    This study aims to examine and further analyze the legal reasons that underlie the decision to establish shared parenting as a solution for resolving child custody disputes that were applied by the Gedong Tataan Religious Court judge as stated in his decision number 0334/Pdt.G/2019/ PA.Gdt. Research Results That the context of the parkara which is the object of study in this thesis research stems from the divorce lawsuit and child custody dispute (Haḍānah) filed by "S N bint I" as the Plaintiff against "E R Bin I H" as the Defendant. From the result of their marriage, they were blessed with one child (named RA, aged 4 years and 6 months). In legal considerations the Judge in deciding cases of child custody disputes is based on reasons for the best interests of the child, and in order to prevent a prolonged conflict between the Plaintiff and the Defendant as parents, besides that based on the facts the Judge believes that the Plaintiff and Defendant have the psychological skills to carry out their parenting duties. , and have good ethics and morals, which are expected to be emulated by the children they care for. In addition, the norms that underlie the judge's legal considerations include provisions in the law related to child protection, exercising discretion over the interpretation of the provisions of Article 105 of the KHI as well as the provisions of Islamic law. The legal considerations used by the judge in deciding the a quo case emphasized that child care is not only related to the realization of maintaining offspring (al-nasl), preserving the soul (al-nafs), and reason (al-aql) at the al-dar-riat level, but at the same time also religion (al-din) at the level of al-tahsiniya

    Education plays a crucial role in shaping individual character and quality. However, limitations in funding and supporting facilities make it challenging to provide diverse and innovative learning media. This situation results in a conventional learning process that is less engaging for students. The aim of this community service program is to enhance the pedagogical competence of Madrasah Diniyah teachers in developing creative, contextual, and easily implementable educational media based on Roda Angka and Kincir Shorof. The methods employed include initial observation, guided practice in media creation, and evaluation of training outcomes. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in developing educational media. Teachers are able to create simple yet effective learning media that increase student engagement and motivation. In addition, the program successfully established a community of creative Madrasah Diniyah teachers, serving as a platform for ongoing collaboration and innovation. In conclusion, this practice-based teacher mentoring program has proven effective in promoting learning transformation in nonformal educational institutions and can serve as a model for professional development of teachers in other Madrasah Diniya

    This community service project was conducted at SMK Al-Qodiri 2, a vocational school under a pesantren (Islamic boarding school) that has an active language community outside formal class. The program aimed to enhance students’ English proficiency and learning motivation through the implementation of the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach combined with creative teaching methods. This approach focuses on empowering existing community assets such as students’ enthusiasm, teacher support, and the pesantren’s culture of collaboration. The four-week program consisted of eight interactive sessions employing educational games, music, and group discussions. The results indicated a significant improvement in vocabulary mastery, speaking skills, and students’ self-confidence. The average English proficiency score increased from 45% to 74%, while learning motivation rose from 50% to 83%. Furthermore, the program encouraged the sustainability of the school’s language community through initiatives such as the English Corner. Therefore, the combination of the ABCD approach and creative learning methods proved effective in improving students’ English abilities and fostering an active learning culture within the pesantren environment

    DIGITALISASI PEMASARAN UMKM KERIPIK PISANG-SINGKONG DI KALIGLAGAH: PENDEKATAN ABCD DAN DAMPAK PADA OMZET

    This community service program aims to improve the production capacity, digital marketing, and economic performance of banana and cassava chip MSMEs in Kaliglagah Village through digital interventions based on Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Twelve MSMEs received mentoring for six months (February–September 2025). At baseline, production capacity ranged from 40–70 packages per day, with an average turnover of IDR 3,050,000 (median IDR 3,000,000; range IDR 2,450,000–IDR 3,800,000). The interventions included packaging improvements, mobile photography, copywriting, a content calendar, and the activation of four digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and marketplaces). Changes in turnover were calculated as percentages, raw material prices were recorded from weekly records, and monitoring was carried out through sales logs, transaction receipts, and a dashboard. Results show production capacity increased to 80–120 packs per day, turnover increased by 29.9% (≈30%), and non-village buyers increased from <5% to 34%. Digital analytics: reach 7,200 accounts/month, 12,000 impressions, 3.2% CTR, and conversion 2.8–3.1%. Upstream impact: banana prices increased from IDR 3,800/kg to IDR 4,350/kg, and cassava from IDR 2,400/kg to IDR 2,760/kg (≈15%). These findings confirm the effectiveness of low-cost, locally-asset-based digitalization for rural food MSMEs, expanding markets and supporting supply chains

    Islamic education in the modern era demands the development of dialogic and interactive learning methods. This research aimed to analyze the mujadalah method as a dialogic approach in Islamic education based on Ibn Katsir's interpretation of surah An-Nahl verse 125 as well as to explain its relevance and practical implications for contemporary learning dynamics. The study employed a qualitative design using a library research approach. The findings indicate that the mujadalah method is highly relevant to implementation in Islamic education, to foster critical, interactive, participatory, and dialogue-based learning. This approach can be applied through group discussion, educational dialogues, structured question-and-answer sessions, and academic debates that emphasize the search for truth conducted in a good and wise manner, as outlined in Ibn Katsir's interpretation. It is expected that this research will contribute to improving learning quality and serve as a reference for the development of Islamic education methodologies

    Transformasi Guru Agama Hindu SD di Kota Palangka Raya

    The transformation of the role of Hindu religious education teachers at the elementary school level has become increasingly urgent in the face of 21st-century educational challenges. Teachers are no longer confined to the role of value instructors who merely deliver tattwa (philosophical teachings) and susila (ethics), but are also expected to serve as agents of character formation, internalizing the values of Dharma, Satya, Ksama, Ahimsa, Arjawa, and Daya in students’ daily lives. This study aims to analyze how Hindu religious education teachers in elementary schools are transforming from value transmitters into character agents, and to examine the implications for character education rooted in Hindu local wisdom. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and curriculum policy document analysis, complemented by contextual inquiry into classroom pedagogical practices. The findings indicate that Hindu religious education teachers in elementary schools, particularly in Palangka Raya, hold a strategic role in shaping the moral foundations of students at the concrete operational stage of development. The transformation of teachers’ roles is characterized by: (1) the application of Tri Kaya Parisudha values as a model of ethical conduct, (2) the integration of Hindu religious teachings with character education in elementary schools, and (3) the strengthening of teachers’ roles as role models capable of addressing the challenges of globalization and digitalization. This study highlights that Hindu religious education teachers at the elementary level are key figures in character education and support national education policies that position character education as a top priority.Transformasi peran guru agama Hindu pada jenjang sekolah dasar semakin mendesak di tengah tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21. Guru tidak lagi hanya berfungsi sebagai pengajar nilai yang menyampaikan ajaran tattwa dan susila, tetapi juga sebagai agen pembentuk karakter yang menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Dharma, Satya, Ksama, Ahimsa, Arjawa, dan Daya dalam kehidupan peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana guru agama Hindu SD bertransformasi dari pengajar nilai menuju agen karakter, serta implikasinya terhadap pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal Hindu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur dan analisis dokumen kebijakan kurikulum, serta dilengkapi dengan telaah kontekstual terhadap praktik pedagogis di kelas. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa guru agama Hindu SD khusunya di Kota Palangka Raya memiliki peran strategis dalam membangun fondasi moral peserta didik pada usia operasional konkret. Transformasi peran guru ditandai oleh (1) penerapan nilai Tri Kaya Parisudha sebagai keteladanan, (2) pengintegrasian ajaran agama Hindu dengan pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar, dan (3) penguatan peran guru sebagai role model yang mampu mengatasi tantangan globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa guru agama Hindu SD merupakan figur kunci dalam pendidikan karakter, dan mendukung kebijakan pendidikan nasional yang menempatkan pendidikan karakter sebagai prioritas utama

    Learning calligraphy for students, especially beginners, is crucial for developing their ability to write Arabic correctly. However, not all educators are able to devote sufficient attention to calligraphy. One way to advance writing skills (maharah kitabah) is through learning calligraphy for beginners. This study aims to improve the maharah kitabah through writing calligraphy so that students become more familiar with Arabic script from various perspectives. In this community service research, the researcher used the Participatory Action Research method. The results of this study indicate that providing students with calligraphy to Madrasah Diniyah Bani Zawawi Kencong Jember can facilitate the development of maharah kitabah in the learning process. In this case, writing calligraphy is very helpful and makes it easier for students to learn to write Arabic correctly

    Pelabelan L(3, 1) Pada Graf Kecebong dan Graf Lolipop

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan nilai minimum span pada pelabelan L(3,1) untuk dua kelas graf, yaitu graf kecebong dan graf lollipop. Pelabelan L(3,1) pada graf G didefinisikan sebagai fungsi yang memetakan setiap simpul dari graf G dengan syarat setiap pasangan simpul yang berjarak satu memiliki perbedaan label minimal tiga, sedangkan pasangan simpul yang berjarak dua memiliki perbedaan label minimal satu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif aksiomatik yang dipadukan dengan teknik pendeteksian pola untuk menemukan formula nilai minimum span. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis struktur graf kecebong dan lollipop serta melakukan pengujian pola pelabelan secara bertahap pada setiap kelas graf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai minimum span untuk graf kecebong adalah 6, sedangkan untuk graf lollipop diperoleh formula umum 3m-3, dengan m adalah jumlah simpul pada graf lengkap di graf lolipop. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi penelitian lanjutan untuk mengkaji pelabelan L(3,1) atau pelabelan serupa pada kelas graf lainnya dengan karakteristik berbeda

    Holistic Evaluation of Islamic Education Programs: Implications of the Kirkpatrick Model in Character-Based Learning

    Evaluation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning programs often emphasizes only the cognitive aspects, neglecting the affective and spiritual dimensions, which are crucial for Islamic character formation. This gap highlights the need for a model that encompasses behavioral and spiritual transformation. Kirkpatrick's model, with its four levels of reaction, learning, behavior, and outcomes, offers a comprehensive framework. This study examines its relevance for PAI evaluation, with its novelty in contextual adaptation through the integration of Islamic values ​​such as muraqabah (introspection) and ikhlas (sincerity) to authentically measure spiritual change. Using descriptive qualitative methods through literature analysis, the results show that this model encompasses PAI dimensions from perception to social impact. Despite challenges in affective measurement, the model is relatively effective when adapted. Its integration strengthens PAI evaluation toward transformative education. Practically, this implies that the development of instruments such as behavioral rubrics and tracking for the curriculum can have an impact. However, this research is limited to a literature review and has not been empirically tested in a real-world setting

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi sistem pengelompokan ahli waris dalam hukum Islam agar tetap relevan dengan konteks sosial masyarakat modern. Hukum waris Islam (‘ilm al-farāidh) dalam fiqh klasik dibangun berdasarkan struktur sosial patriarkal Arab abad ke-7, yang menempatkan laki-laki sebagai penanggung jawab utama keluarga. Perubahan sosial, ekonomi, dan hukum di era kontemporer telah menimbulkan ketimpangan dalam penerapan sistem tersebut, terutama terkait peran perempuan, anak angkat, dan konsep ahli waris pengganti. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode hukum normatif-komparatif yang diperkaya dengan pendekatan historis dan maqāsid al-syarī’ah. Data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap sumber primer (Al-Qur’an, hadis, dan kitab fiqh klasik) serta sumber sekunder berupa literatur hukum Islam modern dan regulasi nasional seperti Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip keadilan dalam hukum waris Islam tidak hanya bersifat tekstual, tetapi juga substantif. Rekonstruksi sistem pengelompokan ahli waris berbasis maqāsid al-syarī’ah meliputi penataan ulang kategori nasabiyah, sababiyah, dan hijab-mahjub dengan mempertimbangkan tanggung jawab sosial, peran gender, dan kemaslahatan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan model pengelompokan baru yang lebih inklusif dan kontekstual, yang dapat diterapkan dalam sistem hukum nasional dan peradilan agama di Indonesia sebagai bagian dari upaya tajdīd al-fiqh (pembaruan hukum Islam)
