf management are undergoing significant transformations, largely driven by the increasing prominence of digital technology. This paper critically analyses how different leadership styles influence the management of waqf in higher education institutions, particularly in the digital era. It explores the impact of transformational, transactional, and situational leadership styles on the operational efficiency, transparency, and long-term sustainability of waqf funds. The paper also examines the integration of digital tools such as online platforms, blockchain, and big data analytics in enhancing waqf management. By providing a thorough understanding of the intersections between leadership theory and digital transformation, this article offers insights into the critical role of leadership in navigating the challenges and opportunities in the management of waqf in the 21st century
The Application of Contextual Approach in PAI Learning in Shaping Adolescent Morals at MTS Ainul Yaqin Wonomerto Probolinggo
This study aims to measure the effectiveness of contextual-based Islamic religious education in shaping the morals and character of students at MTs Ainul Yaqin, as well as to understand the role of teachers and the impact of family environment on student behavior. Through this approach, students are expected to internalize Islamic values in their daily lives, overcome the negative impacts of globalization, and strengthen their morality. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and case studies at MTs Ainul Yaqin Wonomerto, Probolinggo Regency, focusing on the analysis of everyday phenomena related to contextual-based learning. The results indicate that the implementation of contextual-based Islamic religious education has proven effective in shaping students' morals, as evidenced by significant improvements in behaviors such as honesty, responsibility, and discipline, along with students' ability to apply religious values in real life, which also enhances their motivation to learn more actively and engage more deepl
The Role Of Economic Digitalization From An Islamic Perspective
The development of technology in the economic field has impacted individual mobility, where individuals seek quick solutions, with everything just a tap away to purchase their needs or desires. Through internet connectivity, they can access media platforms provided by sellers in the e-commerce industry. The aim of this study is to understand the role of economic digitalization from an Islamic perspective. The method used is a literature study. Various sources are analyzed to draw conclusions from this research. Technological development in this field is also aligned with Islamic principles or Shariah to ensure consumer trust when purchasing products offered by sellers. The result of this study is that technological development in the economic sector does not ignore Islamic principles as guidelines, commonly known as Shariah, which ensures that consumers or buyers are not harmed, avoiding any harm and is based on values of truth in the economic system

INTEGRASI KONSEP PEWARIS, AHLI WARIS, HARTA WARIS, DAN MAWĀNI’ AL-IRTS DALAM KERANGKA KEADILAN DISTRIBUSI WARISAN ISLAM
This study discusses the concepts of heirs, heirs’ rights, inheritance assets, and mawāni’ al-irts within the framework of justice in Islamic inheritance distribution, using the maqāṣid al-syarī’ah approach. The distribution of inheritance in Islamic law, based on the verses of the Qur’an, is often confronted with social justice challenges, particularly in the context of the unequal distribution of inheritance between males and females. By using a maqāṣidī perspective, this research examines how the objectives of sharia, such as the protection of wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl) and offspring (ḥifẓ al-nasl), can provide a basis for reinterpreting inheritance law to create a more equitable distribution, especially in increasingly complex modern societies. This approach allows Islamic inheritance law to be more relevant and responsive to the social, economic, and gender roles in families, while still maintaining the fundamental principles of Islamic law. The research methodology used in this study is a normative-qualitative approach, with an in-depth analysis of texts and literature on both classical and contemporary sources, as well as the application of the maqāṣidī approach in understanding Islamic inheritance law. The aim of this study is to examine and offer solutions for reconstructing a fairer inheritance distribution and to understand the relevance and application of maqāṣidī principles in the context of Islamic inheritance law in contemporary society
PELATIHAN DASAR PENULISAN ARAB DENGAN MEDIA KALIGRAFI PADA SANTRIWATI AS-SUNNIYAH KENCONG JEMBER
Dalam penulisan arab ada hal yang menarik yaitu seni kaligrafi yang merupakan seni penulisan Arab dengan indah, sehingga keindahannya membuat seseorang tertarik ketika melihatnya. Tujuan dari penngabdian ini yaitu agar memberikan pengetahuan dasar-dasar penulisan Arab dengan baik dan benar dengan menggunakan media kaligrafi yang bisa membuat keahlian dalam bidang seni seperti kaligrafi yang bemacam-macam dengan bentuk tulisan yang indah. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi dan dokumentasi saat proses kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung. Begitu juga hasil yang didapat dalam proses pelatihan bahwa dasar penulisan Arab dengan media kaligrafi bisa membantu santriwati paham dengan dasar- dasar penulisan, mengenali penulisan Arab juga menambah wawasan ilmu dan pengetahuan melalui bahasa Arab dan kaligrafi. Begitu juga dari hasil yang telah di peroleh 32 santriwati yang mulai baik ada 6 santriwati yang membaik ada 11 santriwati dan 15 santriwati yang tulisannya sudah sangat bai
MENUJU PAUD MANDIRI: PELATIHAN SISTEMATIS MANAJEMEN KELAS BERORIENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA
This community service program aims to improve the capacity of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in independently managing classrooms through systematic classroom management training focused on the Merdeka Curriculum. This activity is driven by the low level of understanding and skills of teachers in implementing classroom management principles in accordance with the spirit of independent learning, which emphasizes enjoyable, child-centered, and contextual learning. The implementation method of this service adopts a participatory approach with a continuous training model consisting of three stages: needs assessment, in-depth training, and implementation mentoring. This activity was conducted over three months and involved 20 early childhood education teachers in the Gumukmas District as participants. The results of the activity show significant progress in teachers' understanding of classroom management concepts, their ability to create classroom management plans in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum, and the implementation of appropriate and responsive teaching strategies to meet students' needs. In addition, the participants showed an increase in their independence in managing a safe and motivating learning environment. The recommendation from this activity is the importance of further training and periodic mentoring, as well as cooperation between educational institutions and local governments to support the sustainability of efficient classroom management practices in early childhood education (PAUD). The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions in designing similar training models in other regions
